AAnonymous UserIt's an outstanding hostel. There are activities every night and the hostel is located in the middle of city centre and the train station. It's around 10 mins walk from the train station. They provided vegetables and dried pasta for free for guest to cook at the guest kitchen.

GGuest UserLocation is very near to the bologna centrale station ~ 5 mins away. Good especially if you’re lugging a lot of luggages but quite a walk away from the main piazza shopping area ~ took us around 15-20 mins. Room provides 3in1 cappucino and milk creamer! Not all hotels provide these. There are English Tv channels. There is pillow menu even! Room is clean, kettle is cleaned sparkly too. Toilet light went faulty during our stay; flickering. We called reception to inform and she was supposed to call us back to let us know if their technician was still around at work to come and fix it or not but she may have forgotten to return us back the call. Checking out the next day so we didn’t bother but for guests staying longer you may have to call back reception to check….

RRoc HangThe location is great because one shopping center is at opposite side and it is close to fair center. The most useful is the hotel has free shuttle bus for guests to fair center in the morning and afternoon, this service is very convenient and sweet. Breakfast is great. Ambience is suitable for morning jogging.

TTravel_With_PattyThis is totally art hotel . You should try it once in your life if you are staying in Bologna . I would say this hotel gives you local vibes . I could not forget the hospitality of the receptions , they are so sweet, kind and their hospitality is top notch. I will come back again, honestly. And if you love to drink tea, don't worry they have kettle in the room.

GGuest UserThe 24-hour reception is super convenient, and they let you store your luggage for free beforehand. The staff are friendly and professional. There's an elevator, and the room was quite spacious with new amenities, making for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen is huge, with plenty of utensils and counter space available. It's located in a residential area, so you have to walk a bit to find shops, but it's not too far. Overall, it was a great stay; I was satisfied with everything.

GGuest UserWish I could give a 10/10 stars for room service and 2/10 for bar. Una hotel has the top notch room service, literally the best one I have ever experienced, which also raised my bar for later trips. Personalized pillows for cervical spondylosis, strict hygiene standards, definitely recommend. However the bar is a bit too annoying. I craved for hot water but there’s no kettle in the room, which is totally fine, so I went to the bar downstairs and asked for a cup of hot water. The water was disgusting with a taste of rusty pipes, and the mug was so dirty with TEA STAIN from bottom to top. I really don’t understand why did he do this to me. I politely asked him if I can have a cup of hot water and thanked him for this, there’s no reason he should serve me a filthy mug.

GGuest UserI guess it all depends on expectations - I booked it because it had really good recent reviews at the time but I was disappointed with the experience. The rooms look like they have been relatively recently renovated but because everything in the rooms is cheap and basic and there are marks and stains on the walls they appear tired.  The style is basic functional so you should not expect much in terms of comfort or coziness. The hotel is poorly ventilated so there is smell in corridors and in the rooms. I changed a room because there was additional smell coming from the bathroom.

GGuest UserWe’ve been here for 1 night, visited Ducati and Lamborghini Museos and Plants. Very nice accommodation with everything you need! Good breakfast, quiet place near heart of Bologna and 5-minutes walk from Bologna Central Station and 10-minutes walk from the heart of the city. Highly recommended hotel, a little bit vintage, but nice and warm 🤗
