SSSJHHo soggiornato presso Residenza Ariosto Depandance by Studio Vita a Bologna, e la mia esperienza è stata molto positiva. La struttura si trova nel pieno centro storico, a pochi minuti a piedi da Piazza Maggiore e vicina alle principali attrazioni, ai ristoranti e ai negozi — una posizione davvero ideale per visitare la città.
L’appartamento era pulito, ben organizzato e dotato di tutto il necessario: cucina con utensili, frigorifero, microonde e una zona pranzo comoda. Lo spazio non è enorme, ma perfettamente adeguato per una coppia o un soggiorno breve. L’ambiente è silenzioso e accogliente, e ci si sente come a casa.
Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a dare consigli su cosa vedere o dove mangiare. Il check-in è stato semplice e ben gestito, anche a distanza.
Unico piccolo inconveniente: l’edificio non ha l’ascensore, quindi può essere un po’ scomodo con bagagli pesanti, ma nel complesso non ha rovinato l’esperienza.
In sintesi, Residenza Ariosto Depandance è una scelta perfetta per chi desidera vivere Bologna in modo autentico, con la libertà e il comfort di un appartamento nel cuore della città. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

DDenisОчень холодно! Вентиляция холодным потоком воздуха дует прямо в номер, прямо на нашу кровать! И её не отключить, на ресепшене нам сказали, что так во всех номерах. Мы спали в тёплой одежде, с головой укрывшись под одеялом!!!! Это ужасно! Вы сделали хорошую гостиницу, но какой в этом смысл, если ваши гости будут мёрзнуть и болеть во время путешествия!!! Из-за вас мы уехали из этого номера больные. Не рекомендуем этот отель! Так же в номере нет чайника и тапочек.

GGuest UserThe Hotel is very close to the airport and close to a bus stop to airport/central train station/city centre. 300mt far from a shopping centre. Only few steps from a restaurant/pizzeria.
The staff was very friendly and gave us all the info needed.
The hotel offers late check-in, they provide you with a pin cose to open the main door.
We arrived before 11pm so didn’t need to use it.

We had some problems with entering the building (actual living house) cause of the system of check in: you need to call a number to open the door for the hall which was inconvenient for us because we didn’t buy the Italian SIM card. The room was clean and there were everything we needed

おおゆたかI used it half work half travel. It's close to the station and I think the cospa is good. To put it bluntly, it may be related to the room I stayed in that I heard the sound outside. It was simple and good, so if I have another chance, I would like to use it unless it is a business trip with my client.

HHONGMUIThe hotel is located in the back seat of the Central Railway Station and walks straight on the left for several hundred meters. There is a small parking lot in front of it. There should be many other hotels in the same building. The intercoms of the buildings have different names. The corner of the street happened to be the turn of the leading car, and the gas station was diagonally opposite. Recognize these signs. Because several street names there are almost the same, I wandered around and looked for it for a long time. The hotel owner is a tall and handsome young man who may have seen me from the surveillance. Every time I come back, I will meet him to lead the way, help, and skim a little English. , The attitude is very good. The hotel is clean and concise, tea bags and coffee machines are readily available, which is highly recommended!

BUT it’s super noisy from Main Street, the place is opposite Bologna’s main hospital, and the walls are super thin…I hear my neighbors conversations, sneeze, cough, etc.
WiFi was unreliable. Gotta ask B&B staff to set up TV. Two nights without bath towels replacement, I got one body towel and one facial/hair towel for a triple room.
Bring high quality earplugs with you…it’s worse than Manhattan.

孙孙Hotel location is not far from the railway station and the city center. Within 15 minutes of walking, the front desk staff is good. The hotel is some years old, the facilities are not new, the decoration is more classical, but the hotel facilities are quite complete, and the room is very clean. The room is large and comfortable, and it is economical in terms of price. It is still good.
