TTls_The room was very spacious, and apart from skincare products, all other amenities were well-provided. The wet/dry separation in the bathroom was also a nice touch. The ocean view room was absolutely stunning, and we even got to see the fireworks display for Yokohama Port's opening season at night. The only downside was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy.
The front desk service was excellent; they could communicate in Chinese, English, and Japanese, and they also offered free luggage storage. Very satisfied overall!

ZZhuweiThis was my second visit to Yokohama, and staying at this InterContinental was an excellent choice, truly the best decision of the trip. We stayed for five nights and explored all of Yokohama and the surrounding areas. The room was spacious, the bed was large, the facilities were very new, and everything was impeccably clean. Downstairs, there's a 7-Eleven and a Starbucks, plus many restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

LLiu MichelleI stayed for five nights, and the hotel's location is excellent – super convenient for shopping, dining, and getting to the train station or airport. Since there were three of us, the hotel kindly added an extra bed for the third person at no charge. The stay was comfortable, and the toiletries were fully stocked, so even if you forget your personal items, you're covered. They replenished the fridge daily with beer and drinks, and the drip coffee was surprisingly good. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices; you could even make your own mini-burgers. Both the food and service at breakfast were great.
The only downside was the check-in process, which felt quite chaotic. Perhaps it was a busy day, and the front desk and concierge were overwhelmed. I was with two elderly people and heavy luggage, and I had to find someone to check us in and move our luggage entirely by myself. There was no guidance or assistance from the hotel staff. In contrast, I saw staff members escorting a young lady to her room with just a small handbag. I believe hotels should prioritize assisting guests with elderly companions, children, heavy luggage, or those with mobility issues. In the following days, I also noticed staff taking young guests with no large luggage to my floor, which left me confused about their service policy. This aspect of the experience was quite disappointing.

GGuest UserI had a 17-hour layover in Yokohama on my way to Washington, so I decided to spend a night here. The location is excellent! From Yokohama Station's NEWoMan building, you just follow the signs on the second-floor concourse, and it leads straight to the hotel – about a 6-7 minute walk after exiting the station. If you don't want to walk through the mall, after exiting Yokohama Station, look for the North Exit first, then the Northwest Exit; this also connects directly to the concourse, so you're sheltered from any weather. I chose a room with breakfast, which was pretty standard but perfectly fine for filling up. They had a great selection of amenities, very comprehensive. And with my Trip.com points, the price was an absolute steal!

GGuest UserThis hotel boasts an excellent location. The front desk is conveniently located on the 10th floor of the Shin-Yokohama Station building, with guest rooms on the floors above. This makes it incredibly easy to get around. My friend and I were in town for a concert at Yokohama Arena, and the venue was only about a 10-minute walk away. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The room was very clean and spacious enough for two people. Booking in advance allowed us to get a great deal. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, its conditions are excellent across the board. Highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserThe building is grand, bedroom is spacious, bed is comfortable. Location is far from the station, needs 10-15 mins walk. Bathtub’s water pressure is not enough to fill the tub quickly. Breakfast was varied and tasty, but nothing stands out. Coffee machine inside the room is nice. We asked for a bit of late checkout and they couldn’t give it despite us asking twice, not even for + 30 mins, because apparently the hotel is “full”. We didn’t really see that many guests, and when we try to book online, there are more rooms available. That’s disappointing and doensn’t reflect the brand value of Hilton. I don’t even know if it’s legally 4 or 5 star hotel.

JJinjingToday, under a beautiful sky, I arrived in the seaside city of Yokohama and checked into the InterContinental Yokohama Grand. Although the hotel shows its age a bit, the lobby is spacious, bright, and grand. The room facilities are complete, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. Outside the window, I could see the Ferris wheel and amusement park, with skyscrapers towering nearby. The breakfast offered a rich variety, and the night view was spectacular. Overall, Yokohama gave me a strong sense of the future!

Best feature: it’s only a 3-minute walk to Shin-Yokohama Station, which made getting around incredibly easy. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, so dining options are plentiful. SsgargiuloThe hotel is short walking distance from shin-yokohama station. Check in was easy and smooth. Out room was a bit small and tired , typical business japanese style but the furniture looked worn. The bathroom was also japanese style : no window + small bathtub with shower and minimal (well equipped) space overall. If you are lucky enough to get an upper floor room , the view from the big window is nice. On the basement there is a 7Eleven and just out of the hotel it is plenty of shops/restaurants

MMarish MackowiakSuperb experience for a bargain price, in a super-central location. The Blue line (Yokohama subway) is one block away and other lines aren't much further. Neat and tidy rooms and a fantastic buffet breakfast await. I have traveled all over Japan and can't remember a better experience, especially for the money. The sun-soaked daytime 'Library Cafe' caps it off to provide a Zen-like space to get work done or relax with a complimentary coffee.
