I had an amazing stay at Antara Genting! The place was incredibly cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Genting. The amenities were excellent, and everything was thoughtfully prepared to ensure a comfortable stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. I would highly recommend Antara Genting to anyone looking for a comfortable, cozy, and enjoyable place to stay. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Amazing view, it is like staying on the clouds. Quite cold, so prepare some thick attires. Amenities are great, like u can stay for long period. I got upgraded to 2 bedroom. It has induction hot plate, washer/dryer, water filter/ hot water, bath tub, 2 bedroom+2 bathroom, 3 tvs. The whole experience is luxurious and majestic. The ficilities this place offer is extensive. U can play bowling, sing karaoke, golf, kids got like too many playgrounds that u need to spend at least day and half to explore.

Room quite good after refurbished. The hotel has kindly given me 26th floor with nice golf view. The staffs at Ayu Awana was polite & friendly. I wanted to try the Lodge but it was closed for private events. I went for a walk along the golf course. Had a good morning exercise & ordered hot mocha & cheesecake after the walk. Cheesecake taste need some improvement I guess, overall a good stay for me.

The front desk staff member is not a local, so communication was quite difficult. I called to request that the refrigerator be checked, but they eventually brought me a chair and said that was what I had requested. It was completely unrelated to what I actually asked for.

2 queen beds, the room is quite spacious. There is no aircond, but there is a fan at the top and if you open the windows some cold air will come in to cool the room. The small fridge is not cold, not working well so it's just a storage space. The front desk is helpful in bringing more hangers for us. The toilet & bathroom is separated, water pressure is STRONG and hot water is working well. Lots of restaurants in the mall next door. An enjoyable short trip!

Lots of small cockroaches, everywhere in the room and kitchen, but couldn't find the source. It seemed like our unit hadn't been occupied for a long time because I kept sneezing when we first came in, and I had to clean the dust myself. The view is beautiful, truly beautiful. Everything else is okay and just like the photos. There's also laundry available, and many restaurant choices nearby. It's just that the kids were scared by the small cockroaches.

The check-in experience was horrible, was informed by estate management that room was not ready even at 4:30pm (chk in supposed to be 3:00pm). Trip.com has to step in but seems the communication between Trips.com and estate management ((Stonez7) does not go well. I somehow managed to get into the unit at 5.00pm after few round of close follow-up. The room was cosy but cleanliness could be improved. Dust still found on the floor. The shower temperature is hard to control. In most cases, we have to bathe with cold water. We were asked to leave the unit by 11:00am on the final day. Even though we have been informed during check in that they have extended our check out time by additional 2 hours. This is totally a big disappointment as seems there has been miscommunication here and there. Anyway, plus point is that the unit come with balcony and view is nice. We are fortunate to see double rainbow from our balcony.

Stayed at Windmill Upon Hills Premium Suites Genting Highlands by BYON for a family trip. Booked: 6 Rooms and 2 Houses (2 room, hall and kitchen) Overall, the location is good and convenient, although you will still need to drive up to Genting Highlands. Things to know: • Free parking for 1 car per unit • RM200 deposit per unit required (refunded very fast) • Lifts can get quite congested during peak/rush hours • Toiletries provided: shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush • Kettle provided • Only 1 towel per room was provided • No complimentary bottled water The unit was suitable for a family stay, and having free parking was helpful. Just be prepared for the busy lifts during peak periods and bring your own drinking water. Overall, a practical option if you're driving and looking for accommodation around Genting Highlands.

Sparkling clean room. Very comfortable bed. Excellent water pressure. The pool is huge and they also have a kiddies pool. These suites cater for families, couples and solo travelers. It’s 2 hours away from the airport but that was fine with me as I had an evening flight. Will definitely stay here again when I’m in Malaysia. The only negative was getting a room without a view.

The door lock was a bit faulty, it wouldn't close securely and kept making strange noises at night, disturbing my sleep!
