"We had a lovely family staycation at Colmar Tropicale and really enjoyed our time there. The surroundings were beautiful and made for a relaxing getaway. A heartfelt thank you to the team for upgrading our room and surprising my husband with a complimentary birthday dessert. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made his birthday extra special, and we truly appreciated it. The service throughout our stay was excellent. Every staff member we met was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The only area that could use some improvement is the bathroom cleanliness, as it wasn't quite up to the standard we expected. Other than that, we had a great stay and created wonderful memories with our family. We'd definitely consider coming back again."

Its proximity to D’Apple Fried Chicken, Old Town White Coffee, Watson’s, Family Mart, Petronas, and an RM2 discount store makes it a great choice for quick layovers, family vacations, or business trips. With free parking and clean rooms, it's a solid option for those looking for convenience without breaking the bank. Overall, my experience was a bit disappointing. I had informed the staff a day prior that I would be checking out at 5:30 a.m., and I was told that the front desk operates 24 hours. However, when I went down in the morning, there was no one at the counter. I waited from 5:30 a.m. until 6:10 a.m., and there was still no staff available. During that time, I repeatedly called the number listed on their official website (+60 10-921 2677), but no one answered. At 6:10 a.m., I sent a WhatsApp message with my bank account details and left. The staff only replied around 6:30 a.m., and my deposit was immediately transferred to my account, which I appreciate. Still, I hope the management can improve their coordination and ensure that the front desk is staffed as promised, especially when guests have notified them in advance. Thank you."

"This is my second time staying here. The first time, I got a room on level 29, and the view was already great. This time, I requested a high floor and had to pay an additional RM50 for it. I was willing to pay for the 'carpet of clouds' view, but unfortunately, I didn't get to see it. Regardless, it's a fantastic hotel with a wide variety of delicious breakfast options."

"We are a family of five who booked one double room and one triple room for 2 nights. Rooms are a little cramped, especially the triple room but the rooms, towels, bedsheets and toilets were clean. There are no partitions nor shower curtains, thus after every shower, we'd have to wipe dry the toilet seats. There was an air purifier machine in the triple room which worked well to clear the air in the room as there were no windows. The hair dryer in the triple room was faulty but was quickly replaced when reported. All of us rested well during our stay. Any minor inconveniences we experienced were more than made up for by the friendly and helpful staff, especially Ms. Bee."

"Stayed here with my family (3 pax) for a short getaway 🏨⛰️ The unit was very clean, comfortable and welcoming ✨ It comes with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, which was perfect for our family. The master bedroom has a 🛁 bathtub and 🚿 rain shower, while the second bedroom is also connected to its own bathroom, making it very convenient. We also enjoyed the balcony 🌤️ with beautiful mountain scenery and clouds — a nice place to relax. The kitchen is well equipped 🍳 with an electric stove, microwave, pots and pans, so you can cook simple meals. Just note that cooking oil and seasonings are not provided, so you’ll need to bring your own. There’s also a front-load washing machine 👕, but remember to bring your own detergent. One area that could be improved is the master bathroom. Although it looked clean, there was a noticeable urine smell that would benefit from a more thorough deep cleaning. A RM200 security deposit is required before check-in, so be prepared for that 💳. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would happily visit again. 😊"

"Though we went in July , there was no rush but still Check in was time taking . Hotel is attached to the adventure area, mall, sky avenue (cable car) . So no cabs are required to reach adventure park. Only the breakfast was not included so we had to search for good breakfast options. We took room in the 1st tower which did not had the valley view but the front view from our room was amazing , & we loved getting up in the morning with a view of moving gondolas ."

"My husband suggested this place for our 33rd marriage anniversary and I'm thankful that we came for our 4 nights stay here! We stayed at the Deluxe King Room. Firstly the immediate response with an official/personal email from the GM Mr Tony Teh acknowledging our booking and asking if we needed anything - this is exceptional and personal which gives us such warm feelings even before we started our stay! We forgot to notify in advance about our anniversary, yet upon check in, Mr Hykal who attended to us assured us that he would check about the matter. And just happened Ms Lynn who is the Public Relations in charge was at the Front Office received what I shared and she purposely made a special effort in making the special arrangements upon seeing my email reply to their GM. We chose the Sky Cafe to have our anniversary dinner - The special decorations done in the room (as a surprise to my husband) and the special table set-up for our dinner with a special discount for our anniversary dinner. On top of it the Chef Mr Phyo personally blessed us with his special-bake chocolate cake! The GM personally came up to the Sky Cafe to meet with us, such warmth and kindness! Upon arrival as we were lazy to go out, we ordered room service and the nasi goreng was super yummy! The daily breakfast is amazing - food is delicious (had the chance to chat with the Chef Shahrul), with different spreads throughout our four days. All the staff in the Breakfast place are exceptionally friendly, polite, helpful and always with smiles! These are the personnel that I managed to get their names - At the Front Office, Mr Hykal and Mr Sharul were the first who attended to us with the rest who were very helpful to our enquiries as well: Sofy, Najwa & Syirah. A special shout-out to the Housekeeping team under the leadership of Mr Hafis - who did such a great job in making such special decorations in the room! The Sky Cafe Team who served us during our anniversary dinner - Mr Azrael, Ms Fazlin and Chef Mr Phyo. And the Restaurant great team inside the kitchen and outside the restaurant area under the Manager (I can't recall his name) who were very attentive! Ohh, the night views of Genting Hilltop from the Rooftop Pool area - superb! Mr Tony Teh, you have a great asset - your Team is amazing! Thank you for making our 33rd anniversary a memorable one, and we are already considering coming back again!"

"The price is slightly expensive considering the facilities provided. The room itself is quite basic, with limited amenities. There was no complimentary drinking water or tea provided in the room, which was a little disappointing. The bathroom was also quite small and cramped. Overall, I feel that the hotel is more suitable for a short stay, especially because of its convenient location. However, if you are planning to stay for several nights, I don’t think it offers very good value for money considering the room facilities and comfort."

"It’s a homestay concept with rooms and kitchen tool. Everything about the property is ok except these: 1. Curtain at the hall sliding door accessing to the balcony should be a blackout curtain instead 2. There’s no stepper/door mat at each of the bathrooms. This made the floor wet and unsafe 3. Basic tv channels are there. It’s best to have more options to have entertainment indoor with family/friends 4. Door knob in the common bathroom and 2nd bedroom are faulty. One of our friend were stuck in the room till we discovered that it should be turned upwards"

"The shower drains water so slowly. I was on level 38 room 13. Other than that, the view was magnificent. Service staff during check in was good too. At first they offered me level 12 but i refused and requested higher floor. The staff gave in. Thank you! Breakfast food was mid at best. Appreciate the yogurt with fruits though. And the omelette! Yes love those a lot."
