"A very simple room. Toilet is pretty small and the whole toilet will be wet when you shower as there's no partition. and the placement of tissue paper a little far, on the other end. No free parking provided but at least the parking is just behind. Soundproofing is really bad so it's really noisy, you can hear people talking loudly outside and even the hair drying sound from next door"

"The studio room is very comfy, nice and clean. The Antara link bridge is about 15 mins walking distance. Its not steep as there are escalators when going up. I don't mind to staying here and take grab go up genting. It's cheap. The room with a big balcony, you can dine outside if u wanna enjoy some fresh and cold air. It also has a kitchenette and washing machine with dryer. It about 15 restaurants below the building. Haidilao is going to open here soon. In overall, sure we will be staying here again. Note: from genting after 10pm is hard to get a grab downhill. The drivers already leave genting i believe. But it's still fine with a 15 min walk back."

Its proximity to D’Apple Fried Chicken, Old Town White Coffee, Watson’s, Family Mart, Petronas, and an RM2 discount store makes it a great choice for quick layovers, family vacations, or business trips. With free parking and clean rooms, it's a solid option for those looking for convenience without breaking the bank. Overall, my experience was a bit disappointing. I had informed the staff a day prior that I would be checking out at 5:30 a.m., and I was told that the front desk operates 24 hours. However, when I went down in the morning, there was no one at the counter. I waited from 5:30 a.m. until 6:10 a.m., and there was still no staff available. During that time, I repeatedly called the number listed on their official website (+60 10-921 2677), but no one answered. At 6:10 a.m., I sent a WhatsApp message with my bank account details and left. The staff only replied around 6:30 a.m., and my deposit was immediately transferred to my account, which I appreciate. Still, I hope the management can improve their coordination and ensure that the front desk is staffed as promised, especially when guests have notified them in advance. Thank you."

"This was my second stay here in the same month because I simply couldn't get enough of this amazing place. The breathtaking views and peaceful atmosphere make it the perfect destination to relax and recharge. During my first stay, I chose the Mountain View room, which was incredibly calm and serene. This time, I stayed in a Genting View room, and the night scenery was absolutely stunning—watching the lights come alive was truly unforgettable. A special mention to the Front Office team for their exceptional hospitality. Despite the busy check-in crowd, they remained warm, professional, and incredibly responsive. The heated pool is definitely one of the highlights of the property. It was the perfect place to unwind, and I enjoyed every moment there. Huge kudos to the chef at Majestic Pizza. The pizza was absolutely fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and one of the best I've had. Thank you to the entire team for another memorable experience. I can't wait to return again!"

"My recent stay at the Genting SkyWorlds Hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While there were certainly some positive aspects to the customer service, a few notable inconveniences and cleanliness issues held the experience back from being a great one. Here is a breakdown of our experience: Location & Accessibility  A Long Walk to the Room: Our room was located in the Valley Wing, which is quite a considerable distance from the main reception area. Navigating through the hotel with luggage after a long journey was exhausting, so be prepared for a bit of a trek.  Inconvenient Breakfast Setup: If you are expecting a quick stroll down to breakfast, be aware that the morning buffet is technically located in an entirely different building. It takes about a 10-minute walk just to get your morning coffee, which is slightly frustrating if you are traveling with family or want a slow, relaxing morning. Cleanliness & Room Condition  Initial Hygiene Concerns: Upon checking in, we were disappointed to find stray hairs both inside and on top of our pillowcases. This naturally made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned prior to our arrival.  Stained Toilet Seat: The bathroom also left a lot to be desired. There were noticeable stains on the toilet seat, which really detracted from the comfort of the room. A higher standard of deep cleaning is definitely needed here. Service & Housekeeping  Excellent Recovery: I have to give credit where it is due—when we raised the issue about the dirty pillowcases, the staff’s response was incredibly fast. They arrived promptly to change out the bedsheets and pillowcases, and their polite, efficient service was very much appreciated.  Missed Details by Housekeeping: While the daily housekeeping staff did a generally good job of tidying up the room, they lacked attention to detail. They completely forgot to provide or replenish basic room amenities, specifically leaving out the room slippers, facial tissues, and the bathroom floor mat. Final Verdict: Genting SkyWorlds Hotel has the potential to be a great stay, especially with their responsive customer service team. However, the sheer distance to the Valley Wing rooms, the inconvenient breakfast location, and the inconsistent attention to cleanliness and room amenities make it hard to fully recommend without caveats."

"Everything was good. Nice clean room. Decent gym. Looking for my room at first was confusing however. My room was on the 23A floor on the C block. I went to the 23rd. The reception guy could've stressed that it's on ”23A”. How many times do people go to the ”23A” floor & expect everyone to just get it?? Those at the receptionist counter, here's a free advice, train more & learn how to be more courteous & know how to offer an apology to customers"

"This was my first time staying here, and I was very unsatisfied with the experience. Check-in took an incredibly long time, and I had to wait quite a while. The customer service staff also seemed unfamiliar with the procedures and hotel information, which really impacted my overall experience. The bathroom in the room was extremely small, barely enough space for one person. The shower area was also surprisingly tiny, with very limited room to move around. Overall, the comfort of the accommodation was okay, the bed was decent. If you're planning to spend all your time gambling and not in the room, then it's absolutely fine."

"Affortable hotel with magnelificent view, plenty amount of facilities, and delicious breakfast with variety of choice. Ofcourse there is a room for improvement in term of facility time closure which to me not too convinient (Open 8am-9pm ONLY) but overall is fine."

"Stayed here with my family (3 pax) for a short getaway 🏨⛰️ The unit was very clean, comfortable and welcoming ✨ It comes with 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, which was perfect for our family. The master bedroom has a 🛁 bathtub and 🚿 rain shower, while the second bedroom is also connected to its own bathroom, making it very convenient. We also enjoyed the balcony 🌤️ with beautiful mountain scenery and clouds — a nice place to relax. The kitchen is well equipped 🍳 with an electric stove, microwave, pots and pans, so you can cook simple meals. Just note that cooking oil and seasonings are not provided, so you’ll need to bring your own. There’s also a front-load washing machine 👕, but remember to bring your own detergent. One area that could be improved is the master bathroom. Although it looked clean, there was a noticeable urine smell that would benefit from a more thorough deep cleaning. A RM200 security deposit is required before check-in, so be prepared for that 💳. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would happily visit again. 😊"
