MyMOisMOCame here for the view and amenities and it did not disappoint. Plus point was the selection of food at the mall, responsive and helpful service staff, and the netflix/youtube premium subscription.
We enjoyed ourselves and will come back.

Guest UserThe hotel front desk staff were friendly, and there was a Chinese-speaking attendant, so language wasn't an issue. The room was spacious, clean, bright, and luxurious! They even provided beautiful complimentary refreshments! The view from the window was especially good, with the clouds in the mountains below us. It's a shame the weather wasn't great during our stay, as it was very foggy.

Guest UserHotel location was amazing, with bridge connecting to both genting skyworld and chin swee temple. The room was clean and has kitchen facilities, convenient access too with a new mall downstairs. Will definitely book this hotel again next time if visiting genting again :)

crazzchezzVilla is spacious and well maintained, equipped with both washing machine and dryer (wine chiller too). Two queen size bed just nice for family of four, just loved that balcony glass door can open entirely giving unblock view to the trees.
Service was great, they provide small treats daily (steam purple potatoes with butter and kampung coffee) that was just so welcoming.
The big plus was the nature surrounding us, totally enjoyed the view and relaxed. Package included a Clearwater walk to further admire the nature and the effort/passion they have in caring the animals and young forest.

Chang Kui mengThe hotel room was nice, clean, and tidy. However, because we were on a lower floor, the traffic noise from outside was really loud, especially since it's on an uphill road. It was super noisy late at night when everything else was quiet. Another serious issue was the extremely slow hotel Wi-Fi; it just kept buffering when I tried to browse, let alone play any games. (And checking in at the front desk took 50 minutes of waiting!) 😥

Spacious and clean, equipped with a TV, air conditioning, fridge, iron, and hairdryer. The 44th floor boasts a beautiful rooftop with a pool, sauna, and glass room, all available for free use. The staff provided excellent service, responding and bringing supplies even in the early hours of the morning. However, the WiFi was very poor and almost unusable. No disposable toiletries like toothbrushes, slippers, or bottled water were provided. The location is a bit far from the cable car station (RM15-17 by Grab) and even further from the mountain top (RM25+ by Grab).

We still rated 5 stars as our stay was great overall. Just wanted to let you know that even though the ”DO NOT DISTRUB” sign was on, my friend saw staff and the manager opening her door room. Nothing was missing. The air conditioner also couldn't be adjusted, but everything else was fine.

TuRiQThe penthouse was surprising nice and beautiful. It’s located on the same level as the check in counter and facing the greenery. Super huge master-bedroom with 2 big king size bed, walk in wardrobe and super big toilet with separate shower and bath tub. 1 common bedroom with attached bathroom, 1 queen bed and 1 single bed.
I love the balcony with the mountain view! It may be facing abit of the drive way but you can hardly hear any loud noise. At night you can see the Genting Highland neon lights too. Thou there are some white moth and small insects but It’s very peaceful and quiet at night. In the early morning, extremely relaxing on the sofa sipping coffee, feeling the morning breeze and listening to spa music from the tv and the birds chirping outside the windows.
There are various paid tv channels, YouTube channels, auto mahjong table. You can also cook in the big kitchen. Make sure you close the kitchen sliding doors to keep the occasional cars sound from the drive way coming tru the kitchen window. This will also help to keep the living and dinning area cold.
You can dine at the vegetarian restaurant before 8.30pm. Cafe and minimart close around 6.30 to 7pm. Drinks vending machine are available 24 hrs. The hotel staff are friendly especially the manager Charlize who is very helpful and responsive almost immediately. You can take the cable car and alight at Chin Swee Station, take the multi tier escalators and small walk to the hotel. Location is very ideal for people who drive. The walk in price is MYR1088 or you can consider paying for upgrade from normal rooms upon checking in if available for a great experience. Whole unit is very big and can accommodate a lot of people.

Our families thoroughly enjoyed the convenient one-night stay in this spacious mid-hill apartment, which offered stunning, misty views of Genting Highlands. While the pool and gym were perfect for the kids and adults to unwind, and on-site restaurant. Overall, the comfortable accommodations provided great value for two families, though better planning for meals is essential.

The room itself was really clean and tidy. The outside of the hotel didn't look great, but the room was lovely. The only downside was the lift; we had to take the stairs when checking out because only one lift was working, which was a bit inconvenient. Everything else was fine for me and my family. Please fix the lifts so more people can use them for check-in and check-out.
