"This is our first time staying at this hotel and dare I say, it was one of the best 5-star hotels I’ve been in. Will definitely, definitely come again. Everything and everyone were wonderful. The room was so squeaky clean and no speck of dusts anywhere. The bathroom’s design was top notch I love every inch of it. And the room had carpet-floor which made it easier and less painful for my baby to crawl around. The view was to die for. Very secluded and private and calm. Okay now the breakfast, heads off to the chef, the foods were amazing. I think this hotel has been here for quite a while now but they had managed to maintain and made it look like brand new. Two things I wanna suggest a bit, maybe can provide a prayer mat for the muslims or the front desk maybe should ask first whether we need any prayer mats, that would’ve been nice. One other thing, during breakfast, maybe can make sure the utensils are more accessible rather than upon request cause each table was provided with limited number of spoons and forks. But yeah other than that, everything was perfect from the beginning till the end. Huge thanks to Mark as well cause he did a wonderful job assisting us to our room and everything. Kudos to every staffs here, they were so nice and helpful. Oh yeah almost forgot about the welcome drinks, they were absolute perfect thank you so much. Will come again and again. Best hotel here."

"Tras Mutiara Hotel Bentong offers exceptional value for money—it's spotless, well-located, and affordable. Its proximity to D’Apple Fried Chicken, Old Town White Coffee, Watson’s, Family Mart, Petronas, and an RM2 discount store makes it a great choice for quick layovers, family vacations, or business trips. With free parking and clean rooms, it's a solid option for those looking for convenience without breaking the bank. Overall, my experience was a bit disappointing. I had informed the staff a day prior that I would be checking out at 5:30 a.m., and I was told that the front desk operates 24 hours. However, when I went down in the morning, there was no one at the counter. I waited from 5:30 a.m. until 6:10 a.m., and there was still no staff available. During that time, I repeatedly called the number listed on their official website (+60 10-921 2677), but no one answered. At 6:10 a.m., I sent a WhatsApp message with my bank account details and left. The staff only replied around 6:30 a.m., and my deposit was immediately transferred to my account, which I appreciate. Still, I hope the management can improve their coordination and ensure that the front desk is staffed as promised, especially when guests have notified them in advance. Thank you."

"A very simple room. Toilet is pretty small and the whole toilet will be wet when you shower as there's no partition. and the placement of tissue paper a little far, on the other end. No free parking provided but at least the parking is just behind. Soundproofing is really bad so it's really noisy, you can hear people talking loudly outside and even the hair drying sound from next door"

"This was my second stay here in the same month because I simply couldn't get enough of this amazing place. The breathtaking views and peaceful atmosphere make it the perfect destination to relax and recharge. During my first stay, I chose the Mountain View room, which was incredibly calm and serene. This time, I stayed in a Genting View room, and the night scenery was absolutely stunning—watching the lights come alive was truly unforgettable. A special mention to the Front Office team for their exceptional hospitality. Despite the busy check-in crowd, they remained warm, professional, and incredibly responsive. The heated pool is definitely one of the highlights of the property. It was the perfect place to unwind, and I enjoyed every moment there. Huge kudos to the chef at Majestic Pizza. The pizza was absolutely fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and one of the best I've had. Thank you to the entire team for another memorable experience. I can't wait to return again!"

"Affortable hotel with magnelificent view, plenty amount of facilities, and delicious breakfast with variety of choice. Ofcourse there is a room for improvement in term of facility time closure which to me not too convinient (Open 8am-9pm ONLY) but overall is fine."

"When I say rustcamps was an absolute saviour. I mean it. It saved my lil weekend escapade from becoming an entire nightmare. The room was clean. The toilet was clean. The bed was soft. The area was clean too. Surrounded by greenery and a cheeky fog during my stay, it felt like I was transported to United Kingdom for a moment. The barbeque facilities were wonderful. I enjoyed my first time being my very own baddie grill master with music accompanying. The jacuzzi was well maintained and within room vicinity. It was even heated up! What a treat! To be surrounded by a chilly weather and a warm tub treating you right. They even have a bonfire at night where can sit and just enjoy the weather, the forest and heat of the fire. I love the basket breakfast concept. Its cute. Feel like gacha too since you dont know whats in there until you open it. Food was yummy! The customer service? Exceptional! The place is also well maintained. You can really feel the love and passion for the place. And for the price point, the price is worth every penny. Truly a hidden gem."

"My son and I have stayed at this boutique hotel twice before, back in 2024. Now our 3rd stay, still always our favourite. Lobby area is comfortable and spacious, smooth check in and be sure have cash to pay for the conservation fee RM3 since no cashless option for this. The room is well equipped with comfortable queen bed, air condition, tv, mini bar, kettle and coffee tea as well bottled water. Bathroom has clean towels, toothbrush set, soap, shower cap and toilettries. Shower with hot water, good water pressure. Wardrobe has bedroom slippers, ironing board & iron,laundry bag and ample space to store your clothes. There is self service laundrette with a fee(washing machine & dryer) in hotel. Hair dryer is available upon request. Other facilities include surau, 7 Eleven, another convenient shop as well as hotel cafe which I think is only available for breakfast. One might enjoy the wonderful paintings all around the hotel public area, where there are comfortable seating area with sofas. Overall, pleasant stay for us as always."
