The hotel front desk staff were friendly, and there was a Chinese-speaking attendant, so language wasn't an issue. The room was spacious, clean, bright, and luxurious! They even provided beautiful complimentary refreshments! The view from the window was especially good, with the clouds in the mountains below us. It's a shame the weather wasn't great during our stay, as it was very foggy.

I had a pleasant stay at Awana Genting Resort. The resort is surrounded by lush greenery, offering a peaceful escape from the busy city. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The facilities, including the swimming pool and dining options, were well maintained and enjoyable. The complimentary shuttle service to Genting Highlands was also very convenient. If you're visiting with family, bring a picnic mat, some snacks, a kite, and bubble toys for the kids. There's a big field for children to run around and play while you relax and enjoy the surroundings. The beautiful greenery and fresh mountain air make it a perfect spot for a simple family picnic and a relaxing day outdoors. Overall, Awana Genting Resort is a great choice for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with easy access to Genting Highlands. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to families, couples, and anyone seeking a quiet retreat in nature.

It was good that hotel provide water station for us to stay hydrated, pillow kind of thick & hard. Hotel was at the end of the road, shared same entrance with Windmills apartment. No proper signage for me as 1st timer. Construction before the hotel made the road in such a mess, lorries driving like F1 chasing us making it so dangerous.

My husband suggested this place for our 33rd marriage anniversary and I'm thankful that we came for our 4 nights stay here! We stayed at the Deluxe King Room. Firstly the immediate response with an official/personal email from the GM Mr Tony Teh acknowledging our booking and asking if we needed anything - this is exceptional and personal which gives us such warm feelings even before we started our stay! We forgot to notify in advance about our anniversary, yet upon check in, Mr Hykal who attended to us assured us that he would check about the matter. And just happened Ms Lynn who is the Public Relations in charge was at the Front Office received what I shared and she purposely made a special effort in making the special arrangements upon seeing my email reply to their GM. We chose the Sky Cafe to have our anniversary dinner - The special decorations done in the room (as a surprise to my husband) and the special table set-up for our dinner with a special discount for our anniversary dinner. On top of it the Chef Mr Phyo personally blessed us with his special-bake chocolate cake! The GM personally came up to the Sky Cafe to meet with us, such warmth and kindness! Upon arrival as we were lazy to go out, we ordered room service and the nasi goreng was super yummy! The daily breakfast is amazing - food is delicious (had the chance to chat with the Chef Shahrul), with different spreads throughout our four days. All the staff in the Breakfast place are exceptionally friendly, polite, helpful and always with smiles! These are the personnel that I managed to get their names - At the Front Office, Mr Hykal and Mr Sharul were the first who attended to us with the rest who were very helpful to our enquiries as well: Sofy, Najwa & Syirah. A special shout-out to the Housekeeping team under the leadership of Mr Hafis - who did such a great job in making such special decorations in the room! The Sky Cafe Team who served us during our anniversary dinner - Mr Azrael, Ms Fazlin and Chef Mr Phyo. And the Restaurant great team inside the kitchen and outside the restaurant area under the Manager (I can't recall his name) who were very attentive! Ohh, the night views of Genting Hilltop from the Rooftop Pool area - superb! Mr Tony Teh, you have a great asset - your Team is amazing! Thank you for making our 33rd anniversary a memorable one, and we are already considering coming back again!

A Gem Near Gohtong Jaya Nestled conveniently near Gohtong Jaya, this location truly stands out. The presence of a 7-Eleven and various restaurants nearby makes it incredibly practical and adds to the overall convenience. The staff were perfectly adequate, handling everything with a decent level of service. Furthermore, the provided car park is a definite bonus, making arrivals and departures hassle-free. All in all, the experience was well worth the price. I will certainly be returning in the future!

Rooms were decent. Service from front counter was very good. They have good response to phone calls. They have buggy service that can take you around the place. Had unpleasent experience with food. Hope this place can improve on their food taste. Below average for the food price that is paid.

I recently stayed at Hotel Seri Malaysia Genting Highlands for one night. The hotel has a rather dated appearance, and many aspects of the room, including the bed, wardrobe, and furnishings, seem unchanged for many years. While the room was spacious, the overall condition could benefit from refurbishment. The room itself was reasonably clean, but the bathroom was less impressive. There were visible signs of mould and some dirt buildup, particularly in certain areas of the toilet. One of the biggest drawbacks of my stay was the noise level. The hotel is located close to the main road at Gohtong Jaya, and traffic noise could be heard clearly throughout the night. As a result, I found it difficult to get a deep and restful sleep. Overall, the hotel may be suitable for a short one-night stay if you’re simply looking for a place to rest before heading to Genting Highlands. However, for a stay of two or three nights, I would probably consider other options, especially if sleep quality and comfort are important to you.

Overall, my stay at Ion Delemon Premier Suites Genting was decent and worth the price. The staff were friendly and helpful 👍 Just a heads up — make sure to bring cash for the deposit, as not all payments are accepted cashless. Parking was convenient and easy to access, but it is charged separately (not included in the stay). The room was clean and comfortable, although the amenities were quite basic. Still acceptable considering the affordable price. However, one major issue that needs improvement is the presence of bed bugs. I personally experienced bites during my stay. That said, I do appreciate the staff’s quick response — even at around 3AM, they came to assist, sprayed the room, and changed the bedsheets. Still, this is something the management should take seriously and ensure the bedding is thoroughly cleaned for guests’ comfort. In conclusion, it’s okay for a short stay, but cleanliness—especially the bed—needs improvement.

Room look old. Window glass outside also moldy and a lot of algae. We change room 2 time. We choose high floor. 1st change room very Smelly bad odour and feel crippy. Terrible can't stay. Got something pasted at the wall. 2nd change room good and nice smell. Room big and comfort @Guest if need to stay here please check the room first. If uncomfortable please ask the lobby customer service for change. .

Fantastic! I absolutely loved it. Everything was so simple and straightforward. The self-check-in process was a breeze – no need to bother anyone. The customer service staff were also wonderful 😊. Nice and very good!
