With free parking and clean rooms, it's a solid option for those looking for convenience without breaking the bank. Overall, my experience was a bit disappointing. I had informed the staff a day prior that I would be checking out at 5:30 a.m., and I was told that the front desk operates 24 hours. However, when I went down in the morning, there was no one at the counter. I waited from 5:30 a.m. until 6:10 a.m., and there was still no staff available. During that time, I repeatedly called the number listed on their official website (+60 10-921 2677), but no one answered. At 6:10 a.m., I sent a WhatsApp message with my bank account details and left. The staff only replied around 6:30 a.m., and my deposit was immediately transferred to my account, which I appreciate. Still, I hope the management can improve their coordination and ensure that the front desk is staffed as promised, especially when guests have notified them in advance. Thank you."

"We are a family of five who booked one double room and one triple room for 2 nights. Rooms are a little cramped, especially the triple room but the rooms, towels, bedsheets and toilets were clean. There are no partitions nor shower curtains, thus after every shower, we'd have to wipe dry the toilet seats. There was an air purifier machine in the triple room which worked well to clear the air in the room as there were no windows. The hair dryer in the triple room was faulty but was quickly replaced when reported. All of us rested well during our stay. Any minor inconveniences we experienced were more than made up for by the friendly and helpful staff, especially Ms. Bee."

"Booked the Family Room, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. Our room was located in the building nearest to the link bridge to SkyAvenue, which was convenient. Overall, I would say the hotel room was average. The room looks rather dated, with visible wear and tear on the furniture. The shower water pressure was also quite weak, and the hot water was intermittent — it could suddenly turn very hot, which can be dangerous especially for young children. While the hotel is relatively near SkyAvenue, there is still quite a bit of walking involved. I had booked another room for my elderly parents, but unfortunately, their room was allocated in a different building. They had to walk across the link bridge to get to our building, which was inconvenient as they have difficulty walking. Another thing to note is that check-in is largely self-service via kiosks. The hotel staff do not check you in at the counter, and I found the kiosk system not very intuitive. This could be particularly challenging for elderly guests who may not be familiar with using such systems. Overall, the main advantage is the location and the availability of larger family rooms, but the rooms could definitely do with some upgrading. I would also recommend families travelling with elderly guests to request rooms in the same building in advance, if possible."

"The price is slightly expensive considering the facilities provided. The room itself is quite basic, with limited amenities. There was no complimentary drinking water or tea provided in the room, which was a little disappointing. The bathroom was also quite small and cramped. Overall, I feel that the hotel is more suitable for a short stay, especially because of its convenient location. However, if you are planning to stay for several nights, I don’t think it offers very good value for money considering the room facilities and comfort."

"I requested a high-level room with a Genting or mountain view through the app, but I ended up with a building view. I arrived early at 12 PM to request again at the reception, but they said I couldn't check in until 2:30 PM at the earliest. So I walked around, and when I came back at 2 PM, people were already lining up to check in. When it was my turn, I got a room on level 43 with a building view. I couldn't even pay extra to change rooms. I'm definitely not coming back to Wyndham. I paid 1k for 3 days and 2 nights. It would be better to go to the homestay next to Wyndham, which costs just over 400 for 3 days and 2 nights and at least I wouldn't be as disappointed with this kind of view. The service was also slow. I requested an iron and board from room service at 6:30 AM and only got it after 8 AM, and that was after calling 4-5 times."

"On our way back to Kuala Lumpur from Genting, we deliberately took a detour to stay at this chateau hotel near Colmar Tropicale, and it turned out to be the most delightful 'chill-out' spot of our trip. The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk to Colmar Tropicale, and the surrounding trails are perfect for leisurely strolls, leaving us feeling completely refreshed by the end of the day. I must particularly rave about the dining! For dinner, I initially went for a creative set menu featuring dishes similar to 'raw-marinated, cooked-marinated' style, but unfortunately, the chef was off that day. We opted for two other options instead, and they were absolutely divine – the French onion soup was so rich I wished I could have another bowl, and the fries were the crispiest I've ever had, a true delight for those who appreciate details. The post-dinner dessert and mung bean soup also defied expectations; I've had countless versions of these, but the flavors here were the most satisfying and not at all cloying. Breakfast was semi-buffet style, and I ordered so many egg dishes that I was stuffed. The Malaysian sausages seemed to be made of pure meat, which gave them a fantastic texture. I highly recommend having all three meals at the hotel; relaxing with good food and drinks is the perfect vacation. The check-in service here also felt like 'royal treatment,' with the front desk staff giving us a guided tour and explanation of the entire chateau. It was thoughtful and thorough. Although the room wasn't large, it was cozy, quiet, and had an excellent view. We were upgraded to the top floor, despite it not being a high-rise building. This place is perfect for a honeymoon or simply a few days of relaxation. I would definitely visit again."

"My husband suggested this place for our 33rd marriage anniversary and I'm thankful that we came for our 4 nights stay here! We stayed at the Deluxe King Room. Firstly the immediate response with an official/personal email from the GM Mr Tony Teh acknowledging our booking and asking if we needed anything - this is exceptional and personal which gives us such warm feelings even before we started our stay! We forgot to notify in advance about our anniversary, yet upon check in, Mr Hykal who attended to us assured us that he would check about the matter. And just happened Ms Lynn who is the Public Relations in charge was at the Front Office received what I shared and she purposely made a special effort in making the special arrangements upon seeing my email reply to their GM. We chose the Sky Cafe to have our anniversary dinner - The special decorations done in the room (as a surprise to my husband) and the special table set-up for our dinner with a special discount for our anniversary dinner. On top of it the Chef Mr Phyo personally blessed us with his special-bake chocolate cake! The GM personally came up to the Sky Cafe to meet with us, such warmth and kindness! Upon arrival as we were lazy to go out, we ordered room service and the nasi goreng was super yummy! The daily breakfast is amazing - food is delicious (had the chance to chat with the Chef Shahrul), with different spreads throughout our four days. All the staff in the Breakfast place are exceptionally friendly, polite, helpful and always with smiles! These are the personnel that I managed to get their names - At the Front Office, Mr Hykal and Mr Sharul were the first who attended to us with the rest who were very helpful to our enquiries as well: Sofy, Najwa & Syirah. A special shout-out to the Housekeeping team under the leadership of Mr Hafis - who did such a great job in making such special decorations in the room! The Sky Cafe Team who served us during our anniversary dinner - Mr Azrael, Ms Fazlin and Chef Mr Phyo. And the Restaurant great team inside the kitchen and outside the restaurant area under the Manager (I can't recall his name) who were very attentive! Ohh, the night views of Genting Hilltop from the Rooftop Pool area - superb! Mr Tony Teh, you have a great asset - your Team is amazing! Thank you for making our 33rd anniversary a memorable one, and we are already considering coming back again!"

"a 6/10 stay for me bcs some facilities aren’t accessible if you dont pay for it. the pool is crowded with people on weekends you barely have enough space to swim. sky pool at hard rock requires you to buy food and drinks then only can enter. the tiles are cracked and you dont get to see much of the carpet sky even though i paid for mountain view. the most annoying part is the receptionist they take HOURS to give you your room key theres a long line"
