AAna0527We arrived at hotel that has long queue on reception lobby hopefully in the future there will be a lot of receptionist. However it made my day when the Receptionist welcome us and Kudos to the amazing staff for the exceptional service and warm hospitality. Thank you so much granting my request for the complimentary upgrade to the Panorama Suite with bay view, which made our wedding honeymoon even more special and memorable. I love the most is the staff always greet even at the elevator and especially during breakfast time.
Overall I love all the amenities specially our rooms.
I Highly appreciate and I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious, and the security check at the entrance was quite strict. The bed was also large. Downstairs, there's a casino, and outside the hotel, there are supermarkets and a McDonald's nearby. It's less than a 10-minute taxi ride to the airport, which is very convenient. The beaches in the Philippines are truly amazing; I've visited many times and will likely come again.

GGen16I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service. I look forward to staying here again.

Stayed here from May 21 to 25, 2026 and it was exactly what I needed for a quick Manila getaway.
Location & Convenience
Super convenient location sa Roxas Blvd, Pasay. 6 min walk lang sa World Trade Center Manila and 8 min sa Star City. Malapit din sa Baywalk kung gusto mo mag-stroll sa gabi. Easy access sa airport din, around 11 min drive lang.
Unit & Amenities
The unit was clean, fully furnished, and had everything I needed. AC worked great, WiFi was stable for work, and the kitchen was a lifesaver for cooking simple meals. Loved having access to the 4 outdoor pools and the washer/dryer. The place felt safe and well-maintained.
Host & Check-in
GemstoneBR was responsive and made check-in smooth. Got clear instructions and quick replies whenever I had questions.
Value
For the price I paid, it was solid value. Quiet enough for rest but still close to everything. Perfect for both leisure and short business trips.

We noticed quite a lot of cockroaches during our stay, and the bidet was leaking, which kept the bathroom floor constantly wet. Hopefully these issues can be addressed because the location itself is really good.

MMae214221If MOA/ SMX Arena is where your destination is, this place is a mere 15 min walk there. Lots of restaurants at the bottom of the residence and Alfa marts everywhere. Very convenient location. However this unit though has a washing machine, but doesn’t provide drying rack. Residence rule does not allow for putting clothes on the railings. Found a couple of small cockroaches too in the unit. Apparently this is quite normal for this residence as warnings on cockroaches infestation is published in the lifts.

The swimming pool and garden are really nice considering it is in the middle of a city.
It is primarily a hotel for Filipinos, not many westerners there.
The only downside is the location, it is not easy to get to or from without a grab account

GGuest UserWe stayed at Asiatel to meet a friend. It was conveniently located nearby 3 of Nino Aquino Manila Airport. Location is its best attribute plus free luggage storage which travelers often need. There is an attached restaurant, other than that not many amenities; mostly a close convenient place to stay by the airport.
