GGuest UserOur stay at Lanson has been wonderful so far. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the room is clean and comfortable. We had the pleasure of meeting Toni Sitchon, Director of Operations, during check-in—she was very friendly and accommodating. Despite the hotel being very busy, she kindly allowed us to extend our two additonal rooms for tonight, which we truly appreciate.
Breakfast has been enjoyable, and we would especially like to commend Lauren at breakfast. She was very friendly and checked on us during the meal, making us feel well taken care of.
Overall, we’re very happy with our stay and the excellent service we’ve received.

JJoshua FernanWe had a fantastic overnight stay and were very satisfied overall. The dinner we ordered was delicious and worth the price. Our only important feedback was the check-in process. The requirement for a cash deposit was a hassle, especially as we were traveling with an 8-month-old and checking in late. We were so eager to get to our room and settle. Since online transfers weren't accepted, we found the payment options surprisingly limited for a hotel of this reputation. Despite this, all our needs were met, and we enjoyed our visit.

GGuest UserI enjoyed staying on this 5 star hotel. Location was made easy because of the skyway. The buffet, Kusina could improve, there are lots of bigger buffet restaurants like Dad’s World Buffet. Could have been a 5 star for the restaurant. The staff and servers were really mindful and courteous, love their service! Cleanliness of the room, room service was in a hurry vaccuming the floor.

All the list of amenities are provided and if requesting for other item not included in the list, the hostess can readily and immediately provide for your convenience. The location is most convenient for me since I have a transaction at DLSU-M and other nearby places. The hotel is also squeky clean before we entered the room and everything is tidy and well-kept. If unit 3511 will be offered for my next booking, I'll definitely grab it.

GGuest UserThis is by far the most convenient hotel for transfers at Manila T3 airport. You can get there directly from the skybridge on the 4th floor, which helps avoid any safety concerns outside. The hotel itself is also very good, and the breakfast is nice. The only minor issue is that the air conditioning can be a bit too cold.

**Facilities:** There are 6 elevators, making it convenient to go up and down. The hotel is highly automated with modern technology.
**Cleanliness:** Typical Philippines style – a moldy smell, poorly maintained, and the sheets looked dirty. (This is a common issue in many places here, so I'm not surprised).
**Environment:** Although it's close to the airport, there wasn't much noise in my room.
**Service:** The check-in process was inefficient. There were only two customers in front of me and two staff members, but I waited for almost 20 minutes (this aligns with what other reviews said). However, I wasn't asked for a deposit upon check-in, and check-out was quick – just handed in the card.
