"This hotel is super convenient as you can take the 'W' line bus directly from Honolulu Airport. It's about a 10-minute walk to Waikiki Beach, and it's located on a street lined with famous Waikiki hotels. Royal Hawaiian Center is also within walking distance. There are ABC Stores, supermarkets, and a DEAN & DELUCA on the first floor of the Ritz-Carlton Residences all nearby. I've stayed here several times. I chose a twin room, and it came with two queen-sized beds, which was very comfortable. The only minor downside was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy, but if you turned it off and used the ceiling fan, it was still cool enough. The bathroom had a bathtub, and while there wasn't a hand shower, adjusting the water temperature was easy, so it wasn't an issue. The cleaning was thorough, and the room was spotless. The hairdryer was in a black bag inside the closet. They provided a capsule coffee maker with both coffee and tea capsules, which was a nice touch. There was also a refrigerator, microwave, and iron. While there's no bottled mineral water service in the room, there's a free water dispenser next to the front desk where you can fill your own bottle or cup. The complimentary breakfast was simple but sufficient, and the taste was good. Given the high cost of living in Hawaii, I was very satisfied with the reasonable stay here."

"The Disney Hotel in Hawaii is indeed a Disney in the dream. Sunshine ☀️ Beach 🏖️ Coconut Tree 🌴, the hotel staff is also very warm and thoughtful. After arriving at the hotel, they immediately changed from i to e, especially the interactive link and Disney's cockroaches are particularly happy 🥳 really spent the magical three days. 🪄🏰 I will come again next time."

"Great location, just a few minutes from Waikiki Beach. We booked an ocean view room, which was beautiful, and the view wasn't obstructed by the parking lot. The balcony was lovely, very relaxing to sit there, eat, and enjoy the ocean view. The best part was that even though I'm not a member, they gave me my room at 12 PM, which was incredibly thoughtful. The Asian cleaning lady was exceptionally kind and enthusiastic every time she saw us. We didn't leave a big tip, but she still thanked us repeatedly and even offered us coffee. Beach towels can be picked up and returned by scanning your room card. Breakfast is served in the restaurant on the first floor, opening at 6 AM."

"The hotel is a little over a 10-minute walk from the beach, which is pretty convenient overall. They provide kettles, just like all hotels in Hawaii do, so you can refill your water multiple times, which is really handy. The hotel's location is great for getting around, and it's perfect for shopping. There's a convenience store right downstairs too. All in all, I had a good experience."

"This was my first trip to Hawaii, and I'm so glad I chose this hotel! It's super convenient – the trolley stop is right in front of the hotel, and the beach is just across the street. It was perfect for getting anywhere we wanted to go. I thought I had booked a room with a view of both the beach and Diamond Head, but it turned out to be an oceanfront room on the 10th floor. The view was absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. I did notice the walls seemed a bit thin. At night, we could clearly hear loud music from the room next door and a baby crying, haha. I guess it probably varies from room to room. The complimentary water server and free beach towel service were really handy! Plus, there were plenty of souvenir shops, a gelato place, and cafes, which made our stay even more enjoyable."

"Aside from being expensive, it's perfect! My kids went downstairs every day to take photos with the Disney characters and they were absolutely thrilled. Facilities: The room description said there was a kitchen, but our room type only had a microwave, fridge, and disposable cutlery. You need to book a higher-category room for an oven, pots, and a stovetop."

"I stayed on the back side of the building so I couldn't see the scenery. But above all, the comfort of the room and the location are the best! The kitchen utensils were perfectly prepared and helpful. Cleaning is not included, but you can contact the towel. The correspondence of the staff is also very good! "This was a wonderful hotel! I think it offers great value for money. First off, the room was a two-room suite with a separate living room and bedroom. The two double beds were spacious and comfortable. The mini-kitchen had a sink, kettle, microwave, and refrigerator. The bathroom had a standard American-style shower and a shallow bathtub. Toothbrushes were not provided. The breakfast menu didn't change much day-to-day, but the custom-made omelets were delicious. It can get a bit crowded around 9 AM on weekends, but it's manageable. During happy hour in the evening, guests received two complimentary alcoholic drinks per person per day. Two of the cocktails could also be made non-alcoholic. In addition, there was a free drink bar and snacks (crackers and vegetables like cucumbers and celery), which were perfect for a light bite. We were also allowed to bring our own food, so we often enjoyed takeout from nearby while sipping our happy hour drinks. The happy hour and breakfast venue is the same, located poolside. This would be great for families with children, as they can enjoy the pool while taking advantage of happy hour. They also provide beach towels by the poolside for guests heading to the beach or pool. Incidentally, we arrived at the hotel before noon this time, having taken an ANA flight. We were able to check in early without an early check-in fee! (Perhaps because it was off-peak season?) This was incredibly helpful as we were sleep-deprived. Waikiki Beach is about a 5-minute walk through the Sheraton. It felt a bit confusing to find at first, but once we got used to it, it was no problem. The nearest W LINE bus stop is just over a 5-minute walk away. It's a minor detail but wasn't an issue. Right in front of the hotel is an ABC STORE DELI, which operates from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM and also serves fast food, making it very convenient. Although our room wasn't ocean view, we could see the ocean from the outdoor stairwells on each floor, which was lovely. Ultimately, since we spent most of our time in the hotel either sleeping or at night, I don't think an ocean view was essential, haha. The balcony was nice for getting some fresh air. There's a water dispenser on the first floor, which is convenient for refilling water anytime. Each floor also has an ice dispenser and vending machines. If I had to pick a con, it would be that the elevators sometimes took a while to arrive. I highly recommend this hotel for families due to the spacious rooms! The value for money was excellent, so I encourage you to stay here."

"Overall, the stay was okay, especially the location. If you are here to surf every day, this is the place to choose. The room was nice, and we had a great view of both the beach and the mountains. However, the room felt outdated. Some lights were not working, and the phone kept blinking red at night. The service was fine overall, but the front desk staff looked tired, not very welcoming, and a bit cold. Since we booked through a third party, the hotel tried to refund the original payment and charge our card again. To avoid double charges between Trip.com and the hotel, please pay attention during check-in. In the end, I would probably recommend booking another hotel at this price point."
