"The lobby is beautifully designed and the hotel's location is excellent. From the moment I walked in, the concierge greeted me and proactively offered to help with my luggage. Check-in was very quick, and David at the front desk even upgraded my room, which was a pleasant surprise, along with some delicious complimentary ice cream. The room was also super spacious, with views of the pool and hotel garden – definitely great value for money. Manager Xiao Yang provided excellent service. Thumbs up!"
