"The month in this hotel has become a real fairy tale for us! We felt like home thanks to an incredibly friendly and kind family who cared for us from the first minutes. And they were ready to help literally everything! When we mentioned that we would like to cook ourselves and look for a accommodation with the kitchen, they just ... built us a kitchen! It was incredible! We couldn't imagine that people could be so responsive. We were often treated with a stunningly delicious food in generous quantities. Breakfasts here a special topic: always a lot of food, fresh food and everything is crazy delicious. Also you can take their bicycles to explore amazing Sigiria. It was amazing! Race the picturesque paths among wildlife just a dream! Even on the territory of the hotel there is a connection to nature: diverse birds sing their melodies, proteins flies agitatedly on palm trees, and varans are not in a hurry walking through the bushes real harmony with nature. We left with a hard heart, because this place has become a home for us for a month. We recommend to anyone looking for spiritual hospitality, comfort and connectivity with nature. Don't think this hotel is exactly worth your attention!"

"We stayed at the Eden Grand Hotel for two days and absolutely loved it. Although it can be a little tricky to find, the hotel is beautifully located at the edge of the forest, where monkeys leap from tree to tree. The rooms are cozy and well-designed, with a spacious, comfortable bed, modern bathroom and an AC. The service was exceptional. Breakfast is freshly prepared just for you, and the food was fantastic. The hotel also offers its own tuktuk driver, making it easy to visit nearby attractions like Sigiriya Rock. All in all, the Eden Grand Hotel is a charming and peaceful retreat and the Service will try its best to make your stay memorable."

"We feel annoying because someone wrip the floor at 0630 with a lot of noise. Extra bill when check out. A bill for dinner buffet which we did not attend. Your staff did not listen to us and insist we eat the buffet and they said CCTV can see us there. At the end, we wait for half hour and the did not show the CCTV and let us go. When we settle the bill for 2 dinners we have, the wifi connection is not good and your staff say they did not receive the pament and ask us the pay cash. At the end, we find the bill already settle by credit card. And we need to go back to the hotel and they still say hotel did not recieve the payment and ask us to check with our bank."

"A wonderful hotel in a quiet place among the rice fields. Pavlin and the sounds of the jungles. If you like nature and privacy - great! It is necessary to understand that there is no ”civilization” right next to you. In the rooms everything is good, clean and comfortable. Very joyfully accepted. Very delicious breakfast and dinner! Thanks to all the hotel staff) The most important thing for those who drive the car, the road on which Google leads by default, on the side of the lake is bad, with pits, barely passed. On the other hand, the road is even gpuet, but much better. Applied in a photo map."

"We got very nice experience when staying here 1 night. The room was perfect for our family of 3. We just had to pay for the 3rd person's breakfast. The Logde located nearby the Lion rock and village, easy to find and go to the rock or the Gambulla city within 10min. The host Isuru was very welcoming from the start and made sure that we had all that we needed. ( hot water, drinking water, towels, AC, fan). We also really appreciated Mr Alain, a french gentleman resident in the sameplace! The room also had all the necessary for us to not be bitten by insects (scents and more). There was also a room for the driver at a very resonnable price. However we found the wifi a little weak, but else everything was good. In the surroundings it is peaceful, and we woke up to nice little sound of the nature and a well prepared typical srilankan breakfast and fruits! Delicious!"

"We chose this hotel based on the location! We arrived, looked and booked 3 rooms. Moreover, it was cheaper to book through the website than at the hotel. When they showed us the rooms, a very sharp, specific smell hit our noses, I asked what it was, they told me that these were their air fresheners and they could be washed off. I said that I could not live with such a smell and needed to be removed, they said ok and we went to check in. Then I threw my things and went swimming and eating. In the evening, I returned to the room, the smell was there and then it dawned on me that it was a cockroach repellent!!!!!! The victims were already lying all over the room, and very large ones. At the reception, they silently moved me, without even apologizing. This moment, of course, spoiled the impression. After all, I immediately said that the smell was very sharp. The bathroom is very interestingly made, it is as if outside, in the shower there is a net and an outside nook. Leaving the cool room there is a strong contrast, but this does not spoil the rest. I liked the design of the disposable sets, they looked very stylish. In the evenings, musicians played in the restaurant (the first day there were mantras to the music, on the second day a guy sang very chicly. In the restaurant you can eat from the menu or dinner/lunch buffet. We tried both options, everything is very good. Very attentive staff in the cafe, the administrator saw us and ran to prepare a table for us. They also served by the pool. The territory is not large, but it is conducive to relaxation. Monkeys even came running. Friends went to the spa, they said the massage was good. From the hotel we went to Sigiriya (20 minutes by car) and on a safari in the park."

"Exceptional stay in Milano Grand – a real 5 stars for quality and reception We stayed two nights in Milano Grand, and the experience was absolutely perfect from the beginning to the end. Our heavy baggage was brought to the room, and we were given excellent recommendations to visit, to eat, and even a scooter was reserved and organized for our next day explorations. The breakfast was royal: fresh fruit, fresh smoothies, variety and generosity. The rooms were large, very clean, and really comfortable. The location is perfect: just next to the road station. And above all, at the check-out, Lucky personally accompanied us to the station, to show us exactly what bus to take. A rare, careful, and deeply appreciated gesture. For the price, quality, reception and kindness of the staff, this hotel is widely worth 5 stars. I recommend the Milano Grand very strongly."

"The hotel is very famous in Sri Lanka, and the room facilities are very good. The environment is a bit poor, because when driving to the hotel by yourself, Google Maps navigates to the hotel through a long and narrow dirt road, not the asphalt Jetwing Road. If the hotel corrects the information to Google Maps, it may be helpful for self-driving guests."
