Five stars! Seriously recommend it to everyone~ It's right by Metro Line 8, just a few minutes' walk away. Getting to Taikoo Li Qiantan by taxi takes about 20 minutes, so the location is absolutely perfect. The hotel is new, clean, and the service is excellent, especially the super friendly front desk staff. The scallion oil noodles for breakfast were incredibly delicious. Honestly, for this price in Pudong, you can't beat it. I can't find a single fault – just book it!

I hadn't checked out yet, and it wasn't even check-out time. I came back from outside to find my room door open, with a cleaning lady already inside, nearly done. It was bewildering; my privacy was completely invaded. (I had taken my room key card with me, and the cleaning lady even used my key card to confirm it could open the door.) After calling customer service from my room to complain, they said someone would come to speak with me in five to ten minutes. I waited for twenty minutes, and no one showed up. I ended up leaving on my own, taking all my belongings with me. Around 1 PM, the hotel lobby manager finally called me to discuss the issue. His attitude was good, but the compensation offered was negligible. Then, at 3 PM, I received another call from the hotel saying I had left a rabbit plush toy behind, even though I had actually taken it with me at noon. I really can't understand how this hotel operates.

My overall stay exceeded expectations! Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were friendly and polite. The room was spotlessly clean, with a full set of toiletries, and the mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm. It was very quiet at night, perfect for a good rest. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and public transport is easily accessible. The value for money is outstanding, and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling.

Let me talk about the shortcomings first: the sound insulation is too poor, especially the door, someone passing by the aisle, talking very loud, and being awakened 1 time a night. In addition to poor sound insulation, others are ”surprises”: 1. Check in during the New Year's Day holiday. I entered the front desk and learned that it was a child's exam. I quickly cleaned the room and let me check in at 10 o'clock, so that the child can rest at noon after the first exam and serve 5 stars. 2. The hotel at this price is clean and tidy, with 5 stars. 3. The unique corner sofa in the room meets different needs, especially suitable for 2 people to work and study, 5 stars.

Location: Half of the Didi (ride-hailing) drivers got lost. It's at a crossroads, so parking is indeed a bit difficult. Ambiance: Besides going back to the room to rest, and waiting for a car outside the hotel entrance, I didn't see much of the other facilities. But overall, it's okay. Room: Large and clean. The bathtub was good, and the bed was super big, though the bedding was a bit mediocre. The room's blackout curtains were effective. Value for money: Very good.

My stay at IntercityHotel Shanghai Pujiang Centre truly exceeded my expectations, and I just have to rave about it! First, a special thank you to the front desk staff. During check-in, they proactively upgraded us to a Deluxe Twin Room. The room was much more spacious and brighter than we anticipated, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. Every detail showed thoughtfulness, making our stay incredibly comfortable. What surprised us even more was that when the front desk attendant learned we had a child, she kindly arranged for a complimentary breakfast for our child under 12. This saved us a lot of hassle and was such a thoughtful touch, definitely a huge bonus! The breakfast selection was extensive, and our child absolutely loved it. The hotel's location is also very convenient, close to Lianhang Road Metro Station, making getting around super easy. The overall service was warm and attentive, and everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly without any issues. Next time I'm in Shanghai, this will be my top choice, and I'll definitely recommend it to my friends. Wishing them continued success!

Having stayed at hotels across the country, this was my first time experiencing such a terrible breakfast buffet. Here are the issues: 1. One restaurant staff member chatted loudly with a cleaning attendant throughout the meal. Their voices were so loud that they were clearly audible across the entire dining area, severely disrupting the dining atmosphere. 2. During the meal, dirty dishes were left uncollected on tables, accumulating on multiple tables. There was essentially no floor service. 3. The dish collection area generated extremely loud banging noises from colliding plates and bowls, with no noise reduction management whatsoever. 4. I personally approached the front desk staff to report the noise issue. The employee remained engrossed in their phone the entire time, neither responding nor taking any action, completely disregarding the guest's complaint. I would like the hotel to provide a clear answer: Does your establishment have basic behavioral standards and on-site management for frontline service positions? Is the store's management aware of such instances of employees not fulfilling their duties and ignoring guest complaints? I expect a written response and an explanation of corrective actions, not a templated reply. I also urge the hotel management to review the surveillance footage from September 6th after 9:30 AM to see the actual situation. I am truly disappointed.

The hotel environment is clean and hygienic, and it's not noisy even though our room was by the window. The front desk lady was exceptionally nice. I was here for a business trip, and it's very close to the Shanghai Theatre Academy, within walking distance. All in all, I highly recommend staying here; you won't regret it!

The room is clean and the front desk guy has a very good attitude. I have stayed in this hotel several times. I didn’t enjoy breakfast because I was seeing a doctor. I went to try breakfast today. Although there are not many varieties, it tastes pretty good, especially the aunt who cooked the wontons. The attitude is very good and the food is delicious. The price/performance ratio is really good all season long.
