The LEGOLAND Hotel offers an amazing immersive experience, with Lego elements everywhere and incredible attention to detail. You truly feel like you're in the world of Lego. The staff were very warm and attentive, whether we were dropping off luggage upon arrival or storing it after check-out; the service experience was excellent. My child was so excited the moment we entered the hotel, constantly saying they wanted to live there and looking forward to coming back again. We paid extra to upgrade to a family room during check-in, and it was a great stay. It was a bit of a shame that the drone show was cancelled that night, but it was a minor disappointment. The hotel's cleanliness and disinfection were top-notch, which gave us parents great peace of mind. The only downside is that the location is quite remote, making transportation a bit inconvenient. Overall, it's perfect for Lego fans, and my child had an absolute blast. While the location is a definite drawback, it doesn't diminish our overall positive impression. We'll definitely come back if we get the chance.

Came to Shanghai Legoland with my son. I found a super thoughtful guesthouse on Ctrip and booked it early. When we arrived at Jinshan North Station, there was a clearly marked private car waiting for us. They picked us up and dropped us off throughout our stay without any waiting. After we arrived, the owner actively helped us with our luggage and check-in, which was really hassle-free. On the day of check-in, the front desk also meticulously explained all the check-in details, showing great consideration. The host had a lovely sense of ceremony, giving us a small gift upon arrival, and hot breakfast the next morning. I've stayed in many hotels and guesthouses while traveling, but it's rare to find a place where the service and cleanliness are both so thorough. Comfortable accommodation definitely added a lot to the whole trip, and I genuinely recommend it to everyone! My son said: 'Next time we come to play, we'll stay here again!' Hehe.

Excellent! This is my kids' favorite hotel. There were so many other children for them to play with. The owner was super helpful, providing rides whenever we needed them. Although breakfast was simple, it was very healthy and well-balanced. This time we stayed in two different rooms; unfortunately, we couldn't book the slide room this time. 😄 But my kids loved both rooms. The bathroom fixtures and water heater were all great quality. The owner even gave us a little gift. Sadly, my child cherished it so much that they accidentally left it on the train during a transfer. 🙁 The hotel is very close to both the station and Legoland, just a few minutes away.

Before the trip, I saw reviews mentioning various pretexts for requiring guests to register for the Ji Hotel app. Sure enough, upon check-in, we were told that only app registration could activate breakfast, even though we had already paid extra for two breakfasts when booking through Ctrip. The hotel unilaterally added these restrictions to meet their own targets! They had no grounds to argue after we questioned them. They only gave us one room key, not even an electricity card; the air conditioning was cut off as soon as we left the room, making it incredibly stuffy! Breakfast was unavailable; on the weekend, due to the large number of guests, by 8 am there was almost nothing left to eat, no seats, and no cutlery. Overall, the service received a negative score.

I stayed in a Deluxe Scenic King Room at the Hilton Garden Inn Shanghai繽紛里. The room was approximately 50 square meters, spacious and airy, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering excellent views of Legoland. The Sealy mattress provided soft support, making for a comfortable rest. The room was equipped with electric curtains, a capsule coffee machine, and a smart toilet. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with a bathtub, and the amenities were of good quality. The entire room featured rounded corners, showing thoughtful details for families with children. The decor was simple yet elegant. We could walk to Legoland in just a few minutes, which was incredibly convenient for traveling with kids. Overall, the stay was comfortable and pleasant, with a fantastic vacation vibe.

Hygiene: The hygiene was quite good, everything was dry and tidy. Environment: There aren't many dining options nearby, so ordering takeout is necessary. However, buying snacks is convenient. Service: Very enthusiastic, they promptly responded to and resolved any needs.

Facilities: As someone who really struggles to sleep in unfamiliar beds, I was very impressed with the mattress. The showerhead was also quite good. Even though it's a newly opened hotel this year, there was absolutely no strange smell. Environment: It's just a few minutes' drive from Legoland. You can see the Legoland Hotel building clearly from the hotel entrance, right across the wheat fields. Service: The owner and staff were all warm and proactive. They've set up various kids' facilities in the lobby and right outside the entrance. The breakfast even catered to children's preferences, though I'd suggest improving the quality a bit. Overall, it's a great value-for-money choice if you're visiting Legoland.

We were extremely satisfied with our accommodation choice at the Legoland Resort. It's very close to Legoland, and the exclusive free shuttle service completely eliminated any worries about traffic or parking if we had driven ourselves. During our downtime, we could freely use the electric scooters to cruise around, which added a wonderful vibe. The room was clean and dry, well-equipped, and the living environment was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day of fun. The service was thoughtful and meticulous; all our requests were promptly addressed. It's suitable for both adults to relax and children to play. With convenient transportation and comfortable rooms, the overall experience was impeccable. Highly recommend it to all travelers.

We stayed at the Sheraton to visit Legoland. When we walked in the front desk man, Dodo, was extremely helpful in catering to all our needs. He ensured that the shuttle service has space for us and he made sure of the times. We also had great help with all our luggage and got complimentary breakfasts because it was only me and my son. The room was great, the breakfast was great and we will definitely stay here again when we visit Legoland 🤗🤗
