At the end of June, my child had an exam at a nearby middle school, and I wanted comfort, convenience, and safety, so Sheraton was the obvious choice. We had lunch at the Caiyuexuan restaurant on the second floor for two days. It was safe and convenient, and my child could even take a short nap there. I felt the portion sizes at the restaurant were quite generous, and the taste was good too. Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, they had all the essentials. As an older, established hotel, the hardware facilities are always up to standard. As for the service, the staff in the breakfast restaurant, Chinese restaurant, and housekeeping were all excellent and very enthusiastic. However, the young lady at the front desk who checked us in was a bit difficult to deal with – she seemed to be in a very bad mood that day.

The room was clean and tidy and spacious. The view outside the window is also wide. Quiet at night and get a good rest. Parking is convenient and the hotel has its own parking lot. The hotel is also very close to Sam, about 5 minutes walk. Very nice hotel.

The accommodation in this Ascott Sunland was exceptionally comfortable, with a beautiful park nearby that we truly appreciated. The convenience of shopping malls and walking to the store made our stay even better. The front desk staff were extremely helpful, and the service provided was outstanding. Overall, this trip has been truly enjoyable.

I had a very pleasant stay and am happy to leave a positive review. The location was easy to find, and getting a taxi was super convenient. Both the lobby and the rooms were very clean and tidy, which was really nice to see. The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient with the check-in process, clearly very skilled. The air conditioning in the room was comfortable, and the hot water was great, making for a really good shower. There was also a large full-length mirror, which was incredibly helpful for getting ready before heading out – a small detail that really made a difference. The price was reasonable, parking was free, and the breakfast was plentiful. Overall, I felt both safe and comfortable. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

The room was fantastic! Super clean and quiet! As someone who's a bit of a clean freak, I was really impressed by how spotless the room, lobby, restaurant, and laundry room were. The breakfast spread was amazing too, with so many delicious options! It felt much cleaner and tastier than ordering takeout. The front desk staff were incredibly nice, and the cleaning ladies were very polite. Even when I left valuables lying around, they never touched or moved them. Both the front desk and cleaning staff, as well as all the other employees, were very meticulous. The robot delivery for anything I needed was super fast too! All the hotel staff were extremely polite, always greeting me and asking if I needed any help. They were all so courteous and respectful, truly a friendly and high-quality team! Everyone at this hotel was just wonderful! I really have to give a huge shout-out to the cleaning ladies and the front desk staff!

The facilities are great. The TV is large and has screen mirroring, which was super convenient for watching 4K movies and TV shows. The bathroom has both a handheld shower and a rainfall shower, and the toilet has a heating function which I loved! I really hate a cold toilet seat in the middle of the night during winter. There's a laundry room on the first floor, and you can see on the TV which washers and dryers are available in real-time, so you don't have to go down and find none free. Cleanliness: It's quite clean. The cleaning staff came every day to tidy up and replace toothbrushes and toothpaste. The lobby is very spacious. The elevators require a key card to access the floors, and there's even a delivery robot, making it both secure and convenient. The front desk staff were very welcoming and check-in was quick. When we finished laundry around 11 PM and realized we didn't have enough hangers, the front desk sent some up very quickly. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't the best. Normal conversation isn't audible, but when we had the TV at about volume 15, the room next door could hear it. The hotel is right by a subway station, so transportation is very convenient, and the area around is relatively quiet. With the windows closed, there's hardly any noise from outside. A McDonald's and Starbucks are just 70 meters downstairs, and the hotel breakfast is quite varied. It's also not far from the city center by taxi, and it only takes about 20 minutes to get to the shopping malls in Wujiaochang. Overall, it's a very good stay.

Had a super satisfying stay! The room was spotless, with great natural light and ventilation, and the bedding was so soft I slept like a baby. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, and check-in was quick and efficient. The location is convenient for getting around, and the amenities are comprehensive. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip. Highly recommend!

The stay experience was particularly satisfactory, the hotel was cleaned very cleanly, and the room was clean and odorless. The staff was warm and polite, and the demand was very fast. It was very comfortable to travel here and it was recommended.

This was my second stay here, and I was pleasantly surprised that Ali at the front desk remembered me from my previous visit. He thoughtfully arranged a lake-view room for me and even included complimentary breakfast – truly excellent service! I also had a small issue with my membership number, and Henry patiently helped me resolve it. As for the room, it was fully equipped with everything you could need. Even though it's a relatively new hotel, there was no noticeable new-hotel smell. Overall, my experience was fantastic in every way.

Stepping into this 'urban natural oasis' by Senlan Lake, I've discovered a truly healing treasure of a hotel! Environment & Location: The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, truly achieving that 'tranquility in the midst of bustling city life' vibe. Just outside, you have the Senlan Greenbelt and the shimmering Senlan Lake. Open your window and you're greeted with lush greenery; the morning air is wonderfully fresh. A stroll by the lake instantly cures a week's worth of work stress. It's only a few minutes' walk to the nearby Garden City shopping mall for dining and shopping, and not far from Zhouhai Road Station on Metro Line 6, making getting around super convenient. Room & Facilities: The overall design is an elegant New Chinese style, with consistently excellent aesthetics. Both the public areas and the rooms are very photogenic. My room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable – I slept soundly until I woke up naturally. The bathroom features a wet/dry separation, and thoughtful details like a smart toilet and electric curtains are a nice touch. Pet-Friendly (Pet owners, rejoice!): What surprised me most was how incredibly pet-friendly this place is! Not only do they allow pets, but the staff are also very fond of animals and even prepared an exclusive pet breakfast box and a small gift. Being able to frolic with my dog on the nearby park lawn without having to be separated from my furry friend is truly a wonderful experience. Service & Dining: The service absolutely deserves a huge thumbs-up! From check-in to check-out, every staff member was warm, attentive, and incredibly responsive. In the evening, they thoughtfully delivered complimentary sweet soup, which was both comforting and heartwarming. Breakfast is a buffet with a mix of Chinese and Western options, offering a rich variety, including freshly cooked noodles and mini wontons – the taste was excellent. Overall, this is a hotel that combines quality with a relaxed atmosphere. Whether for a business trip or a city 'micro-vacation' with family or pets, this place is an incredibly cost-effective choice.
