After checking in, I tried out all the facilities in the room. The air conditioning cooled quickly with minimal noise, and the water heater provided a steady stream of water at a comfortable temperature. The desk and chairs were at a good height, so it wasn't tiring to sit for long periods. The power outlets were conveniently placed, making charging devices very easy. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience.

We brought our kids to Shanghai's various theme parks, and friends recommended the HEYITANG Hotel, which truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Huinan Metro Station and offers free shuttle buses directly to Disneyland, the Wild Animal Park, and Haichang Ocean Park. This made traveling with kids absolutely stress-free, with no need to worry about taxis. We stayed in a family room which featured a bunk bed with a slide and a kids' tent. All the smart devices in the room were easy to operate, and the room was spotlessly clean. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the soundproofing was excellent. On the third floor, there's a free indoor kids' playground that our children loved visiting every day. The hotel provides a rich buffet breakfast, and they even offer thoughtful late-night snacks. Additionally, there's a self-service laundry room and complimentary foot bath tubs to help alleviate travel fatigue. The front desk staff were kind and patient, making the check-in process efficient, and they even thoughtfully gave little snacks to the children. With its comprehensive facilities, meticulous service, and excellent value for money, this hotel is our top choice for family trips. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Shanghai.

i chose a peaceful sleep double bed room but maybe i checked-in late at midnight, I've being assigned a room right above the main door entrance. Two morning around 7 ish, woken up by logistic operation. The room i chose was not included breakfast, but receptionist has been giving me the free coupon for two days, i guess it is some kind of compensation. Overall the room is spacious, new, clean, small laundry for two machines only, small eatery place but enough variety choices for breakfast - it is worth of value.

I switched to this hotel from a Disney-area hotel with a 4.9 rating, and I must say, this place is excellent in every aspect, completely outshining that so-called 4.9-star hotel. The rooms are large, incredibly clean, and new. The pillows and bedding are comfortable, and the bathroom has ample space. The bottled water provided is JingTian, and you can drink as much as you like. They even replenish the mini-bar with well-known brand drinks daily, which I took with me to Disney every day. The hotel's shuttle service is arguably the best among Disney-area hotels. I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. They offered shuttle services to and from Pudong Airport, daily round trips to Disney, and even a shuttle to the Shanghai Astronomy Museum on the fourth day. Plus, there's a shuttle to the Wild Animal Park Metro Station every half hour, which is incredibly convenient. Breakfast runs from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Not to mention for this price point, even hotels with rooms costing over 500 RMB don't offer such a rich buffet breakfast. The food tastes great, and the variety of dishes is impressive. The restaurant also serves a late-night supper with hot porridge, noodles, dumplings, wontons, bread, and greens, all provided in unlimited quantities until 11:30 PM. The hotel has a particularly large kids' club, which my child absolutely loved. There's also a decent indoor swimming pool. I didn't use the gym, but I saw that the equipment looked very new when I passed by. The laundry room has plenty of washers and dryers, and the laundry baskets are frequently changed with clean ones. While all the facilities mentioned above are strong advantages, what truly impressed me was the 'software' – the exceptionally thoughtful service. When front desk supervisor 'Ru Yi' learned that my previous hotel was a disappointment, and I asked to see a room, she immediately showed me different room types, patiently explaining the hotel's facilities and service hours. Every time we passed the front desk, they would proactively ask if we needed anything. The hotel's customer service would text daily to inquire about our housekeeping preferences, and every evening we returned to our room, the air conditioning would already be on – such meticulous attention to detail. The cleaning staff and restaurant staff were all very friendly, especially the auntie who served us on the evening of the 28th; she was truly attentive. My six-and-a-half-year-old daughter summed it up best. While eating in the restaurant, she suddenly told me, 'Daddy, this hotel is so warm, just like home. I'll definitely come back next time.'

The environment is very good, the internal facilities are very complete, the parking is convenient, and there are many foods around. Come to Suzhou for business and family travel, from the distance and travel angle of the surrounding scenic spots, the price is excellent. The front desk lady is very good, put my puppy on the first floor specially set up for pets, the hotel is very thoughtful, next time you come to Suzhou will stay

I stayed at the Meilun Hotel at Shanghai Wild Animal Park. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were new and complete. It's very close to the safari park, and there's also a shuttle bus service to Disneyland by appointment, which makes traveling with kids very easy. The staff provided thoughtful and meticulous service. Overall, the stay was great, very satisfying, and highly recommended for families with children!

This newly opened five-star hotel near Shanghai Disneyland isn't too far away. As someone with consistently high standards for hotels, I can say my actual stay exceeded expectations in terms of experience and comfort. The amenities are also quite good; the playground on the second floor and some of the restaurants on the first floor are all great. There's also an outdoor infinity pool and a laundry room with dryers on the second floor. The lady who helped with our laundry was so kind; she washed, dried, and folded our clothes and delivered them to our room, which saved us a lot of time. The value for money is outstanding. The hotel's lighting at night is beautiful. We went to the bar for a drink, and the prices were decent, with good quality spirits. As someone who drinks regularly, I could tell it was a good drink, definitely worth a visit. It's also convenient for Disneyland, just a 20-minute drive, and the hotel offers a shuttle service. For this price and this room, it's incredibly good value.

Home Inn has an amazing location, right by the subway, making it super convenient for getting around. The room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping was prompt with no strange odors. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, even assisting with planning my routes. Definitely great value for money, I'll be back next time!

When the room phone wasn't working, they immediately contacted the front desk to switch our room. The hotel also has kids' play facilities, which the children absolutely loved. Breakfast and late-night snacks were delicious and plentiful. I'll definitely stay here again in the future.

I was very satisfied with my room upon check-in; it was spotless. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. Overall, the hotel's hygiene was excellent, very clean and sanitary. The breakfast was especially rich and delicious. The hotel is located in a large shopping mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Parking is also very easy, as the hotel's parking lot is part of the mall's, so you can park anywhere in the mall where there's a space. The hairdryer in the hotel was also very effective.
