I was very satisfied with my stay this time! The hotel's overall environment was clean and elegant, the room was very well cleaned, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, so I had a great rest. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient with check-in, and they were always quick to help with any issues. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a gym and a children's play area available, as well as a coffee shop and bar for relaxation. The location was convenient for getting around, and the surrounding area was also very accessible. It's suitable for both business trips and family vacations, offering great value for money. My overall experience exceeded expectations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time and highly recommend it to everyone.

We waited in line for check-in at 4:30 PM on Saturday. The lobby is on the 42nd floor, but there were only two check-in counters and no other staff members to guide guests, aside from the two who were processing check-ins. My family sat on a nearby sofa with our sleeping child, waiting for quite a while. Thankfully, most guests queued orderly and it was relatively quiet. The hotel provided a small birthday cake, and the bathroom had a separate basin, which was very convenient. Food delivery was a bit inconvenient; it could only be brought to the concierge on the first floor. We had to take an elevator to the 42nd floor lobby first, then transfer to a high-speed elevator from the lobby to the first floor to pick up our order. That was a bit much. The hotel is right next to Yuanxiang Lake Park, which is great for walks and exercise. There were even street performers singing at night, creating a lovely atmosphere. The room's air conditioning had a moderate fan speed and a comfortable temperature. Parking was in the underground garage, and we just needed to register our license plate during check-in for easy access. Overall, it was a good stay. For a weekend leisure trip with kids, the Hyatt Jiading is a great choice!

We stayed here for two days and one night with our two kids. We booked two rooms for 2 adults and 2 children. The hotel environment was very pleasant, and we had a great experience. It was also very convenient as it only took a few minutes by taxi to get to the places we wanted to visit. Before check-in, I contacted the hotel to ask for a bed rail for each of our two rooms. They happened to be short one, so the hotel kindly upgraded us to an Executive room with a chaise longue at no extra charge and cleverly found a solution. Thumbs up! All our requests during our stay were promptly met, and we were very satisfied! P.S. The hotel's complimentary toiletries were of good quality. My son is usually quite particular about children's toothbrushes and toothpaste, but he actually liked the hotel's toothbrush and toothpaste, which is rare!

You can tell the hotel is a bit old, especially the bathroom facilities, which look quite dated. It's hard to tell if it's due to a lack of thorough cleaning or just old wear and tear. The soundproofing is practically non-existent; you can hear everything going on in the next room or the hallway very clearly. Someone was smoking in the hotel, and the hallway reeked of smoke. Even with the fan on in the room's bathroom, the smell of smoke would occasionally waft in. The location is convenient, right next to the subway station and a nearby shopping area, making it easy to get around and find food. The ladies at the front desk were all very helpful and patient. However, for some reason, the male staff couldn't take phone calls; after picking up and talking, they would hand the phone off to another female staff member, leading to redundant communication. I hope the male staff receive better training.

The hotel room was clean, tidy, and odor-free. Facilities: Well-equipped. Environment: The lobby was very pleasant. Service: An Jing (quiet/peaceful) provided excellent service. The pillows and mattress were comfortable, and the bedding was great. The room was clean, the TV was large, and the shower was spacious.

This was my first time staying at the new Hanting Hotel, and I chose it over the old Ji Hotel. I'm quite satisfied; the price is very affordable, and the family room is spacious. The ladies at the front desk were very enthusiastic. It was a good experience.

The small single room was clean and tidy, and there was a relatively large underground parking lot. It offers great value for money, with plenty of shops and businesses nearby, plus a park. My room even had a view of the river and lake, which was lovely. Highly recommended.

I chose this Atour Hotel in Jiading district because I was watching Wang Yibo's car race, and my stay exceeded expectations. The surroundings were beautiful and the weather was great, so on the first day of the race, I cycled to and from the international circuit, which only took about 40 minutes. The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options (I especially loved the scallion oil noodles, which I ate for three days straight). In the evenings, they even offered a warm 'porridge delivery' service. The ladies working in housekeeping and the restaurant were all very friendly. The staff at the front desk, both male and female, were always smiling, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. On the day I was leaving, I wasn't feeling well, and since my flight was in the evening, I explained my situation to a young man at the front desk. He readily agreed to let me check out as late as 4 PM, which allowed me to get some much-needed rest. I'm truly grateful for that! I will definitely choose Atour again the next time I come to watch a race!
