The location is extremely convenient, very close to the subway station, and it's easy to get a taxi to the high-speed train station and the airport. The lobby is clean and grand, with complimentary drinking water, candies, and cookies in the lounge area. Check-out was very efficient, no long waits. The room linens were spotless, the layout was practical, and there was plenty of storage space. Breakfast offered a wide variety, catering to both Chinese and Western tastes, with congee, bread, and hot dishes all available – a simple meal was very satisfying. The staff were responsive; any issues were resolved within minutes. Overall, the value for money surpasses other hotels. Highly recommended for business travelers.

I stayed for two nights, and there were so many thoughtful details! First, the bathroom actually had an outlet, so I could comfortably use my phone even on the squat toilet. Second, there was a separate small makeup mirror, which was super convenient for getting ready. Third, the cleaning staff even hung up my pajamas when they cleaned – so considerate! Fourth, they don't just replace the complimentary mineral water; they add more if you haven't finished the old ones, which is a nice touch. Finally, I accidentally left my setting powder when I checked out, and they called me right away to let me know they'd saved it. All these little things are huge plusses! I was in a hurry to go out and explore, so I didn't take any room photos, but it looked exactly like what was shown on the platform. The room's cleanliness and the bedding were spotless! It's also incredibly close to the subway station, which is super convenient. And the front desk staff were incredibly nice and helpful! Next time I visit family in Shenzhen, I'll definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!
