MM17182****My wife and I booked this hotel for our birthday, and also to enjoy the hot springs. The experience was fantastic. The hotel is located on a mountain next to the Yushui Hot Spring, and we were able to get around by the butler's car and the elevator, ensuring maximum privacy. They even upgraded our room for free, giving us even more stunning mountain views. Our stay also included complimentary tickets to the Yushui Hot Spring, Tianmu Lake, and Nanshan Bamboo Forest, allowing us to explore all of Liyang's key scenic spots in one trip. During our stay, our butler, Kong Nan, provided impeccable service, elevating our experience to a whole new level. Highly recommended, we'll definitely stay here again.

Disadvantages: Up the mountain in winter, the swimming pool and outdoor facilities are not open. The small soup pool outside the room is not easy to use and very cold, unless it is always heated. But the soup pool lid can cover the bubble, and it is easy to cool down without heating, or do other upgrades.
Otherwise, the actual experience is: good environmental service + clean breakfast + good accommodation environment, other extra value-added things can not be used in winter, the price is almost a thousand, the price is just right in summer, the price is a bit not high in winter, 7-800 can still accept, after all, the location is remote, Costs are needed everywhere.
There are some activities to cook tea and set off fireworks in the winter night, but you will miss it after ten o'clock. Winter is really bleak.

AAnonymous UserThis is my third time staying at Hantian. Yangxin Valley is a great experience. The single-family villa is much quieter than the resort. As soon as I stepped into Yangxin Valley, I was instantly attracted by its beautiful environment. The interior decoration style adopts the new Chinese style, which is elegant and atmospheric. There is also a free travel photo. Girls should like it very much. Haha. Shan Rui at the front desk contacted me intimately the day before I checked in. Not only did she plan a travel guide for me in detail, but she also carefully arranged the itinerary according to my needs. During the entire stay, she responded to messages very quickly and took the initiative to greet me every day. This kind of meticulous service makes people feel warm. However, when dining in the Chinese restaurant, I encountered a small episode. The restaurant told me that the restaurant was reserved at night. At that time, I was full of disappointment. After all, I came to Hantian just to taste the fish head soup that I had been thinking about. Fortunately, the lobby manager Ge Pengfei showed super high professionalism. He actively helped me communicate and coordinate with the restaurant. In the end, I got the delicious fish head soup as I wished, and the fresh and fragrant taste still lingers on the tip of my tongue. I sincerely thank Shan Rui, Ge Pengfei, and the shuttle bus staff. Their attentive service made this trip full of warmth and surprises. I will choose Hantian Yangxin Valley again in the future and recommend it to my relatives and friends!

The hotel housekeeper contacted us in advance, and we stayed in the private soup room and gave us fish head vouchers. For other dishes, we ordered black rice and The small bamboo shoots are quite delicious when cooked, and the experience is still very good!

DDDinaOur initial room wasn't great, but the staff helped us pick a room with a beautiful view, which was fantastic! 👍 The hotel breakfast had a good variety, but the Chinese restaurant's set meal wasn't worth the price. We barely touched the tofu and black rice, and the plate of four pan-fried buns had a pickled vegetable filling 😓. The only good thing was the fish head soup, which was very fresh and delicious 😋. The hot springs ♨️ are conveniently located right next to the hotel. It was so relaxing to soak there and wash away the fatigue, and it wasn't crowded at all, which was a bonus. The Bamboo Sea wasn't crowded either, and we didn't have to wait in line for the mini-train 🚄 or the cable car 🚡. The only downside was the slightly overcast weather; it would have been perfect if it had been sunny!

The hot spring ticket sent by the room package is a bubble. After arriving on Saturday, the hot spring in the afternoon, the hotel bathrobe forgot to bring, and the housekeeper also sent another bathrobe, which was great. Before I went back on Sunday afternoon, I took a walk around the lake after breakfast and lunch. After taking a beautiful photo, I went to soak again. There were a lot fewer people on Sunday and it was very comfortable. In addition, the service of the travel photography was very satisfactory, the photos were very beautiful, and I received unanimous praise from my family.
