GGuest UserWhen we arrived, the dam had been repaired, and we could see the beautiful view of Tianmu Lake from the hotel door. The hotel housekeeper contacted us in advance, and we stayed in the private soup room and gave us fish head vouchers. For other dishes, we ordered black rice and The small bamboo shoots are quite delicious when cooked, and the experience is still very good!

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, nestled among green mountains and overlooking the shimmering Tianmu Lake, giving it a tranquil and comfortable ambiance. It truly is a great spot for relaxation and wellness. We booked a Deluxe Lake View Room, and the hotel even upgraded us for free to a Luxury Lake View Room. The hotel also offers a variety of fun amenities for children, making it perfect for families with kids. What's even more appealing to visitors is the Cloud Top Observation Deck, which offers panoramic views of Tianmu Lake's beautiful scenery, with lush mountains and clear waters as far as the eye can see – truly a feast for the eyes. It's worth mentioning that the breakfast restaurant is grand and situated right by Tianmu Lake. You can enjoy your breakfast while taking in the stunning lake and mountain views, which really enhances your appetite. The Chinese restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, with plenty of choices, and the prices are quite reasonable. However, there was one minor disappointment: we wanted to rent the electric scooter with a sidecar located at the entrance of the children's playground. After a series of complicated scanning procedures, the screen displayed that we were over 65 years old and denied us use. How wonderful it would have been to explore the beautiful scenery around the hotel on that electric scooter with a sidecar! We had no problems driving 260 kilometers from Shanghai to the hotel ourselves! We understand that the hotel's concern for the safety of older guests is valid, so we suggest that it would be more accommodating to allow older individuals with a valid driver's license to use it. Overall, this hotel is still very good. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Tianmu Lake in the future.

ZZhendebuhuihejiudedukangThe whole family was very satisfied with our stay at this B&B during the Spring Festival. The courtyard has a lot of space and a nice view. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the smart facilities are very convenient. Each room has a balcony. The food and beverages at the B&B are also very good. We drank local white tea, which was very fragrant, and tasted fish heads from Tianmu Lake, which were very fresh, and there were also fresh strawberries presented by the boss. In addition, there is a parking lot in the courtyard, which is very convenient, and there are free charging piles. Very considerate and enthusiastic service.

GGuest UserThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

TTarnsA very comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower, good wifi, ideal location, and customer service of a high standard. Location - 10 minutes by taxi from Liyang railway station 15rmb, bus 1 goes to the coach station, and many restaurants within walking distance.
Customer service - from the moment I checked in, I received friendly, helpful, and sincere customer service. I was given help when I asked about buses to Yushui hot spring. The breakfast was very delicious (eggs, salad, noodles, bacon, yoghurt, cakes, baozi, corn, sweet potato, rice, soup, and more).

DDDinaOur initial room wasn't great, but the staff helped us pick a room with a beautiful view, which was fantastic! 👍 The hotel breakfast had a good variety, but the Chinese restaurant's set meal wasn't worth the price. We barely touched the tofu and black rice, and the plate of four pan-fried buns had a pickled vegetable filling 😓. The only good thing was the fish head soup, which was very fresh and delicious 😋. The hot springs ♨️ are conveniently located right next to the hotel. It was so relaxing to soak there and wash away the fatigue, and it wasn't crowded at all, which was a bonus. The Bamboo Sea wasn't crowded either, and we didn't have to wait in line for the mini-train 🚄 or the cable car 🚡. The only downside was the slightly overcast weather; it would have been perfect if it had been sunny!

GGuest UserThe hotel has a grand and elegant design, and the room facilities are very comprehensive. The front desk was efficient during check-in and even proactively upgraded my room. The breakfast selection was abundant. My only minor issue is that, despite it being almost June, the room's air conditioning wasn't adjustable, staying consistently at 24-25 degrees Celsius. For someone who gets hot easily, this made it difficult to sleep; I went to bed late and woke up before 5 AM due to the heat. However, everything else was quite good, and the staff were all very enthusiastic.

Upon check-in, he not only provided a detailed introduction to the hotel's services and surrounding attractions, but also recommended a suitable itinerary based on my preferences. The room was warm and elegant, the bedding comfortable, and the hot springs were clear and refreshing. Xiao Tao also thoughtfully prepared afternoon coffee for us, truly making me feel incredibly cared for throughout my trip. The breakfast was rich, varied, and delicious, and the service attentive. I highly recommend this resort for a vacation!

LlinrongrongThis hotel opened this year, and the surrounding environment and facilities are excellent. The soundproofing is really good. I've been here for two days now. There was a minor issue with the cleaning staff on the first day, but the front desk patiently resolved it. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. I hope the owner keeps up the great work!
