Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and will certainly return, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Song Likun.

Staying for two nights was so relaxing! The lakeside hot spring tickets for two: Soaking in the hot springs at night was very atmospheric. We prepared our swimsuits beforehand; the hot springs have changing rooms, but we changed in our room, put on our robes, and headed over. Each hot spring had a water temperature display, and there were mugwort, carnation, and traditional Chinese medicine pools. After soaking for a while, we felt so comfortable, slightly sweaty, and warm all over. You should definitely try the hotel's casserole fish head. Our butler service was very warm and attentive. I personally think the hotel breakfast is on par with a five-star hotel. While it doesn't have as much variety as a five-star, it has everything you need. The room facilities are a bit dated. We went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The package with a meal was the most cost-effective. A shuttle bus takes you to the entrance. You walk a bit, then take a one-way mini-train. You can either take the cable car to the mountaintop first or the ground cable car to the panda house first. Both the cable car and ground cable car tickets are round trip. If you're tired on the way back, just buy a one-way mini-train ticket. If you still have energy, you can walk, and you'll pass by the Little Goose Park to watch a show. The whole trip took about 4 hours. After leaving, we ate the meal included in the package – you can choose between a hot pot restaurant or a fish head restaurant. We chose hot pot, and the two pots were more than enough for two people. Parking was 15 for one visit.

This stay was such a delightful surprise, I have to document it! I originally booked a standard suite, but before check-in, the butler, Qingqing, added me on WeChat and communicated with exceptional attention to detail. Perhaps noticing we were on our honeymoon, she discreetly upgraded us to a suite overlooking the hotel's gardens. Opening the window revealed a breathtaking view of greenery, instantly uplifting my spirits. Most thoughtfully, she printed my WeChat profile picture on a leaf – such a small gesture was incredibly touching. The room amenities were Aesop, even the toothbrush was exceptionally comfortable, and there were even scented teaspoons and earplugs by the bedside. The balcony was enormous, and I contacted the staff to ensure the soaking tub was thoroughly disinfected, which gave me peace of mind. Near the reception on the second floor, you can buy mugwort sachets or herbal packs, which were especially relaxing while soaking in the hot tub. Qingqing thoughtfully sent us the hotel's service manual and brochure. She recommended we try the Chinese restaurant and the Friday and Saturday buffet dinners, and they were all excellent. The hotel also offers bookings for photography, spa, and cocktail experiences, perfect for couples or friends to relax and enjoy. She even showed us the hotel's ”King of Rooms,” a private floor with a starry sky ceiling for gazing at the night sky. I need to work hard to earn money so I can bring friends or my family to stay on the top floor next time! The hotel has a great location, close to Tianmu Lake, Nanshan Bamboo Forest, museums, and Highway 1. It's also newer than Zhuxi Valley. I'd love to bring my kids here to experience the children's area and infinity pool when we have children. A heartfelt thank you to our housekeeper, Qingqing, for her attentiveness and professionalism. She made this trip more than just a vacation; it felt like cherished moments of life.

We booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!

Let’s talk about the advantages first: the Chinese style of the B&B is very design-friendly, and the facilities newly opened last year are also very new. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the butler's service was attentive and considerate. The flower and tree decorations in the yard downstairs are very beautiful and artistic, and you can take pictures everywhere. Before leaving, I was given a souvenir. Disadvantages: The children's paradise and the cute pet paradise were being renovated when I checked in. It was a bit regretful that the baby came because there was a children's paradise. Also, I feel that the planning idea is very good. There are small tents and a swimming pool, but it may lack maintenance due to insufficient manpower. The pool was filled with dust, and the small tent was filled with debris. Overall, the flaws outweigh the flaws. If I have the chance to come to Liyang next time, I will still take my children to stay in this B&B.

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

A very comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower, good wifi, ideal location, and customer service of a high standard. Location - 10 minutes by taxi from Liyang railway station 15rmb, bus 1 goes to the coach station, and many restaurants within walking distance. Customer service - from the moment I checked in, I received friendly, helpful, and sincere customer service. I was given help when I asked about buses to Yushui hot spring. The breakfast was very delicious (eggs, salad, noodles, bacon, yoghurt, cakes, baozi, corn, sweet potato, rice, soup, and more).

The Quchanli Hot Spring Resort Hotel in Liyang offers a tranquil and beautiful setting, and the service provided by our butler, Xiao Tao, was truly impressive. Upon check-in, he not only provided a detailed introduction to the hotel's services and surrounding attractions, but also recommended a suitable itinerary based on my preferences. The room was warm and elegant, the bedding comfortable, and the hot springs were clear and refreshing. Xiao Tao also thoughtfully prepared afternoon coffee for us, truly making me feel incredibly cared for throughout my trip. The breakfast was rich, varied, and delicious, and the service attentive. I highly recommend this resort for a vacation!

The front desk proactively inquired about my experience upon check-out, which showed great attention to detail. The decor was modern yet warm, with thoughtful touches in every detail. A fantastic experience! The pillows and blankets were so soft! I slept incredibly well! Service: Willa's service was excellent! I was very happy with the room. The lobby was clean, and they even upgraded my room and gave me some fruit. I'll definitely stay here again next time! Facilities: The overall color scheme is very pleasant, and the room felt fresh and dry, unlike other hotels where you sometimes get a musty smell. At first, I thought the pillows wouldn't be comfortable, but they were surprisingly good and didn't cause any neck or shoulder discomfort. Oh, and the soundproofing was excellent. The self-service breakfast had a limited selection of stir-fried dishes, but they did have basic congee, drinks, fruit, and sushi. The beef congee was delicious! Service: The staff were very friendly. My only suggestion would be for them to implement a self-service app. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will choose to stay here again.
