"Our experience was fantastic!! We booked our stay here to celebrate my husband's birthday and the hotel made it extra special! Tim, the floor manager was extremely helpful. He ordered a cake and had it delivered to our room, along with arranging any and all activities we were interested in. The language barrier was not a problem at all as Tim translated all the information we needed. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed and pillows. We especially enjoyed the hotel's breakfast - huge selection of food to choose from. There was a spectacular firework show both nights that we stayed at the hotel. The hot spring is right next to the hotel, you can walk a scenic route (About 2km) if you want to or take the free shuttle car between the hot spring and the hotel. There are lots of activities to do in and around the hotel. We travel a lot and have experienced many hotels, but we can truly recommend this hotel. You will get excellent service and high quality accommodation. A special thank you to Tim for playing such a big part in making our stay a memorable one!"

"The service exceeded my expectations. The staff at Chang Le were incredibly welcoming, providing excellent service from the moment they drove me up the mountain in an electric cart, to the explanations along the way, and even the patient explanations of the facilities in the treehouse. The service was exceptionally attentive and meticulous. Both the hot springs at the summit and the private hot springs in my room had excellent water quality and were very comfortable. The environment was quiet, and the hiking around the mountain provided just the right amount of exercise for a relaxing vacation. A very satisfying trip."

"It was a very satisfying trip. My family of three checked in on October 8th, booking a two-bedroom, one-living room room at Taoxie Viewing Bamboo. Our housekeeper, Li Sipeng, contacted me a day in advance to confirm our arrival time and provided us with detailed and clear information about the hotel. When we arrived at the parking lot, Li was already waiting for us and upgraded us to Taoxie Viewing Mountain. The experience was incredibly comfortable. My son and I each had our own suite, offering stunning views and an outdoor hot tub and swimming pool. The hotel also provided many helpful perks. The front desk, restaurant staff, driver, and staff were all courteous and helpful. Li was incredibly thoughtful and considerate. Our photographer, April, was also a fantastic photographer, and I was thrilled to capture so many beautiful photos. The restaurant's cuisine was also delicious and suited our tastes. Overall, I had a wonderful impression of Bamboo Valley and will definitely return when I have time."

"The B&B is located near Nanshan Bamboo Sea. It can be said that it is very convenient for eating and playing. The hotel has just opened. The facilities and rooms are very new. The design is mainly white and looks bright and comfortable. I also chose this place because it is pet-friendly, and the hotel staff love puppies. Very kind and the food cooked in the kitchen is delicious! You can discuss with the proprietress to choose small portions according to your appetite, so you won’t waste food! The private hot spring in the room is very comfortable, you don't feel cold at all, and you feel refreshed after taking a bath. It was a pleasant two days and one night. I would like to take my parents here to relax if I have time~"

"Guests' cars are parked at the entrance and shuttled by electric carts. The scenery is stunning, with lush forests and bamboo groves creating a truly beautiful atmosphere. Spending money here is definitely worthwhile. This hotel left a deep impression on me. From the rooms and facilities to the service and environment, I was extremely satisfied. The mountaintop hot spring is definitely worth checking out. The villa rooms feature a spacious and bright outdoor soaking pool in the center, and the bedding is very comfortable, featuring many bamboo accents, providing me with a superior resting environment. The hotel facilities are also very complete. The butler, Xiao Rui, was attentive and responsible, answering my questions, helping me book meals, and providing complimentary toiletries. My review: I'll definitely come back next time!"

"Food: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious. Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery. Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy. Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad. Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean."

"It's a very good B&B. It's very quiet around and there aren't many residents. It's very comfortable halfway up the mountain. The B&B has its own swimming pool and hot springs, and you can also fish. We stayed in a family room with a mountain view. Four people can stay in the room on the upper and lower floors. The manager of the B&B contacted us in advance and gave it to us. The itinerary was very well arranged and the dinner was also very rich. After dinner, you can cook tea by the fire and enjoy a slow life. It was a very good stay experience. Recommended"

"Facilities: Swimming, fruit picking, BBQ, fireworks, and KTV. Location: Perched on a mountain, the air is unbelievably fresh. Service: Exceptionally attentive! The front desk staff, Xiao Zhou, was wonderfully kind. Our butler, Xiao Jin, was both handsome and incredibly thoughtful; he drove us to and from the mountain, helped us prepare for our barbecue, and was always available whenever we needed anything. 👍 Breakfast was also abundant and delicious. "An absolutely delightful stay at a guesthouse in Nanshan Bamboo Forest! I didn't want to leave even after two days! Choosing this guesthouse was the best thing about my trip to Nanshan Bamboo Forest! I stayed for two whole days, and the entire experience was wonderful, completely exceeding my expectations. The guesthouse's environment was simply amazing! Behind the house was a persimmon tree laden with fruit; the bright red fruit against the white walls created a picturesque scene. There was also a pond nearby, its ripples created by the wind, surrounded by greenery – a truly poetic and idyllic spot. Just sitting there and daydreaming felt so peaceful. My room had a private balcony, and opening the curtains in the morning allowed me to breathe in the fresh mountain air, far from the city's hustle and bustle – so therapeutic! A special shout-out to the owner's signature fish head! It's all freshly made in-house, with a rich, milky-white broth, tender and non-fishy fish – one bite and it was so delicious I couldn't help but drink the broth! It's a must-try when visiting! The guesthouse was also incredibly clean; the room was spotless, and the bedding was clean and soft, making me feel very safe and comfortable. The chicken on the second day wasn't very good, but the bamboo shoots and mushrooms that came with it were alright. The owners were incredibly welcoming and patiently recommended sightseeing routes, even sharing local hidden gems – their thoughtfulness was evident in every detail. The environment, hygiene, and food were all impeccable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Nanshan Bamboo Sea! Highly recommend it to all tourists – you can't go wrong!"

"I should have stocked up on a few more room coupons, ugh. . . I saw several public accounts recommending Ctrip’s package for 999 for 2 nights, but there were a lot of bad reviews on Ctrip. It was a newly opened store and the hot springs were not equipped yet, etc., so I bought one at random. When I was still thinking about buying it, I found that Ctrip had taken it off the shelves and only sold a few dozen copies. It was not very popular. Later, when I wanted to make an appointment, I found that the dates were all full. I asked Ctrip and found out that her family was selling package meals in **, so Ctrip helped to make the reservation successfully. I looked at it, hehe, it’s much more expensive than what I bought [laughing] The service was very good. I just got off the train and at 10 am, the front desk housekeeper Rose called and told me that I could check in. I was very happy. After all, it was below zero in Liyang on the Lantern Festival day and it was freezing to me. . Hurry to the hotel~ There are 2 parking lots in the hotel. The one further inside is equipped with charging piles and can also park gas trucks. The uncle in the parking lot is very nice. He watched us park and took us into the hotel gate, where the waiters inside continued to guide us. ~ Checked in at the front desk and got an upgrade. The big bed room facing the water is great. It has the same layout. I prefer this bright water-facing room. It is brighter than Zhujiajiao Anlu. I don’t know the relationship between Anyue and Anlu Amansa. [Silly laugh] They are all from generation An~ You can drink freely from the minibar, and you can refill it the next day~ The toilet comes with a washlet, and the hair dryer is from Dyson, and it comes with 5 heads, wow! The location of the bathtub is good. You can watch TV while soaking in the bath. The TV can be projected [strong] After we arrived at the room, we also had floor housekeeper Anna. She responded quickly to whatever we needed, and also introduced places to eat nearby. We tried 3 nearby farms and they were all good. The breakfast day is a weekend, so it is a buffet. The homemade yogurt is good, and the noodle stall is good, but the steamed food is not hot enough. Wonton noodles, etc., you can also drink coffee and milk for yourself. If you need a set meal delivered to the room, you can do it~ Since we didn’t know what time we would wake up, we didn’t bother the housekeeper~ Before leaving, I was given drinks on the way and a complete minibar. The new hotel is really hard work~ It’s really a great value this time. I wonder if there are other friends who have stocked up on Ctrip room coupons. Go use it quickly. It’s worth a try.
