I saw a small electric car entering and exiting the hotel entrance, but when I asked the staff at the hotel entrance, they said that this was for other surrounding hotels. You are such a big hotel, but you don’t even have an electric car. Maybe this hotel receives business and teams, and model workers recuperate more. I really think it’s so-so for individual guests! Second, the Chinese restaurant in the hotel, because I saw that Dianping had good reviews, I came to eat, and it was convenient. As a result, your rating should be brushed. The receptionist at the door of the restaurant was indifferent. The fish head ranked third on the comments for 198 yuan was not available, only the set meal of more than 400 yuan! The waiter told me that this was the price many years ago and it is no longer available! It is said that Dianping will send roast chicken for checking in, but it must be a 5-star review to send it! To be honest, the waiter in the restaurant was very nice, and the roast chicken was given to me later. I admit that it was delicious, but I don't agree with this practice. "Fantastic hotel! It made my visit to Yixing extra enjoyable. The room looks exactly like description and very clean. The staff from front desk to housekeeping are very friendly and helpful, makes your feel like home. The resort is huge but the drivers are always there to bring you around to other parts of the property. The bathroom is so clean and smells nice all the time. Beds and pillows are comfortable too. It is really one of the best hotel I have stayed in. Breakfast was delicious and the Chinese restaurant in the main hotel sets very high standard. What a lovely room to go back to after a long and tiring day from 竹海 and 瑶湖小镇. By the way, it’s easy to grab Didi from the resort."

Spending money here is definitely worthwhile. This hotel left a deep impression on me. From the rooms and facilities to the service and environment, I was extremely satisfied. The mountaintop hot spring is definitely worth checking out. The villa rooms feature a spacious and bright outdoor soaking pool in the center, and the bedding is very comfortable, featuring many bamboo accents, providing me with a superior resting environment. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay. A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable. "Our experience was fantastic!! We booked our stay here to celebrate my husband's birthday and the hotel made it extra special! Tim, the floor manager was extremely helpful. He ordered a cake and had it delivered to our room, along with arranging any and all activities we were interested in. The language barrier was not a problem at all as Tim translated all the information we needed. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed and pillows. We especially enjoyed the hotel's breakfast - huge selection of food to choose from. There was a spectacular firework show both nights that we stayed at the hotel. The hot spring is right next to the hotel, you can walk a scenic route (About 2km) if you want to or take the free shuttle car between the hot spring and the hotel. There are lots of activities to do in and around the hotel. We travel a lot and have experienced many hotels, but we can truly recommend this hotel. You will get excellent service and high quality accommodation. A special thank you to Tim for playing such a big part in making our stay a memorable one!"

For breakfast on the last day, the paper cups for ice cream next to the ice cream truck were gone. I asked the waiter at the fruit bar next to it for more, and he said, ”Sorry, there are no more ice cream cups.” I was so angry that I laughed. Who trained this kind of service concept? How many guests are staying in the hotel? It's okay that the hotel is not well prepared, but can't they help the guests find solutions? The ice cream paper cups are used up. Do you have other paper cups? Otherwise, do you have bowls in the kitchen? Just saying that there are no more, it's still meal time. Does it mean that the guests behind don't want to eat? The auntie who collects the plates is also very diligent. She is still sitting. If she sees that your plate is empty, she will collect it. Then you collect the plates, but leave the chopsticks. You have taken away everything. Are you chasing guests away? Table manners need some training. I had to eat without my chopsticks being placed horizontally. Otherwise, it would give people a bad impression."
