Tucked away in a bamboo forest valley, the air is fresh and the privacy is exceptional, truly giving off a serene wilderness vibe. The room was spacious and elegant, the bedding comfortable, and the amenities high-end. The mini-bar drinks were complimentary, and they even thoughtfully provided welcome fruit. The cliffside hot springs offered breathtaking views, soaking in the spring while admiring the bamboo forest was incredibly healing and relaxing. The breakfast buffet was rich and delicious, featuring both Western and local specialties. A special thanks to our butler, Chen Tiancao 🌿, for their consistently enthusiastic and attentive service – quick to respond and wonderfully thoughtful, making our stay superb! We'll definitely choose this place for our next vacation!

MM773074****This is a fantastic hotel with a beautiful setting and a very stylish design. I loved it. The room was clean and spacious, just the style I love. There was even a small gift in the room: a cute wooden bunny. The service was also very attentive. When we went out for dinner, the waiter even offered to take us to the restaurant in their own car. It truly felt like home and warm. Finally, I have to emphasize that the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The wonton soup was made with fresh fish broth and was incredibly delicious. I also tried all the noodles and Western dim sum dishes, and they were all delicious. I heard they're opening a new location in Beijing, so I'm looking forward to it.

If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. GGuest UserIt is said to be the first five-star international brand hotel in Liyang area. The location is not good. It is between the city center and Tianmu Lake. However, Liyang is not big. If you drive by yourself, it only takes about ten minutes to go to the city center and Tianmu Lake. It is convenient. The hotel hardware is good, the parent-child room booked is very large, and the two 1.5-meter beds are very good. The front office service is very good. As soon as we entered the door, the lobby manager greeted us and asked us where we booked the room, and took us all the way to the front desk for check-in. But after two days, there are some shortcomings, but I can't complain. The first is the swimming pool, which was actually outsourced. There were many outsiders inside, and the whole locker room smelled bad. The surroundings of the swimming pool were also messy and disorderly, completely inconsistent with the positioning and level of the hotel itself, so I didn't dare to go into the water, and the children went back to the room after playing in the swimming pool for about ten minutes. Second, the service staff in the restaurant are all old aunts, and their attitude really needs to be improved. A guest was complained by the waiter because he didn't know that he didn't use a special spoon to serve purple rice. The two sides had a little bickering, which surprised me. In many hotels, this is the first time that a waiter complains to a customer face to face. In the end, I called the room service and asked for two garbage bags for children's toothbrush. After the applause, the child clamored to take a bath, but he couldn't resist him, so when the room attendant brought me the garbage bags, I was embarrassed and asked her if she could Give me another bath bag, and then she said with a face of reluctance that if you want something, you can agree to it once, and I am very tired from running back and forth. Booked a twin room, but the hotel only has 3 floors?! We were arranged on the 2nd floor facing the parking lot. As soon as the window was opened, there were cars coming and going. It was stuffy when the curtains were drawn. The sense of privacy was directly reduced to zero😅I wanted to change rooms but was told that ”all rooms are like this”. I couldn't bring two kids with me and had to make do with it...
🎙️Late-night horror moment:
I never expected to run into ”classmates' reunion and team building for old uncles and aunts who graduated 20 or 30 years ago”! The uncles and aunts were still talking at 10:50 pm. The sound insulation was not good, and the experience was directly negative!
🍉Welcome gift was a big failure:
I used points to exchange for ”Welcome Fruit Yogurt”, but I got a small tomato (one of which was rotten) + 2 cans of 100g Mengniu yogurt... Let's say that the points were exchanged for loneliness😓
💧The most confusing operation:
The child needs warm water to make milk powder, and there are only 2 bottles of free mineral water in the room. I asked the housekeeper for 2 more bottles, but he said ”refills are charged”? ? ? The layout is too small🤦♀️

It is advertised as ”rich buffet”, but in fact, children over 120cm are charged 68 yuan, but looking at it: biscuits, twisted dough sticks, three kinds of white porridge... hot dishes are like lettuce and cauliflower, with few choices and low value for money!
