A small boutique design hotel with an excellent location by Tianmu Lake. The facilities and supplies all reflect the care of the owner, full of design beauty and cultural charm. The crucian carp and shepherd's purse wonton stew in breakfast is very delicious, the coffee is mellow, and the housekeeper team is warm and considerate. It is my ideal boutique hotel. When I left, I also made some suggestions for improvement in details. I hope the hotel will be more perfect. I will definitely choose to stay next time I come to Tianmu Lake for vacation.

Fantastic room with private hot spring tub and fantastic service to go along with it with our main point of contact being 王诗雨. She was attentive and always helped us out immediately and professionally, could not have asked for more! While we did not have dinner there, the breakfast was amazing and by far the best breakfast buffet I've had. The room was massive and excellently furnished, and everything we could need was provided. No complaints at all with our stay here, and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. To top it off the view was fantastic from the balcony with good views of the New Year fireworks.

During the Spring Festival of the Year of the Dragon, Hoti found a very private and small hotel to vacation in. I didn’t want to be disturbed and just wanted to enjoy the scenery quietly. The hotel is located in beautiful Liyang, surrounded by mountains and rivers. It has a unique artistic conception, which I like. When I first arrived, the hotel staff greeted me very warmly and even upgraded me to a room type! The housekeepers Shi Feng and Xiao Ping were very considerate and provided attentive and meticulous service, making me feel at home~ Since the hotel is still in a relatively new stage, there is still room for improvement - looking forward to better development!

The hotel is good. I need a south-facing twin bed. The front desk helped me upgrade and I lived in a south-facing room. The service provided by Xiao Chen at the front desk was very good. Thumbs up 👍 The hotel is large, the rooms are clean, and I feel like home. The view is very good

Our stay at Quchan Inner hotel was a wonderful experience, everything was top notch, staff were very friendly and helpful, room was amazing, hot springs super relaxing. The environment was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay so much, and would definitely recommend it! Special thanks to general manager Michael, he always made sure we have everything we need, and recommended visiting the gorgeous Fo Guang Shan Great Enlightenment Temple! We'd definitely come back here!

There was a surprise when I stayed at Kaiyuan for the first time. When I checked in, the front desk thoughtfully upgraded us to the duplex parent-child room on the 3rd floor of the villa for free. Both adults and children were very satisfied. The children had a lot of fun in the parent-child room upstairs. After the rain, we took a walk in the hotel's 100-acre tea garden and the sparkling Swan Lake. An unexpected surprise happened again. Three ducklings chased us and played all the way. The children couldn't bear to part with them and clamored to take them home. Before leaving, the children reluctantly said they wanted to stay for another day, but they had to go to school and could only come next time!
