Guest UserThis hotel far exceeded our expectations! We came for a two-day, one-night trip with our child and parents, and it was a convenient 1.5-hour drive from downtown Changzhou. Our hotel butler, Xiao Lei, was incredibly professional and provided excellent service, responding instantly to all our requests. The entire experience was much better than other similarly positioned hotels in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai. All the other staff members were also very polite, friendly, and professional; you could tell they were very well trained. I've already recommended it to my relatives. Plus, the restaurant food was delicious! It was perfect to enjoy great meals without leaving the hotel, especially with the hot summer weather. We'll definitely be back!

Thanks to the hotel's one-on-one butler service, we received a wonderful surprise: a room upgrade! We were absolutely thrilled with our trip. In the cold winter, both spacious floors of our room were incredibly warm, and having a hot spring pool on each floor meant we could enjoy a dip without even leaving the room – it was truly fantastic! The hotel service was impeccable; even the housekeeping staff were exceptionally patient and friendly. The complimentary dinner and the breakfast buffet were both delicious. The breakfast, in particular, offered a wide variety, including soup dumplings, omelets, and steak. We'll definitely be back in the summer to experience the room's infinity pool.

We stayed in a loft-style room with our child. The room was very spacious; even if two adults and two children stayed together, it wouldn't feel cramped at all. There was even a bag of building blocks in the room for the kids to play with. With the heater on, it was very warm both upstairs and downstairs. I've stayed in many family-friendly hotels with my child, and this one is definitely the best in terms of service. The staff were genuinely enthusiastic. Before check-in, the butler kept in touch with me about various activities, and the hotel kept bringing us things—drinks, fruit, afternoon tea, and a heartwarming bowl of porridge in the evening. We were already full just from the complimentary items! Li Rencui from the housekeeping department was very warm and attentive, even washing our child's clothes for us—we felt so bad! We hadn't made a reservation for afternoon tea, but the staff proactively arranged something for us. The staff member next to the hot pot pool was also very attentive, constantly reminding the children to check their feet for blisters if they soaked for too long. My child soaked for too long and refused to get out, resulting in wrinkles on their feet, and the staff member even thoughtfully found some band-aids for them. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends bringing their children; it's like the Haidilao of the hotel world!

My boyfriend and I celebrated our 10th anniversary together. We wanted to find a quiet place where we could spend the day alone. We compared many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose Hegu Village. After arriving at the B&B, I can only say that it completely met my initial expectations. It is located in a valley and has a kind of hidden beauty. Sitting under the eaves of the room and daydreaming, I felt like I could relax for the whole day and say goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the city. This feeling of returning to nature is great. The B&B service is also very considerate. The housekeeper will contact us in advance, set up a group, introduce the facilities of the B&B, and reserve meals. We ordered a set meal for 2 people, which was delicious and large in quantity. The breakfast was a set meal, which was also delicious. Before leaving, the housekeeper also gave me peanuts that they grew themselves~

Guest UserWe booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!

My girlfriends went on a trip and chose this pet-friendly hotel. The hotel has charging stations, which is very convenient for trams. The front desk saw that we were friends and brought pets with us, so they upgraded us to a suite. It is suitable for friends to chat, have dinner and play cards. It is very comfortable outside. The grass is a little yellow, but it should be greener and more beautiful in the spring. The disadvantage is that the food in the B&B tastes average, because there is nothing to eat around, so you can only eat it in the B&B. In addition, you should check whether the bath supplies in the room are before check-in. Yes, the toilet lid is a bit awkward, and the aging facilities need to be replaced in time. The front desk customer service has to deal with problems in multiple rooms, and sometimes it is too late or forgets, so it would be better to improve the service after check-in at the B&B, but overall it is still good. good

The room was spacious and even had a small balcony. The facilities were a bit dated, and there was a slight leak under the sink. It was convenient to access the hot springs from the hotel, and we could even wear the hot spring loungewear back to the room, which was a thoughtful touch since our bathrobes were already wet. However, the auntie at the fruit counter in the hot spring's second-floor lounge area had a very bad attitude. Also, when I asked a waitress at the restaurant entrance about the heartwarming congee, she had no idea and I had to point to the sign for her. There's a serious lack of training there. On the bright side, the breakfast area was right next to the kids' play area, so adults could take turns eating while the kids played, which was great. The butler service was very attentive; they even reminded us daily not to miss breakfast and were very knowledgeable about attractions, which was very helpful. I especially want to praise the heartwarming congee served after the hot springs. It was made with freshly picked shepherd's purse from spring, which was incredibly comforting for a light hunger after a soak.

This time, I traveled with my dog, and the hotel provided a small gift, a bed, and a bowl for him. Pet-related facilities were also readily available throughout the hotel, which was really great. The only downside was that the dog bed was a bit small; my dog couldn't sleep in it properly, haha.
The hotel environment is superb. Just like its name suggests, it's situated by a lake and nestled in the woods. The treehouses are all individual villas, very quiet, and perfect for those who enjoy peaceful scenery.
From the receptionist to the security guard and the restaurant staff, everyone was incredibly friendly. Thumbs up! ^_^ The hotel is very close to the entrance to Tianmu Lake, allowing for multiple entries and exits during my stay. If I ever visit Liyang again, I'll definitely book this hotel again!

lynnllllThe decoration style of the hotel is very comfortable, the details are very distinctive, and the lawn in the public area is also good. Very close to Nanshan Bamboo Sea.
I had a meal in the Chinese restaurant and it tasted good. There may be too many people on the Dragon Boat Festival. I also sent handmade yogurt and dumplings.
The private soup in the room is also very good, so I didn't go to the public hot spring.
You can order takeaways from milk tea and coffee
When I left, I was too late to take a taxi. The front desk staff offered to send the station. Thank you very much 🙏 I almost couldn't catch up with the high-speed rail back to Shanghai.

Guest User899 yuan booked a 2-night garden view room, presented tickets for Shanshuiyuan and Nanshan Bamboo Sea, free turtle feeding, free kayaking experience, full price! The room is large, the facilities are new, the Kohler bathroom, not only has a large balcony but also an L-shaped sofa. 2 big and 1 small make up for the breakfast and attraction tickets for the 7-year-old child. The location is very good. It is at the entrance of the Shanshuiyuan. Although there is no swimming facilities, you can go to the Tianmu Lake Hotel across the road for 60 yuan per person. The child fell and the hotel sent iodophor cotton swabs and ice buckets. Microwave heating is also available, and the dinner that was not finished the night before is served for lunch the next day.
