Cleanliness: The rooms were spotless, making our stay very comfortable. The staff were also incredibly kind and patient. Service: Check-in was a breeze; the front desk staff were very polite, answered all our questions, and processed everything quickly. Environment: They have everything here, from rice paddy trails and a cafe to restaurants and even a mini-zoo!

What an amazing place with amazing staff who made the experience that much better. The rooms were everything we could ask for, modern and very clean with great amenities. The private hot spring alone is absolutely worth visiting too. The surrounding area is beautiful too with lots to see and do but would definitely need to rent a car as some things are far away. The staff were incredible in every way. Before our stay I asked one of the staff members called Min if she could order flowers for a special occasion and she did so without hesitation and placed them in the room upon our arrival.She was so helpful and kind throughout the whole stay, telling us the best places to visit and restaurant to go out. She even went as far as helping us order dinner at the local restaurant when we were struggling too due to our lack of speaking Chinese. The breakfast was also delicious as well and the coffee shop where it is served has great coffee and lovely pastries. I couldn’t recommend this place more for a nice weekend away in nature.

There was a huge TV and a smart voice assistant (Xiao Du). Truly top-notch, offering excellent value for money. Environment: The lobby was spacious, bright, comfortable, elegant, and grand. Service: The front desk lady had a beautiful and sweet smile. She even gave me a box of Yao Village specialty vegetables (cai xin), and the breakfast was also good.

When planning this trip, I was choosing between Ramada and Wyndham. I ended up booking Wyndham, and I'm glad I did. The two hotels are about a ten-minute walk apart. Luoshen Valley doesn't have many attractions, but the plaza downstairs at Ramada has a one-hour show and bonfire party every night, which is quite lively. I'd recommend joining in the fun there. The staff at Wyndham Hotel were warm and patient. Since there weren't many guests, they upgraded us to a deluxe room. The view from the room's balcony was a picturesque pastoral landscape. For scenery lovers, it would have been absolutely perfect if there were a table and chairs on the balcony. I must commend the hotel's hot spring and pool. There's an indoor hot spring next to the infinity pool, so you can immediately warm up if you get cold. The hot spring is built into the mountain, and soaking in the 'birdcage' hot spring at the highest point while enjoying the scenery was an absolute treat. When we returned in the evening, the hot spring lights came on, twinkling like fireflies – it was incredibly dreamy and romantic, really showcasing the thoughtful design.

This weekend around Guangzhou, I chose the Hehe Club for a weekend holiday. It was really a surprise! The rooms are clean and tidy, the supporting facilities are complete, and the room service response is also very fast. Looking at the rice fields and the mountains, the whole person relaxes. Pushing open the window is a large rice field, and the pastoral atmosphere is directly full. You can take a leisurely walk in the hotel park, have a cup of coffee with Heqiji, and the swimming pool, and the Jiqiji are very popular. Any shot is a blockbuster. Children have Muqi Island to see small animals. The hotel restaurant environment is very special, the local ingredients made farm dishes taste very good, the breakfast is rich, and the food is very comfortable. The staff is attentive and thoughtful and responds promptly. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, quiet and quiet, whether it is a couple to relax or a parent-child trip, it is very suitable, has been recommended to friends.

Our two days at T Manor Tent camp were very enjoyable, with lots of peaceful walks through the plantation and some spectacular sunsets seen from our glamping tent and from the viewing area at the top of the hill which looks out over the karst-studded landscape. Our tent was located down below which was less spectacular than the tents on the hill but also less exposed and a good option. We had great service from the T Manor staff, who set up a WeChat thread so my husband could communicate with us easily as most of them didn’t speak English. One exception was Allen, a tour guide from Taiwan who was very friendly and helpful, especially on the last day when he helped organise a car to take us to our next accommodation a few hours drive away. A special mention must also go to the restaurant staff, who served us a range of tea-infused dishes and patiently went along with our many queries (our daughter is coeliac which made eating in China a little complicated). Thank you T Manor for a serene and friendly experience, we particularly loved listening to the sound of the bees pollinating the tea bushes as we eat on the veranda of our tent and looked out over the plantation.

The room was very clean, and after the renovation, many AI facilities were added. There was a welcome message when I plugged in, which made me feel right at home. The receptionist was very polite and patiently answered all my questions. Any issues I had were resolved promptly. After some guests left, the staff cleaned the room thoroughly and quickly, which was great. The hot spring bath was incredibly relaxing, and my skin felt so smooth afterwards. Excellent value for money; I'll definitely be back.
