"Location is good especially 5mins walk to the Grand subway station and it’s in the Shopping Loop. Room facilities is not that good, hair blower plug is shaky unable use. Towels not provided as per paid occupants. Need to request. Unable to do the make up for ladies as the Sensor entrance light is too dim."

"The hotel boasts a truly excellent location, outperforming some pricier options. It's incredibly convenient for catching a cruise, right at the doorstep! The ground floor was quite lively, so much so that I initially mistook it for a shopping mall! However, after a two-day stay, I realized it's simply the hotel's distinctive atmosphere. The rooms are quite spacious, though the facilities are a bit dated. I imagine if they were new, the price point would be considerably higher. Breakfast at the restaurant was good, and the service was very attentive – I even left a tip! Valet parking is available, which is extremely convenient. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time. Thumbs up!"

"The accommodations were perfect for us ! We had 5 siblings and families visiting for an anniversary celebration. The suites allowed for all the children to stay and play together. The mezzanine was large clean and extremely safe for the kids to go in and out at will. The breakfast was excellent! We all were able to eat together and everyone was able to find the foods they wanted. The food was fresh and delicious ! The hotel staff were one of the friendliest of any hotel we stayed!"

"The hotel was very clean & the bed was super comfy! Check in was easy & they let us check in early which was very helpful. The door man at the bottom of the elevator seemed a little judge mental. We just wanted to go to the bar after attending the baseball game but he treated us like we weren't guests of the hotel, that was a little off putting but the bartender was wonderful!"

LLaurieLoved my stay overall. There was a champagne offering upon arrival which was wonderful. After a long drive from Michigan, it was well received and completely set the tone for the type of stay we would be experiencing. View from Room 2754 breathtaking. A welcome fruit basket was provided for our 35th anniversary stay.
Ample Trump water provided. Location - Best in the City. Housekeeping was Outstanding. Reception staff were perfection. The view in Room 2754 blew away my expectations and I will stay here again in the future. Job well done Trump Hotel staff!
A few things that would improve the experience are: Provide 2 Barstools for the rooms with a kitchenette island. We had to eat on the low coffee table.
Replace barn door with normal door on bathroom. Privacy factor low due to the crack opening. Provide Non-Stick cooking spray for guests who use the cookware. It was awful cleaning eggs from the skillet. Invest in a few Real Dishcloths for the kitchenette. A normal Keurig coffee maker would be better than just espresso. The location was Best in the City. I highly recommend staying here!

Ppokkun654This is a cool, rock-style hotel with a particular focus on design. What made me happiest was that there was an ice-cold refrigerator. There were no signs like the usual ones in hotels, such as ”please clean” or ”do not disturb,” and I enjoyed the system of writing your own notes in chalk on the blackboard on the door.
When there is an event at the hotel next door, you can hear them making noise until late at night. At midnight, the entrance door is locked and you can't get in unless you ring the doorbell to call a staff member, but it was a little worrying when they didn't come. Also, you can use the elevator without holding up your room key, and there is often no one at the front desk, so you may need to be cautious about security to a certain extent.

Please tell them that they need cleaning every day when you check in, otherwise there will be only turndown service when you come back. This is the only thing that makes me feel unsatisfied

GGuest UserThe hotel is at a great location. It’s near to the marathon start & finish lines. Close to cinema & musical venues. Near to trains as well. Amenities is basic: no slippers, bathrobes or tea bags. We needed to borrow a kettle to boil hot water. Room was very expensive as we stayed during the marathon dates. Since we are running the marathon, we have no choice but to pay the high room charges.

The location and the room offered were a great deal at this price. The facilities were decent (not too old) and the space were sufficient. Both my stays at Hyatt Centric Chicago Magnificent Mile left me with very good impressions.

Take a night and start my next journey to next couple cities in US. To me, it is not a hotel but a soul hub to relieve my physical and emotional fatigue.

JJianruClaridge house is located close to Chicago History Museum and couple blocks to shoreline of Lake Michigan, many nice restaurants in walking distance and easy to Uber around. The building is old fashioned and very nice, front desk staff is very professional and friendly. I reserved a room with two queen beds, which is nice and clean with a very spacious bathroom. There is valet parking next door, expensive but kind of reasonable with the location. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

TTkyuI was in this hotel for a conference so my need is quite minimal. Generally speaking the hotel is in a great location that is easily accessible. The room itself is fairly simple , I think for this price though the service should be a little better. My room has couple of occasion that the tea and coffee wasn’t top up after cleaning and soap as well. The bathtub is a bit stained but it is cleaned. Wifi - there were multiple times that it was a bit slow .
If I have to rank based on the price as well I would say above average

LLinsieskWe stayed for a night, upgraded to a lakefront room. Great location, great rooms. The only issue I had was the AC was not working that well. We didn’t even use the sheets or our blanket we got so hot. Also the bar is a little over expensive. Other then that great stay! I’d stay again but bring a fan and our own bottle next time :)
