"The exterior of the resort is well maintained however the amenities and interior were not upto the mark. Toilet seat was not properly fitted and was shaking. Room service was not proactive we stayed for 3 days and had to call in to room service to get the room cleaned and get toiletries. Wifi getting disconnected frequently. Ac was not functioning properly."

I recently had the pleasure of stay in this resort, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was clean, spacious, and offered a stunning view of the surroundings.

Property location is near to candolim beach. Food is good but limited options in complementary breakfast. Room cleaning and upkeeping is good. Only drawback is that room is quite outdated, saw some previous feedbacks about property for improvements, yet it's the same even now like bathroom door is not locking etc.

Everything about the property is excellent be it location, food, amenities or services. Staff is very helpful. Amazing breakfast. Clean swimming pool. I stayed with an infant and a toddler but did not face any problem. Very neat rooms.

I felt it was the beat deal i got in candolim hotel was a great value for money deal. Everything was good. Staff behaviour, room size, infrastructure, pricing, etc. Also they upgraded our room to pool view without extra charge.
