Beautiful newly opened hotel with very nice staff providing excellent service! We stayed at the Moon Boutique Hotel for one night while visiting Cat Ba island. The hotel is very well located on the town's main street and all sights on the island are easily accessible from this point. The room was large, stylishly decorated and had a very comfortable bed. Our favorite part of the hotel however was the staff! They went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and have a nice time on the island! They provided us great information about activities, prepared excellent welcome drinks and breakfast and always had a smile on their face. It was also very nice to see how well they worked as a team! Definitely the best hotel on Cat Ba!

Hanna & team were really helpful in helping arrange transfers from Haiphong Airport to the accommodation and then a bus back to Hanoi.  We used Green Homestay to book our Lan Ha Bay excursion (which was fantastic) as well as renting a bike off them to explore the national park and hike to the view point.  As for the accommodation, we had a beautiful view of the ocean from our bedroom, the room was spacious and had everything we needed and the breakfast included was plentiful and tasty.  The location is nice and peaceful compared to the hustle and bustle of Cat Ba Town and is a lovey relaxing place.  We would certainly return again should we come back to Cat Ba.

Very good. Clean. Close to restaurants. The room has free coffee, a microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and hairdryer. All the staff were very welcoming. The room was spacious and the shower was comfortable. I will definitely stay there again if I have the opportunity.

Conveniently located, we picked this hotel to do a one day boat trip to Alan Ha bay and a day in the National parc. Mattress was comfortable, room was clean and breakfast was good. The whole street was under big construction so it was noisy and dusty. Better to double check with the hotel to make sure roadwork is complete. Suggestion : 1. change body wash and shampoo as the one provided in our room smell bad, 2. Partner with a better motorbike rental company : we rent 2 different scooters through the hotel, both were in poor condition (damaged tyres, poor brake, empty tank, engine failure, smelly helmet)

The hotel is located in a fantastic and beautiful place, in a small village surrounded by mountains. It is very quiet and peaceful here. The rooms meet all the basic requirements, the staff is very kind and helpful, and the food is delicious.

The hotel should have been opened for about a year. It is a brand new apartment-style hotel with an absolutely first-class location. 👍 The hotel manager and the owner of the hotel are professional in management and provide good services. 👌👌 The hotel has eight floors and not many rooms, so it is very quiet, safe and not complicated. 🙏🙏 I live in a one-bedroom and one-living room apartment. It is very large and has a well-equipped kitchen. 👌 Within a five-minute walk downstairs, you will see more than 20 different Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, American and Hong Kong restaurants. There are countless choices. There are also supermarkets and massages, all within five minutes' walk. 👏👏👏 The price-performance ratio of the room rate should definitely be in the top three among hotels of the same level nearby. 😃😃

Nicely decorated room and very comfortable and funcional. The location is not great, it is bit far from the center and even more from the beaches. Staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast has some options but the quality is not the best. There is a rooftop bar and restaurant but it is not clear what are the open hours. We tried to get there in the afternoon and nobody was there.

-Quick check-in, friendly and enthusiastic receptionist. -Clean room, fully equipped and comfortable, near Aeonmall. Every time I return to Hai Phong, I stay here, reasonable price ☺️

I needed a place to stay when the ferries closed due to a typhoon and this was a neat spot to find on short notice. The comment I am making is based on the amount of money being paid for Vietnamese standards so the room has everything you need and the bed is comfortable, however I felt the blanket was quite thin. The menu for food was only in Vietnamese. There are snacks and drinks in the room that are cheap, but I was hesitant on the bottled water when I had seen it was opened already and I wondered if it was just refilled instead of being a new bottle? The reception staff were very kind, helpful and lovely to speak with. The breakfast was small in variety and the English Breakfast I got was what I feel a way to save costs by giving ham instead of bacon? Again only due to the price being paid did I expect something of better quality in some regards. However I am grateful for a place to stay when I was stuck. There are restaurants nearby, a very good western bar with good food and lovely local vietnamese seafood spots. It is in walking distance to the beach.

The room is clean and cozy. There is a problem with the soundproofing. The construction noise is loud at night. The hot water comes out well and the water pressure is okay. For reference, I stayed on the 3rd floor. There is not much to eat in the morning, but it is okay to fill your stomach. Travel packages are not available. It is located near the restaurant area and the beach.
