We checked in around 9 pm, and were starving and exhausted. The hotel cafeteria thoughtfully provided each of us with a bowl of hot noodle soup, which was incredibly heartwarming. They also thoughtfully provided fruit and nuts afterwards—the attention to detail was impeccable!
Special praise goes to a handsome young man named Enke; he was enthusiastic, attentive, and had an excellent attitude! A must-give him a thumbs up! 👍

__WeChat41658****The room photo was not taken. From the airport, the carpool can be 20 yuan to the hotel entrance. The main reason is that it is close to the train station and convenient to get the car in Shenzhou. You can take the bus in two minutes at the door and go directly to the train station. It is also very close to the park to see the swan, and the taxi is within ten yuan. But the room is really hot, you need to open the window to manually cool down, breakfast is generally the same, there are not many options, very ordinary.

The breakfast spread was extensive, and they even had evening tea and snacks. I also felt the price was very reasonable. All the interior decorations were thoughtfully chosen. I highly recommend this B&B if you're looking to stay a night at Sayram Lake. It's a standalone villa, so it's quiet at night, and you don't need to prepare anything – just show up and check in. They also have 24-hour hot water, underfloor heating, and air conditioning. Staying here means you don't have to worry about a thing; the concierge will take care of everything for you.

GGuest UserThe room was very spacious and conveniently located near the old east gate exit of Saihu Lake, which was great after a day of exploring. The underfloor heating kept the room wonderfully warm. The security guard at the entrance was incredibly enthusiastic and helpful, always ready with a friendly chat. The only downside was the mini hotpot for dinner. Although it was inexpensive as part of the set menu, I wouldn't recommend it unless you're too exhausted to move. Breakfast was just enough to fill your stomach. I hope they can improve the extremely salty beef sauce that came with the mini hotpot. However, the room's view was truly amazing; you could see the 'pink mountain' at sunrise. The complimentary fruit platter was also a nice touch and very well presented.

GGuest UserI had originally booked another hotel, but when I got off the highway and entered the city, I saw this one. It had a grand exterior and plenty of parking spaces. Decisively change hotels. It did not disappoint, it even exceeded expectations! The environment is clean and tidy, and the room is very comfortable. The toilet is a little small and feels a little crowded when the door is closed. There were two hairs on the headboard and pillow, but I cleaned them myself, so it's not a big deal. The breakfast was also very satisfying. The wonton was very popular and was a must-order for every table. The minority guy at the front desk had a great service attitude, and the security lady was also very nice, polite and kind. The overall stay felt relaxing and pleasant! If I come to Bole again, I will stay here again!

They were really responsible and even called to confirm our arrival since we were late. On the day we checked in, it was very cold, and they even brought us brown sugar ginger tea. The floor heating was fantastic, so we weren't cold at all. The only minor downside was that the lighting in the 'starry sky' room was a bit dim.

First of all, the location is very close to Sayram Lake, just a few minutes' drive away, making it ideal for visiting during off-peak hours and avoiding crowds. Both times I went, there was virtually no traffic congestion, so the location is fantastic. Secondly, the room was nice, the facilities were adequate, and the cleanliness was good. The washbasin was large, the shower water was hot, and there were mountain views from the window. They even provided fruit in the room. Overall, I think it's a pretty good hotel for a scenic area. 👌

The service is warm and friendly, and every staff member is professional and dedicated. Breakfast is plentiful, with a good selection of Western, Chinese, and fruit options. The in-house restaurant is also impressive; you can order stir-fries or hotpot without worrying about a bad choice. The 5th floor even has a large bar and offers complimentary afternoon tea daily, with fantastic floor-to-ceiling windows. Without hesitation, I extended my stay by another day. I'd definitely come back if I have the chance!
