GGuest User🙂 Sharing a hidden gem hotel I discovered in Bole. Last night, we returned to Bole City from Sayram Lake Scenic Area after 10 PM. We had booked the Bole Xihai Lijing Hotel (Bole Grand Bazaar Branch) in advance. The hotel is located right next to the Grand Bazaar, with beautiful night views and convenient parking. The lobby was very comfortable, with a luxurious and warm decor. The receptionists were friendly and attentive. The room was even more satisfying; it was very warm, fully equipped with smart technology including a smart toilet, automatic curtains, a smart bathroom mirror, a hairdryer, and a kettle. The room was clean and tidy, with attention to detail, and even included an emergency flashlight, bottled water, tea, and coffee. Breakfast was on the third floor, beautifully decorated and clean. Unfortunately, we forgot the breakfast time and arrived late the next morning; the restaurant had already closed. However, a lovely lady in the restaurant said they had some side dishes, steamed buns, eggs, and milk, and offered to prepare them for us if possible. Surprisingly, the side dishes were plentiful and delicious, including incredibly tasty braised beef. The milk was also authentic and rich, making for a truly satisfying meal. I'm so grateful for the hotel restaurant's attentive service! 🌹🌹 Also, there's a Snow Lotus Restaurant next to the hotel entrance, with luxurious decor and a strong exotic flair. It's always brightly lit and packed at night. On our evening at the hotel, we had a hot and comforting lamb soup rice (everything at the restaurant was delicious, but it was too late to try it). During this trip, I only stayed one night at the hotel and didn't have time to explore the bazaar. Next time I'm in Bole, this hotel will be my go-to place! ❤🥰🥰

JJuliaThis hotel was a highlight of our Xinjiang trip! Every area of the room was spotless, making our stay very comfortable. Layla provided exceptional service, even proactively offering tips for exploring the scenic area. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised by the afternoon tea and late-night congee/supper options – truly thoughtful service. A few days after checking out, I realized I might have left some clothes in the lobby. I contacted Layla, and she quickly located them for us and promptly arranged for SF Express to ship them. So grateful! 🥹

GGuest UserThe service was incredibly attentive, and the owner was exceptionally warm and helpful, making us feel right at home. Parking was convenient, and the surroundings were quiet and pleasant. The room was very spacious and clean, with smart home features that added to our comfort. Breakfast was abundant, and the front desk even offered special afternoon tea, ginger tea, and coffee. We'll definitely choose this place again next time!
The complimentary travel photoshoot was a pleasant surprise; the photographer, I believe named Xiangye Muyun, was very professional. We initially just wanted to try it out and get the three free photos, but the shots taken at Sayram Lake were all absolutely stunning, making it incredibly hard to choose. We ended up selecting many more, and they even gave us a discount. Highly recommended!

FFengyetingliuThe front desk and Trip.com concierge were warm and thoughtful, proactively helping with our luggage. The complimentary fruit platter was of high quality. Both the first and second floors of the LOFT were equipped with toilets, which was convenient for guests staying on the second floor. The room facilities were complete, and there was a balcony on the first floor where we could enjoy the sunset. The room initially only came with two towels and two bath towels. Although we called the front desk and had two more sets delivered later, it would be better for a quadruple room to be fully equipped from the start.

GGuest UserI'm really happy with this hotel. It's super convenient, located right next to the new visitor center at the east gate of Sayram Lake, and there are plenty of great restaurant and takeout options nearby.
A big bonus is that you can catch the sunset just a short walk through a small grove of trees next to the hotel. After a day exploring the lake, it's fantastic to have such an accessible spot to watch the sunset.
The room itself is comfortably furnished, but what I loved most was the bedding – it was genuinely a dream to sleep in.
The service was also incredibly thoughtful. A huge thank you to Ms. Koala for her wonderful hospitality! Online it stated a 12 PM checkout, but she allowed us to extend it to 2 PM, and even further to 4 PM because I'm a Huazhu Silver member. That was incredibly considerate! It meant we could have lunch and even squeeze in a nap before heading to our next destination.

MMaojipploveBooked the Family Mountain View Room with my parents and kids. It's quite modern, easily accessible by car near the scenic area, and offers views of Sai Lake. The staff were very friendly, using a buggy to transfer our luggage right to our room door. You can even see the stars at night! The environment and everything else were impeccable. The only minor inconvenience was having to add the butler's WeChat to contact customer service, as there's no landline. Check-in included breakfast and dinner, served right at the entrance, with traditional ethnic dance performances – a rather unique experience.

JJinciyiwanThe hotel is right opposite the east gate visitor center of Sayram Lake, with a whole street of restaurants. The only downside is that parking spots in front are quite limited; if you come back late, you might have to park a bit further away.
The soundproofing in the rooms isn't great. Around 1 AM, I could still hear kids running and shouting in the room next door.
Breakfast in the morning was incredibly busy. With so many tourists and not enough seating, the staff were clearly overwhelmed during peak hours. Food wasn't replenished fast enough, and tables weren't cleared promptly.

GGuest UserHalf the beauty and joy of our Sai Lake trip came from the Marriott AC! The front desk agent, Ella, was absolutely wonderful! Her service was attentive, warm, and meticulous. She sent us a guide upon check-in and met all our room preferences after we communicated them in advance. When our plans changed the next day, she very kindly helped us with a late check-out! Our wonderful Sai Lake trip started because we met the super nice Ella! The hotel garden isn't fully finished, but the scenery is already beautiful! Enjoying breakfast and dinner while looking out at Sai Lake is also a treat. If I visit Sai Lake again, I'd definitely choose Marriott AC without hesitation!

GGuest UserI specifically chose this place for my trip. Since you can't stay inside the scenic area, I opted for this campsite right next to it. It's just a 5-minute drive, which saved a lot of hassle. The camp environment is tranquil, and the air is exceptionally fresh. The room facilities are well-equipped, the bathroom is clean and hygienic, and the bedding is comfortable for a good night's sleep. From sunrise to stargazing, every moment of the scenery is captivating, and the service is meticulous and attentive. It's a great place to stay when visiting Sayram Lake.

GGuest UserI originally booked the resort, but then got upgraded to the Puli Hotel. The location is superb, very close to the East Gate of Sayram Lake, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The king-size room was spacious and bright, with a brand-new light luxury decor. The large bed was soft and comfortable for sleeping. The panoramic floor-toceiling windows offered stunning views of the snowy mountains and spruce trees; waking up to watch the sunrise and enjoying the lake colors in the evening was absolutely breathtaking. The underfloor heating kept the entire room warm and cozy, and the attention to detail was impeccable, with friendly and thoughtful service. The breakfast was plentiful. A perfect experience, highly recommended!
