PPockyBackpackThis hotel is located off the main road, requiring a short drive on a dirt path up a hill. On clear days, you can enjoy a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains. All the staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. Since I was traveling alone, the hotel thoughtfully adjusted the hotpot portion to suit one person — which I really appreciated — and it was absolutely delicious. Every room offers a view of the snowy mountains. The in-room amenities are of high quality, the room is cozy and comfortably warm, and the size is just right — not too big or small. My favorite part, though, was the hotel’s common area, especially during sunset when the snow mountains turn red. The staff even invited me to step outside and take photos, which was so sweet of them. The next morning, I had to leave early, but breakfast normally starts late. Still, the staff kindly prepared an early breakfast just for me. Overall, the service mindset here is truly impressive, and the hotel’s common area is stunning — a paradise for photography lovers, with countless beautiful spots for pictures.

GGuest UserHonestly, this hotel is really great! It has a fantastic feel, very comfortable and relaxing. There's a huge Gongga Snow Mountain display on the first floor, which is quite unique. The public areas and lounge area are spacious, although the reception is on the third floor, which took us a little while to find, haha! The third floor is also beautiful, perfect for taking photos, having a cocktail or coffee, and relaxing. The fourth floor also has a great public area for photos, and the pictures turn out especially beautiful. The spiral staircase is very distinctive. Overall, the first impression of the hotel is excellent, and the service is truly outstanding. They patiently helped solve any problems. The receptionists were all very kind and welcoming, but not in an uncomfortable way; instead, they made us feel very comfortable. The hotel's facilities for guests are also very complete. The hot water was warm, and they turned on the underfloor heating in advance, making the room temperature very comfortable. The bedding was also very comfortable; the latex pillows are much more comfortable than cotton pillows. The hotel was also very clean.

GGuest UserWe had an excellent stay here. The host and staff are super kind and caring. My partner was suffering from the altitude when we arrived and they immediately set us up with an oxygen concentrator. He felt better almost immediately. We are thankful they had one! They kept checking in on our health throughout our entire stay. We had a beautiful big room on the fourth floor with views of Mt. Yala and life around the river. Loved the in floor heating. Even if you don't get a room on the 4th floor, there is a sitting area up with the view. The hotel is close to the main street, 10 minute walk to Tagong Monastery, 20 minute walk to the study monastery and 5 minute walk to the trail which leads up over the grasslands to Ani Gompa and Muya Dasi. We can't thank the host and staff enough - they made a delicious hotpot on our first night, looked after us everyday and found us a ride onto Danba. They and we managed the English translation apps enough that we could work through the language barrier. Thank you!

The bathroom is also pleasantly warm. While the bath towels and hairdryer have a slightly dated feel, they are very clean, showing the hotel's dedication to its operations. Cleanliness: The room is exactly as pictured in the hotel's album, with no discrepancies between the photos and the description. Entering the room immediately creates a comfortable atmosphere. Environment: Ample parking is available in front of the hotel. There's a coffee shop across the street, and many restaurants nearby. Behind the hotel is a reservoir-like area; opening the curtains upon waking is refreshing. Service: Exceptionally attentive service. Communication is prompt, and issues are resolved effectively. The oxygen system, underfloor heating, and warm air system were turned on before check-in, instantly relieving travel fatigue upon entering the room. Every staff member was energetic, demonstrating their commitment to serving every guest. Welcome Fruit: Fruit was delivered to the room after check-in. The fruit was fresh and of high quality, even the plate had a ******* touch. [Seven-Photo Privilege] Enjoy 24-hour free oxygen supply: The oxygen supply system is so useful. My head felt a little swollen when I went to sleep at night, but it was relieved after turning it on for a while.

GGuest UserI came to western Sichuan to take wedding photos. When I saw the pictures, I felt that they were very suitable for me, so I booked it immediately. Shortly after landing in Chengdu, the lady called me to ask if I needed to reserve dinner. I felt the warm service before I checked in. After a day of shooting, the altitude sickness was a bit serious. When I returned to the hotel, the lady helped us prepare sugar and salt water. It really felt like returning home. Here, the key point is: for a journey dominated by natural scenery, it is really too important to live comfortably. The basic configuration of Tingshan impressed me the most. 1️⃣ The room temperature is suitable 2️⃣ The shower water pressure is very sufficient 3️⃣ The pillow is super comfortable But what impressed me the most was the lovely people. Whether it was the boss or the store manager, they were all very warm and warm. I look forward to coming again in the summer, and everyone will sing, drink and BBQ in the yard together! Goodbye Kangding, come to Tingshan next time🏔️

GGuest UserThis hotel was good except for the disappointment about the gym. We booked this hotel specifically out of others in kangding as it was written on booking that the hotel offers a gym. We are on a training program and need a gym. When we arrived and asked about the gym they said that the gym had not been opened yet. When I asked why they advertise themselves as hotel with a gym the response was “we used to have a gym, now it’s under renovation because some of the equipment is out of use”, and when I asked if I still could use what equipment that was working, the response was simply no and that I can go to an outdoor exercise area outside in the freezing cold. So rude! Except for this the hotel was totally fine, nice rooms and good breakfast. Just don’t advertise what you don’t have online, it leaves costumers dissatisfied even if the rest was good.

Upon arrival at night, the warm yellow lighting in the lobby casts a gentle glow, showcasing exquisite style day and night. In the common areas, you can choose from a variety of ******* costumes for photoshoots. You might even encounter alpacas, puppies, and marmots on the lawn. The bonfire party at night, paired with a dazzling starry sky, creates a truly immersive atmosphere. The ”Starry Sky Room” was a delightful surprise; the pristine white space is fully equipped with an oxygen concentrator, humidifier, and underfloor heating. Soft bedding is complemented by a hidden projector, and the electric skylight allows you to lie back and gaze at the Milky Way. Breakfast is thoughtfully provided with freshly cooked rice noodles, hot porridge, and a variety of side dishes and snacks. The brown sugar steamed cake is sweet and delicious. The guesthouse's café's pink bubble tea and coconut latte are both visually appealing and delicious. Before leaving, I wrote down my hopes in the guestbook. Xinduqiao is truly a place worth returning to!

The store provides pick-up and drop-off services, which is very considerate! Children like the small playground in the hotel very much. There is a book bar on it where you can read books. The breakfast area is very beautiful, opposite the mountain. It feels great to have breakfast among the hydrangeas and mountain clouds!
