"I forgot to take pictures of the room! Just one picture of breakfast, which is delivered to the room in the morning. It's refreshing and healthy, just my taste. The cucumbers were super crisp and fresh, and the yams were delicious and very sweet! The young man was incredibly kind; he helped with our luggage. Since we were driving, we arrived quite late, and he waited for us the whole time. He was very helpful and friendly. A very cost-effective guesthouse, highly recommended!"

"Very new property, everything is clean and well supplied. They have a great coffee set-up.The staff is young and eager to please, they were the high point of my two-night stay. The location can be a bit of an issue. The property sits on a hillside above the main center of the town. Cars have trouble navigating the narrow, one-car-at-a-time streets. And sitting at 2000 meters altitude, you'll be stopping to catch your breath more than once. Grab the hotel's card and use taxis to do your sightseeing. Good value and would recommend."

"The experience was fantastic! The location was convenient, and parking was easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and there was even an oxygen concentrator to alleviate altitude sickness. The bedding was soft. The service was warm and attentive, and the breakfast was plentiful. It was such a pleasant surprise to find such a good hotel at high altitude; highly recommended!"

"Chose this room because it’s near the bus station, I just stay one night in Kangding waiting for the bus to Daocheng next day. But overall it’s good, location is good and near many restaurants. Even the room have a little smell but It’s quite clean. They even give me some food for breakfast when I leave the hotel in early morning 🥹"

"This time, my accommodation experience at Xinduqiao Xi'an Hotel really exceeded my expectations and I have to give it a big thumbs up! The moment you step into the hotel, the fresh fragrance lingers around your nose, making you relax instantly. When checking in, the staff's smile was like the sun in winter, warm and friendly. When they found out that I was traveling, they planned a detailed itinerary for me, and the local food restaurants they recommended were all to my taste! The room has the simple style I like, with a soft Tiffany blue tone that makes people feel safe. The bed was clean and tidy, and the mattress was moderately soft and hard, so even a light sleeper like me could have a good night's sleep. The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the toiletries are of high quality, with a light fragrance that makes people happy. The room has excellent soundproofing and is not disturbed by the outside world at night. The hotel's restaurant is a treasure trove. The breakfast not only has a wide variety, but each dish is also exquisite and delicious. The coffee is rich in aroma, the sweet potatoes are delicious, and the butter tea is sweet to the heart. I also tried their fitness area which has a complete range of equipment, which is very considerate for someone like me who has to exercise every day. In my spare time, I go to the gym to run and exercise with equipment, which can relieve all the fatigue of the day. From the environment to the service, from the catering to the facilities, everything is impeccable. It is not just a place to stay, but more like a warm home during the journey. I highly recommend it to everyone. I believe you will fall in love with this place as much as I do! In addition, it snowed during the two days I came to western Sichuan, so the scenery outside was also very spectacular! It was a very pleasant trip!"

"I was given a complimentary room upgrade during the off-season, and this was the only one out of seven or eight hotels in Sichuan that had a humidifier – a true lifesaver! Coming from the humid south to this high-altitude region, my skin was practically cracking, so this gets a super positive review!!! The facilities are incredibly new. The moment you step in, it's warm, and the underfloor heating is fantastic. The bathroom heater is even warmer! Even the bed was warm; I didn't see an electric blanket, so is this also due to the underfloor heating? (A southerner's astonishment!) They provided both regular and disposable bath towels for guests to choose from, which is incredibly thoughtful... It's perfect for someone like me who only uses disposable towels when traveling. This is definitely one of the best hotels of my Sichuan trip, offering great value for money. If I ever come back to western Sichuan and pass through on the grand loop, I'd love to stay here again."

"Service: After booking the room, a dedicated butler contacted us with the detailed address and directions, and guided us to the hotel via the Baitukan Tunnel. The hotel also has a dedicated parking lot. The hotel offers laundry service, which is very convenient. The owner was very patient and helpful when we asked about nearby restaurants and attractions. The hotel's fruit platter and breakfast were also very generous. Environment: As soon as I entered the room and opened the curtains, I was completely captivated by the stunning mountain view. It's about a ten-minute walk to the center of Kangding County, and I saw a plethora of beautiful roses along the way. Cleanliness: The room was very clean and tidy, and the bathroom had double sinks and a heated towel rack, which was a nice touch. Facilities: The hotel's restaurant offers a great view, and dining there was a delightful experience. The fourth-floor balcony was also very comfortable, and downstairs there were also billiards, mahjong machines, and other entertainment facilities. P.S. I'm not a shill, just a happy newbie who finally made it to my western Sichuan trip. Thank you Kangding and this fantastic hotel for making it a perfect start to my trip."

"I was extremely satisfied with the cleanliness, excellent service, and reasonable price. I highly recommend this hotel. The gurgling river nearby is especially conducive to sleep. I also highly recommend trying the yak beef hotpot at the Qionglai Restaurant next door. It's absolutely delicious. The breakfast there is also very rich. The owner is truly warm and hospitable. Sichuan people are truly kind. The hotel, the Qionglai Restaurant next door, and the night view of Kangding, though only for one night, left a lasting impression. The restaurant is right outside the Casa Hotel."
