Moreover, the hotel's food is also excellent. Every dish is full of authentic local flavor. Matsutake and yak meat are endless aftertaste. It is simply a feast for the taste buds. The housekeeper and boss are very nice and hospitable. Here, you can not only enjoy a five-star accommodation experience, but also immerse yourself in the embrace of nature and feel the rare tranquility and harmony. The secret place of Namusa Yala Snow Mountain is definitely a highlight of the trip. It makes people forget to leave and will come back in other seasons.

Dumu Cang B&B Review This stay at Dumu Cang B&B far exceeded my expectations. Their dedication was evident in so many ways, and I absolutely have to give it a thumbs-up! Environment The B&B's ambiance was truly amazing! From the carefully arranged greenery in the courtyard to the layout of the common areas, it exudes a natural and warm atmosphere, creating stunning photos. The view from the room was also fantastic; just opening the window, you're greeted by a breathtaking view, instantly soothing the fatigue of travel. Cleanliness The cleanliness was impeccable, with meticulous attention to detail. The bedding was clean and soft, with no odor at all. The bathroom tile grout and sink corners were spotless, and even the towels and bath towels exuded a fresh, clean feel. I felt incredibly comfortable staying here. Service The service was incredibly warm and thoughtful! From the pre-stay consultation to the arrival greeting, the staff were incredibly helpful. They were always quick to respond and assist with any requests, and they proactively shared nearby attractions and restaurants, offering genuine friend-like support. Facilities The room was fully equipped and functional. The air conditioning was quick to cool and heat, and the hot water supply was reliable. The toiletries were of excellent quality, and even the little details like the hair dryer and charging sockets were thoughtfully considered and extremely convenient. I didn't have to worry about missing anything in a B&B. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. I'll definitely choose Dumu Cang again next time I'm in the area!

Location was far from town but don’t worry there is a restaurant within the hotel. The food was okay. All the staffs including the chef were very friendly. This is a new hotel. Our room was very beautiful with a large window & a bathroom attached to it. It was snowing the next day and we loved the view. It was also possible to do laundry here but you’ll need the whole night to dry your clothes. They don’t really have a proper dryer here.

My stay at Kangding Tingshan Sengu Tangquan Homestay far exceeded my expectations; it was truly a perfect and relaxing getaway! The hot springs were the biggest highlight. The water was crystal clear, and I could smell a faint sulfur scent while soaking, which felt very natural. After a good soak, all the fatigue from traveling melted away, leaving me feeling warm all over and incredibly refreshed. Both the public and private hot springs had a wonderful ambiance. Enjoying the mountain views amidst the steamy warmth was incredibly serene. The cleanliness of the rooms also met a five-star standard. The room was spacious and bright, with a simple yet elegant design. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. What was particularly thoughtful, given the dry plateau climate, was that every room was equipped with a humidifier—this detail truly earned extra points. The staff's service was impeccable. From check-in to check-out, every employee was warm and attentive. They proactively helped with luggage and patiently answered all our questions, making us feel right at home. Upon learning we were driving, they even thoughtfully provided convenient information about parking and charging. Overall, Kangding Tingshan Sengu Tangquan Homestay excels in its hot springs, accommodation, and service. It's an absolute gem not to be missed when visiting Kangding, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Pros: The facilities and environment are decent, aside from the low water pressure in the shower and the water not being hot enough. Cons: The service and overall experience are absolutely not worth the price for a luxury B&B costing around 2000. During my trip to Western Sichuan, besides this place, I also stayed at B&Bs in the same price range and some for 500-600. Not a single one had worse service than this place – it really highlights how bad it was when you compare. Plus, the room hygiene was subpar; to find hair in the bathroom at a B&B/hotel of this price point is just unbelievable. I only found out after leaving that it's apparently quite famous around Xinduqiao and Kangding, but I definitely won't be going back a second time.

Great location for a stopover as it is located right next to the bus station. The room is ok but overpriced. The beds are confortable. The bathroom provides 0 intimacy. Expect everyone in the room to hear and smell whatever happens there (and inevitable loud flush noise at night). As often, the AI generated pictures are misleading : the view is on the neighbourhood, currently under construction, and the room is obviously not as new as shown. Out of 3 people at reception, only one was nice, the others couldn’t care less and were quite rude. They even made fun of my wife for not being able to read Chinese (***, seriously). All in all, I would not recommend.

When I walked into the room, the first thing I saw was the spotless white sheets and quilt covers. The towels were made of Tencel + cotton, with a delicate texture; the bathroom surprised me even more. The toilet, sink, and shower area were all polished, and even the mirror looked like it was newly installed, which could clearly reflect every detail. What reassured me most was that the hotel's cleaning products were L'Occitane, and the big-brand series made people feel safe and comfortable to use. Service experience: Service is a highlight of the hotel. I was particularly lucky that I happened to meet the proprietress who checked in in person and upgraded the private bath king-size bed room for free. The proprietress was amiable and enthusiastic, and patiently answered various questions. She took the initiative to care whether the guests would feel uncomfortable on the plateau, and prepared various emergency medicines for everyone. It can be felt that the boss lady treated every guest very sincerely. Environment and atmosphere: The design of the hotel is very distinctive, with gardens, lawns, and streams. Although the garden is still under construction, it makes people feel very comfortable as a whole. When you wake up in the morning, open the window, and the fresh air blows in, you will feel very happy instantly. The decoration style inside the hotel is also very distinctive, and the materials are very particular, making people feel both fashionable and warm. Details: The hotel adopts whole-house intelligence, and the most important thing is the small molecule water in the whole house. The attention to details really touched us. Special emphasis is on being particularly friendly to dogs, and preparing doghouses for dogs. The warmth of the boss lady: I must once again express my special feeling that the boss lady is really the soul of the hotel. She will deliver breakfast to the room intimately, so that we can feel the warmth of home in a foreign land. She also often chats with guests to understand everyone's needs and feelings, and really treats every guest as a friend. In short, this stay experience is unforgettable for me. Whether it is hygiene, service, environment or details, it is impeccable, and it beats some so-called five-star hotels in Xinduqiao. The enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of the proprietress added a lot of warmth to this trip. If I have the opportunity to visit Xinduqiao, I will definitely continue to stay in this hotel and strongly recommend it to every friend!

The front desk staff were absolutely lovely! So warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Our original room's projector wasn't working, so they promptly moved us to another one. We went during the off-season, and it was also their restocking period, so we couldn't have a bonfire, which was a bit of a shame. However, the environment is still beautiful. The breakfast was incredibly considerate; because we were suffering from altitude sickness, they brought a full meal directly to our room. It was a well-balanced and nutritious mix of meat and vegetables. Plus, it's dog-friendly! It's definitely worth it, and I've already recommended it to my friends.

Most amazing place to be in Kangding ! The view is awesome, the villa is very classy with a stunning view. The owner is friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this place if you are staying in Kangding.

After comparing several hotels, I chose Kangsheng. This hotel has a very high cost performance. It is located on the pedestrian street on the left side of Liuliu. There is someone to meet you at the door. The environment is good and it is not noisy at night. The photos seen on the website are the same as the actual ones, and the hygiene conditions are also very good.
