I loved the wonderful reception and easy check-in. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive to guests. The hotel is close to the Haram, beautiful, excellent, and luxurious. Saudi coffee awaits you as a hospitality gesture, along with a lovely lobby and clean, fragrant facilities. Upon check-out, the reception team showed wonderful care, even granting me an extra two hours. They made sure I lacked nothing and inquired about every service provided to the guest, which was excellent. I will definitely repeat my visit to this hotel.

The Radisson Blu Hotel, Al Madinah is superb! Great location, pleasant atmosphere, and attentive service. The rooms are clean and tidy with excellent facilities, and the bedding is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast is rich and delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff are enthusiastic, professional, and respond quickly. Getting around is convenient, as it's close to the mosque, and the free shuttle service is very handy. It offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Al Madinah!
