Situated the heart of downtown you can easily walk to restaurants, art galleries, shopping, the museum, coastal trail and Ship Creek. There is a view of the inlet and Mt. Susitna (Sleeping Lady) from both the living room and bedroom. There is a large smart TV, electric fireplace and a dishwasher.
