The master bedroom contains a walk-in closet, a spa tub, and a shower with a steam room function for unmatched relaxation and self-care.I am available by cell phone if there is an emergency or you simply can't figure out how something works!Renters that clean the vacation rental live in the mother-in-law unit on the ground floor. Any communication with cleaners can be run through me. The mother-in-law has a separate entrance and no access to the main house. Please allow room for the first floor apartment folks to get out of the driveway. The garage and a pantry on the third floor remain locked for my storage.Girdwood is a fantastic Alaskan experience. Girdwood brewing is a 7 minute walk, (3 if you cut through the meadow!) Alyeska resort of course provides the best of Alaska resort skiing and also backcountry/heli-skiing adventures nearby. Winner creek is a great hiking trail in the summer. If you don't mind some vertical elevation, the North Face Trail is open in the summer and rewards you with great views of the turnagain arm mountains.
