"The most outstanding thing about this hotel is the service. Everyone I met was greeted with a smile, the service was in place, and they gave me a little surprise from time to time. The only thing was that the water in the bathtub was yellow, but after I raised the issue, the hotel's attitude was very correct, so it was over. GGuest UserDuring the May Day holiday, my family went to Xiong'an for a trip. We arrived smoothly in 2 hours from Beijing. The check-in time was a bit long due to the full occupancy rate during the holiday, but the staff were fully cooperative and finally lived in the Little Prince theme suite that the children liked.
Facilities: The room is spacious and bright, fully equipped with a small tent, electronic piano, dolls, and drawing boards. Even if you don't leave the hotel, the children can play for half a day. It is strongly recommended to bring children to stay in a parent-child theme room.
Hygiene: Equipped with a full set of Little Prince toiletries and towels, the sheets and quilts are clean and tidy. Staying for two nights, the room cleaning on the second day was also very timely and in place, and the room was cleaned and tidy.
Environment: The hotel is very convenient to the Eye of Xiong'an, the Convention and Exhibition Center, and Yuerong Park. The room has light and dark adjustment, which is very friendly for babies to take a nap.
Service: Very satisfied! A few days before check-in, the hotel staff contacted in advance and informed us of very detailed travel strategies and precautions. Any problems during the stay were solved in time. When I met the hotel staff, they were all smiling, making the guests feel at home!
Of course, there are also shortcomings. There are many guests in the hotel during the holidays, and the waiting time for check-in is a bit long, which is a bit difficult for babies who want to take a nap. However, because the suite comes with afternoon tea for two, we waited in the lobby bar to ease some of the pressure. The windows in the room need to be told to open by the staff. There is a bit of smell in the room, but opening the window for ventilation and adding an air purifier alleviates it a little. There is a queue during the peak period of the breakfast buffet. Another thing is that for electric car owners, there is no charging pile equipment in the hotel basement, which is not very convenient.
Overall, it was a very satisfactory stay experience, and I would recommend friends who come to Xiong'an to choose Sofitel Hotel.

DD20891****It exceeded my expectations. This newly opened B&B has facilities comparable to a 4.5-star hotel with everything you need. Because it was the off-season, the owner upgraded us to a lake view room. The terrace faces Yishui Lake, and there is an infinity pool in summer. The view is great. The homestay has a billiard room, a table tennis room, a KTV, a naughty castle for children to play, etc., and a dopamine courtyard, which is perfect for a family weekend vacation. The boss was also very nice. We wanted to buy some mineral water but he gave us a lot instead. It was a very satisfying vacation. It was quiet, not crowded, and the stray cats around were quite friendly. It is a Feng Shui treasure land with simple folk customs. Summer will come again.

The hotel as a whole is in Chinese garden style, perfectly integrated with the surrounding natural environment, as if it were a large garden. Green trees, fragrant flowers, rippling lakes, pavilions, whitewashed walls and black tiles create a picturesque artistic conception, making people feel like they are in a Jiangnan water town or an ancient garden. Every step is a landscape. , perfect for walking and relaxing.
[Hardware facilities] The hotel is equipped with gyms, swimming pools and other leisure facilities. Other badminton, tennis, table tennis, etc. need to be paid by the hour. Building 8 is equipped with an entire parent-child playground, and hotel guests receive discounts.
[Service] The hotel's service staff has a warm attitude. Whether it is reception at the front desk, guiding check-in, or providing services in restaurants and leisure and entertainment areas, guests can feel attentive care. The crib is very considerate, but the bed stalls are insufficient and need to be optimized in the future.
[Catering] The buffet breakfast includes both Chinese and Western styles, and the food is of high quality and can meet the taste needs of different guests. Old tofu, pancakes, fried dough sticks, porridge, wontons, fried noodles, fried rice, stir-fried vegetables, various exquisite breads and fruits, etc. There is a baby chair.

MMowangdelaopoThe hotel is very conveniently located, and it only takes a few minutes to get there after getting off the highway. The housekeeper Xiaowei provided very thoughtful service, and helped us upgrade the room to the small column suite, which the children were very surprised and liked. The private hot spring in the room was clean and hygienic, the buffet breakfast was rich in variety, the hotel had a naughty castle, and there was also a Qingqing ranch where you could walk your kids around, and the beautiful Baishishan Mountain. It was simply a treasure hotel, and I have recommended it to my friends.

AAotumanbuaichitang高速行程中間的休息點，最大的優勢是下高速2.5km就到酒店，出門直接上高速，方便。晚上到的晚，但是酒店還有晚餐，吃的超級滿意。酒店停車地方多，前後院都能停車，房間就一般化，衞生間沒有乾濕分離，因為晚餐超級滿意就有點期待早餐，可是早餐真的很一般，包子一看就是外面買的，有煎盤，自己可以煎雞蛋，稀的就是豆漿稀飯，其他所有的東西都在照片裏面了。
