1127xingmiaoThe room was very clean and spacious. The connecting room was very convenient for traveling with children. There were many restaurants nearby. It was very close to the Convention and Exhibition Center, the Eye of Xiong'an, and the park. The housekeeper Ellie provided excellent service. I will choose to stay at Wyndham again next time.

GGuest UserDuring the May Day holiday, my family went to Xiong'an for a trip. We arrived smoothly in 2 hours from Beijing. The check-in time was a bit long due to the full occupancy rate during the holiday, but the staff were fully cooperative and finally lived in the Little Prince theme suite that the children liked.
Facilities: The room is spacious and bright, fully equipped with a small tent, electronic piano, dolls, and drawing boards. Even if you don't leave the hotel, the children can play for half a day. It is strongly recommended to bring children to stay in a parent-child theme room.
Hygiene: Equipped with a full set of Little Prince toiletries and towels, the sheets and quilts are clean and tidy. Staying for two nights, the room cleaning on the second day was also very timely and in place, and the room was cleaned and tidy.
Environment: The hotel is very convenient to the Eye of Xiong'an, the Convention and Exhibition Center, and Yuerong Park. The room has light and dark adjustment, which is very friendly for babies to take a nap.
Service: Very satisfied! A few days before check-in, the hotel staff contacted in advance and informed us of very detailed travel strategies and precautions. Any problems during the stay were solved in time. When I met the hotel staff, they were all smiling, making the guests feel at home!
Of course, there are also shortcomings. There are many guests in the hotel during the holidays, and the waiting time for check-in is a bit long, which is a bit difficult for babies who want to take a nap. However, because the suite comes with afternoon tea for two, we waited in the lobby bar to ease some of the pressure. The windows in the room need to be told to open by the staff. There is a bit of smell in the room, but opening the window for ventilation and adding an air purifier alleviates it a little. There is a queue during the peak period of the breakfast buffet. Another thing is that for electric car owners, there is no charging pile equipment in the hotel basement, which is not very convenient.
Overall, it was a very satisfactory stay experience, and I would recommend friends who come to Xiong'an to choose Sofitel Hotel.

DD20891****It exceeded my expectations. This newly opened B&B has facilities comparable to a 4.5-star hotel with everything you need. Because it was the off-season, the owner upgraded us to a lake view room. The terrace faces Yishui Lake, and there is an infinity pool in summer. The view is great. The homestay has a billiard room, a table tennis room, a KTV, a naughty castle for children to play, etc., and a dopamine courtyard, which is perfect for a family weekend vacation. The boss was also very nice. We wanted to buy some mineral water but he gave us a lot instead. It was a very satisfying vacation. It was quiet, not crowded, and the stray cats around were quite friendly. It is a Feng Shui treasure land with simple folk customs. Summer will come again.

Brown provided me with a great deal of assistance, ensuring that my travels went smoothly. He arranged an airport pick-up service for me. Since the driver couldn't speak English, Brown thoughtfully provided a Chinese-English translation card for communication with the driver. He also arranged in advance the room type that I liked. The hotels in China are highly intelligent, and I really like Chinese hotels.Brown also prepared welcome fruits and a welcome letter for me. The welcome letter provided a detailed introduction to every part of the hotel, which I could refer to whenever I needed. The hotel covers a very large area and has numerous business premises. The content of the welcome letter was of great help to me. The hotel also offers free rides on sightseeing vehicles, and the scenery here is extremely beautiful. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

The housekeeper Xiaowei provided very thoughtful service, and helped us upgrade the room to the small column suite, which the children were very surprised and liked. The private hot spring in the room was clean and hygienic, the buffet breakfast was rich in variety, the hotel had a naughty castle, and there was also a Qingqing ranch where you could walk your kids around, and the beautiful Baishishan Mountain. It was simply a treasure hotel, and I have recommended it to my friends.
I would like to thank the beautiful housekeeper Xiaowei. We left our things in the room when we checked out. Xiaowei contacted us in time and helped us contact the courier to return the items. Thank you 😊

The parking lot is large and you can park wherever you like. The breakfast is very good, with many varieties and a lot of choices. The front desk service is excellent, such as Spring Breeze Buddha Noodles. They proactively provided two room cards, which gave us great convenience. It was almost perfect, but there is still a little regret, that is, the floor drain in the bathroom is not smooth, so I can only deduct one point.

The hotel has a swimming pool. There are not many hot spring pools, but the price is cheap and enough. The key is that there are not many people and parking is convenient. His dishes were really affordable and the amount was very large. The boss was very good and bought us discount tickets. I had a great time. It’s really good.
