Beihai Hotels with Pools

Traveling with my kids and parents, I booked three uniquely themed rooms. The beach king suite offers direct access to the beach, and the twin pool suite has a pool that connects directly to the main scenic pool, which was a hit with the kids. The tranquil twin room was very quiet and perfect for the elderly to rest. The service was excellent. The butler's welcome and farewell services were outstanding, making us feel right at home throughout our stay. The staff were very professional and attentive to all our needs. There was also a complimentary laundry service every day. Breakfast was exquisite and delicious, and could even be delivered to the room 👍. Dinner required advance reservations, and you could really tell the chef's skill was exceptional 👍.

Had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The service was absolutely impressive where free laundry service and daily afternoon tea with fresh fruits and cakes were served. They also helped to arrange free transport between the harbour and the hotel. The door gift is particularly thoughtful which contains a nice UV protective umbrella, mosquito repellant and sun block. The room was spacious, clean and tastefully designed! Ours was the ground floor room with the garden view. Though the hotel swimming pool is right outside, the lush greenery offered great privacy. The air-conditioned and pleasantly perfumes room was literally my oasis during this short island trip! And it is quite budget friendly!:) Absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone who’s planning to visit the island! Overall A+ experience! (Though it’d be a plus point if the laundry could be ironed.)

Overall, I was very satisfied with both the environment and the room. There was a starfruit tree next to the pool, and the hotel had nets to catch any you wanted. On the other side of the pool was a jackfruit tree, which had just started to bear some tiny fruits; the rest won't be ripe until June. The complimentary welcome fruits were tangerines and cherry tomatoes, both of which were delicious. The breakfast was excellent, all set meals, and you could ask for more if you wanted, as long as you didn't waste any. The sandwiches came with milk, mixed nuts, sweet potatoes, and corn; the noodles, although in a clear broth, were very tasty and came with a nine-compartment side dish; we didn't order the porridge, but it also came with a nine-compartment side dish, as well as steamed buns and eggs.

The boss was very considerate and turned on the air conditioner for us in advance. As soon as we arrived at the B&B, he came to help us with our suitcases. He was very enthusiastic. The TV in the room won't turn on, come and help immediately. Very satisfied. It was just that the weather was cool this time, so it was a pity that I couldn't swim. The swimming pool in the B&B is also great. It is very close to Silver Beach. We go to the beach to play every day after waking up. The children are very happy.

We stayed at the Marriott on Beihai Silver Beach for our family trip. Overall, it's a very competitive option among Beihai's resort hotels, and the staff even upgraded us to a suite for free. During peak seasons like holidays and weekends, it's advisable to plan ahead as prices will be more reasonable; last-minute bookings tend to be more expensive and subject to price fluctuations. ✨Environment: The hotel is right by Silver Beach, with a private walkway directly to the sand and convenient foot-washing stations at the entrance. The landscaping creates a wonderful seaside ambiance, and the outdoor pool faces the ocean directly. Our room on the 15th floor to the east offered expansive balcony views, though it could be quite windy by the sea. 🧼Hygiene: The hotel generally maintains Marriott's high standards. Housekeeping was meticulous, the bedding was clean and fluffy, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. Cleaning in the public pools and lounge areas was prompt. 🛎️Service: Most staff members were proactive and polite, with quick responses from concierge and front desk. Check-in on Friday evening at 5 PM was a bit slow, taking about an hour, but check-out was efficient. The breakfast selection was standard, and the dining environment was decent. 🛏️Facilities: The hotel is relatively new, with excellent quality hardware. The rooms are well-equipped, and the indoor and outdoor pools, 24-hour gym, and kids' club make it perfect for vacations and families. 🚗Transportation: Located in the heart of Silver Beach, the back entrance provides very convenient access to the beach. It's a short drive to Qiaogang and the International Passenger Port for trips to Weizhou Island. Getting to the high-speed rail station or Fucheng Airport takes about 20-30 minutes. Taxis are easily available right outside the hotel. Overall, it's a hassle-free and consistently high-quality choice for a Silver Beach vacation, ideal for travelers who want to relax and enjoy sea views right outside their door. I recommend booking in advance for better prices, as last-minute bookings are pricier and prone to fluctuations. It's worth comparing prices across different platforms.

I was very satisfied with this stay at the Sheraton Guantouling. It's much quieter and less crowded than Silver Beach. Plus, it's located directly to the west, so the sunset views are absolutely stunning. Ella provided warm service throughout our stay, and she was very responsive to any requests or inquiries. Traveling with children, the family room was very convenient. The breakfast had a good variety of fresh options. There were also various kids' activities like sand art, drink making, and sandwich making. Highly recommended!

The front desk service is very good, enthusiastic, and helps with travel transportation. The room is new, the apartment facilities are good and quiet, and the community is very new. I mainly went to the mangrove forest to play, and went to the nearby Binhai International Wetland Park to play in the sea, play on the mudflats, and take pictures. It takes 20 minutes to walk from the homestay. It costs 10 yuan to take a taxi from the homestay to Silver Beach. There is a canteen in the community, which is in a leisure activity center. You can go there for a walk. There is a pool.

A family of 6 people traveled. The boss and the boss's wife were young handsome men and beautiful women, very enthusiastic. The courtyard was also very warm. There was a big jackfruit tree in the yard, full of jackfruits, but unfortunately they were not ripe yet. The boss said that they were all for the guests to eat. However, the boss gave us bananas. The bananas on the island were so delicious. There was a special kitchen in the courtyard. There were three handsome guys processing seafood. Their skills were impeccable. We ate there for two days. Both the processed seafood and the stir-fried dishes were so delicious. Even my elderly parents praised them. After getting off the island, they were still saying that the dishes in the courtyard were delicious. When we left, the boss gave us bananas and mangoes. He was so enthusiastic. My parents and sister liked them very much. The courtyard is only 500 meters away from the beach and a few minutes' ride from Nanwan. It is also convenient to buy seafood. When we go to buy seafood, the boss directly lends us his electric bike to ride, and we can stay at his house when we go again.

The location is excellent, but there are a lot of mosquitoes🦟. I was bitten several times within half an hour of arriving. When I entered the room, I found that the balcony door was open, and a bunch of mosquitoes🦟 were flying around. It didn't work even if I lit mosquito coils~ The air conditioning was average. The room we booked was on the first floor. Because of the age, the hotel equipment was relatively old. There was a huge cigarette hole🕳️ on the sofa🛋️… I don't know if the swimming pool was not open and there was no water. The breakfast was hard to describe. There were so many things, but none of them looked fresh. When I was eating breakfast, I looked out the window and saw a big mop hanging there. I lost my appetite~ Service praise for the security guard on duty that day. I forgot something on the electric car🛵, and the electric car🛵 was charging. He took us to find the things very late in the night. It was heartwarming.

This place hasn't been open long, but the walls are already scuffed, the spotlights are flickering, and the bench legs are uneven. On top of that, the front desk staff had a terrible attitude, especially one woman they called 'Jiejie' (sister) – she was even worse, though I didn't get a chance to take a photo. It really felt like I paid money just to be annoyed. I'm very unhappy with the attitude. The maintenance staff who came at night were decent, but everything else was just so-so. I've been here before, and the experience isn't as good as it used to be. It's mainly the service attitude that's really slipped.
