The staff member, Ms. Fu, patiently introduced different room types, explaining their features, facilities, orientation, and environment. She even took me to view the rooms so I could make my choice. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food, and the restaurant was clean and spacious, making for a pleasant dining experience.

The ECHARM Hotel Xi'an Bell Tower & Muslim Street is in an excellent location, not far from the Bell Tower and Muslim Street, making it convenient for getting around and dining. The room was quite spacious, with a dedicated children's tent, rocking horse, and building block table. My child didn't want to leave the room and had a blast playing. The bathroom was cleverly divided into three separate areas, so our family didn't have to rush getting ready in the morning. Plus, there's smart voice control, so you can turn on the lights or open the curtains just by speaking. Overall cleanliness was also on point. Families with kids visiting Xi'an should definitely consider this place. And there's free parking, which is a big bonus!

The room was clean and tidy, and the view from the window was absolutely beautiful. With a residential area behind, it was also very quiet.
