Front desk staff Xiao Zhao had a wonderfully welcoming smile and proactively greeted me with a 'Hello, welcome to E-Shang!' The service was thoughtful and up to standard. The breakfast featured a delicious, authentic Shaanxi-style noodle dish that was surprisingly good. After several nights exploring Datang Everbright City, my clothes got dirty easily, but the laundry service brought them back, which was such a relief. The lobby had comfortable, spacious, and soft sofas, and relaxing recliners. It also happened to be a member's day with a lucky draw. Overall, a perfect experience!

I struck gold with this hotel on my Xi'an trip! The location is absolutely fantastic – within walking distance to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter. It was super convenient for exploring the night market and checking out the City Wall in the evening, without the hassle of constantly taking taxis. This saved us so much effort, especially traveling with a child. We booked the themed family room, which had two large beds with plenty of space; it comfortably accommodated our family of three. The entire room featured adorable panda aviation-themed soft furnishings, with playful bedding and throw pillows. There was even a kids' tent and a cartoon floor mat by the window. As soon as my child entered, they immediately dove into the tent to play, keeping them entertained without us needing to fuss. A building block game table was set up in the corner of the room, with cute bunny-shaped chairs, allowing the little one to quietly build blocks, freeing up our hands! Hahahaha, the thoughtful details in this room were truly impressive. There was a separate hanging area for clothes with hangers and storage baskets, keeping luggage and coats neatly organized. The room also had a mini-fridge, a kettle, and complimentary mineral water, which was handy for stocking up on cold drinks or warming water for formula. The bathroom was dry-wet separated, with a child-friendly soft seat for the toilet. All the toiletries were giraffe-themed cartoon sets, and even the slippers had little pandas on them – clearly designed for kids. The adult toiletries were a premium fragrance type, with a fresh and non-irritating scent. The whole room was clean and odor-free, with excellent natural light and ventilation, and the blackout curtains worked perfectly for undisturbed naps. The overall decor was simple yet sophisticated, with comprehensive parent-child amenities. It's suitable for both short trips and longer stays. I highly recommend this place for families traveling with children to Xi'an, and I'd definitely stay here again on my next trip!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, very close to the subway station and a shopping mall. You step right out to Wuzhuang Station and Sands Outlets. The room was clean and tidy, and the view from the window was absolutely beautiful. With a residential area behind, it was also very quiet. The front desk lady was very patient, meticulous, and offered warm, thoughtful service. This hotel is super convenient for families traveling with children. Five-star rating, highly recommended!!!
