True to the Hilton brand, this hotel boasts an impressive scale with a grand, elegant exterior and a refined, comfortable garden. The on-site gym is exceptionally well-equipped, easily among the best I've encountered in a hotel. The guest rooms are quiet and spacious, making for an overall pleasant stay. My only minor quibble is that the breakfast selection isn't particularly extensive, but other than that, it's nearly faultless. I'm very satisfied overall and will definitely prioritize staying here again for my next trip.

Hotel has very central location on the nice street eith a lot of cafe and restaurants. Ladies on reception are absolutely friendly and professional and ready to help. Their hospitality is fully consistent this hotel motto ”Come as a stranger leave as a friend”. Hotel is eco-friendly - no excessive cleaning, plastics etc. But if you need you will receive. Breakfast was good.

While the hotel facilities are a bit dated, they are very practical, catering more to business travelers with no excessive, ornate decorations. The original room design lacked enough power outlets, so they thoughtfully added more on one side of the bed, which I appreciate. The bed was not only the firmest I've experienced on this European trip, but the single bed was also quite wide. The bedside light switches were conveniently located and user-friendly. You can see the terminal right from the window, making it perfect for early morning flights.

This is an airport hotel, offering a shuttle bus service and featuring a flight information screen in the lobby, clearly catering to airport travelers. It wasn't very crowded; the whole hotel felt quite empty. It's close to Diegem station, about a 12-minute walk, but it's mostly uphill and downhill, so it can be a bit tiring. The hotel breakfast was great, very rich and satisfying. There's a shuttle bus schedule in the lobby; I took the 8:45 AM bus, which arrived at the airport around 9 AM.

The location is great, right opposite Diegem train station (though it's a small station with only stairs, no elevators or escalators, which is inconvenient if you have large luggage). The hotel shuttle runs every half hour to the airport, which is very convenient. However, the check-in process took an incredibly long time due to a front desk error. They eventually gave me the wrong room card. As a solo female traveler, I swiped into a man's room, and he was understandably shocked and swore at me. When I returned to the front desk to explain the situation, they didn't seem to grasp the severity of their mistake. The staff just stuck out their tongue, mumbled an apology about getting the room number's last digit wrong, and showed no serious concern. In the end, they gave me a room on the first floor, right next to the one they initially assigned incorrectly. (I find this quite unsafe). I am very dissatisfied with such a serious error. (My room overlooked a construction site, but the soundproofing seemed quite good as I didn't hear much noise.)

I'm very happy with our stay at the Brussels airport Park Inn by Radisson that smelled nice, easy access to a nice reception lobby that is next to guests restaurant with a garden view that is so peaceful and beautiful. Marius, the kind chief concierge officer, received us kindly, provided us with our requests, an accessibility room for my sister, handicapped shower room seat, and an immediate response to everything the hotel could provide. Impeccable hotel overall. But of special note: I really wasn't expecting much from the kitchen but the salmon I had for dinner was perfectly prepared to my specifications (medium-rare) and everything about the dinner was excellent. Definitely the best fish dish I had in all of Belgium. My wife's dinner was equally excellent.

Good value accommodation with the added bonus of a small kitchenette. Very clean and good gym and complimentary laundry facilities. The only comment is it's about a 10 min walk from the nearby Diegem train station which is not easy to manage with luggage in the rain. Better if you have your own vehicle or are coming directly from the airport. Bus stop to avd from the airport nearby but again the bus stops don't have shelter so not ideal waiting for the bus or alighting from a bus and making your way to the hotel. Limited gluten free offering.

Lovely hotel in a great location for walking to all the main sights. Staff really helpful and friendly and let us know about a light show that night for the university 600th anniversary celebration - really enjoyed it! Breakfast was amazing!! Definitely worth the 25 euros. The buffet includes everything you could possibly want plus some extras like interesting yoghurt toppings and mini pancakes! Lovely grounds - too cold to enjoy unfortunately. Very clean and quiet room with huge bed so slept really well. Definitely recommended staying here!

This stay was absolutely perfect, a solid five-star rating for the hotel service! From the moment I stepped in, the front desk staff greeted me with genuine smiles. Whether it was the prompt response to my late-night requests from the front desk or the consistent warmth and attentiveness of the service staff, I felt truly valued and respected.
