The stay was great. The staff delivered a complimentary slice of cake as the check in date coincided with my hubby’s birthday. Very nice and sweet of the reception staff. All guests received warm chocolate cookies too. Just nice to have them for supper or snack😊 Facilities were good too though we didn’t use it. Buffet Breakfast was good but we didn’t try all the food as there were just too much food to try.. room amenities were basic and good and room was spacious. Overall stay was good. Will consider coming back due to their great service. Location is also quite near to JB Sentral about 10-15 minutes walk.

Positive Feedback 1. Location was superb, easy access to the mall. 2. Room is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, dining plates, utensils, mugs, iron and iron board . 3. Room is spacious, bedroom, living room and dining room. Negative Feedback: 1. Staff at the counter should be trained with customer service. No greetings nor smile during check-in. 2. Toilet has very bad smell. The edge of the shower room is slimy, probably not cleaned properly. 3 Deodorants were supplied in both the toilet as well as the bedroom but unfortunately all of them were empty (see pictures) 5. Toilet ventilation vent is dusty and drop of dusts occasionally fell onto us or the wash basin. 6. The iron provided isn’t safe for use as wires are exposed which is a SAFETY HAZARD (see picture). Someone might get electrocuted. 7. TV was provided but no ‘Live TV’ available as it always showed ‘No Signal’ (see picture). 8. ‘House Rules’ indicate ‘No eating and drinking in the room’ but the room is fully equipped with the dining cutleries/utensils and cooking equipment (see picture). So, is eating and drinking allowed? 9. In the bedroom, there is this thing hanging directly above the bed. Not sure what it is but, to me, it’s of no use. We will definitely stay here again because of the location and the spacious room. If the negative feedback can be addressed, it would be a bonus.

Our family had a really pleasant stay here! 🥰 The kids absolutely loved the apartment, especially the slide and play area. In fact, they enjoyed it so much that even the living room became their sleeping area for the night! 😂 The location is great if you’re planning a trip to Legoland, as it’s just a short drive away. The unit was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a washing machine, cooking pan, utensils, plates, bowls, and cups, making it very convenient for families with young children. One small point for parents to note: the slide corner has some sharp edges, so extra supervision may be needed for younger kids. As for the surroundings, there aren’t many attractions or eateries within walking distance, so you’ll likely need to drive to places like KSL City Mall or Paradigm Mall for shopping and dining options. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness, family-friendly setup, and proximity to Legoland made it a wonderful choice for our family, and the kids are already asking when we can come back! ❤️

Stayed here for a business trip. It's a standard business hotel – standard facilities, standard service, standard rooms. Nothing amazing, but nothing bad either. However, the room I stayed in had a really loud AC unit outside, and the bathroom had a bit of an odor, which was a letdown. Everything else was just okay.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my wife and our infant, and overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable experience. Travelling with a baby can sometimes make hotel stays more challenging, so having a clean, convenient, and comfortable place to stay made a big difference to our trip. One of the biggest highlights of the hotel was the cleanliness of the room. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable for our stay. It was reassuring to have a tidy environment, especially when travelling with an infant. The room was also sufficiently comfortable for both my wife and me, and we appreciated being able to return to a clean and relaxing space after a long day outside. The location of the hotel was superb and, in my opinion, one of its strongest advantages. It was very convenient for getting around and made it easy for us to access nearby attractions, restaurants, shops, and other facilities. This was especially helpful when travelling with an infant, as convenience and accessibility are important when you have additional luggage and baby essentials to carry around. The excellent location saved us considerable time and made our overall trip much easier and more enjoyable. The hotel itself also provided a comfortable environment for a family stay. The overall experience was pleasant, and the staff were generally helpful and courteous. We appreciated the convenience and the fact that the hotel provided a good base for our trip. Regarding breakfast, I would say that the taste was average. There was a reasonable selection of food, but the overall quality and flavour did not stand out as much as the cleanliness and location of the hotel. The breakfast was adequate and sufficient to start the day, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of taste, quality, and perhaps the variety of food available. For guests who place a strong emphasis on breakfast, this may be one area where the hotel could improve its overall experience. Overall, I would say that our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. The clean room and superb location were the main highlights for us, particularly as we were travelling with our infant. Although the breakfast taste was only average, this did not significantly affect our overall experience. For travellers looking for a clean and conveniently located hotel, especially families travelling with young children, this hotel is certainly worth considering. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to consider staying here again in the future, especially because of the excellent location and the cleanliness of the room.

I had a really pleasant and comfortable stay at Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru, especially in the East Wing room. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Everything was neatly arranged, and the bed was very comfortable, giving me a good night’s rest throughout my stay. What I appreciated the most was the overall cleanliness and attention to detail in the room. The facilities were in good condition, and everything felt well taken care of. The hotel environment itself was calm and welcoming, which added to the whole experience. The staff were also friendly, polite, and helpful whenever needed, making the stay even more enjoyable. Service was smooth from check-in to check-out, which I really value when staying at a hotel. Overall, I would say Ramada Hotel Johor Bahru is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Johor Bahru. The East Wing room in particular is definitely worth it. I would happily come back again and recommend it to others.

We stayed for 6 days and 5 nights, and we really enjoyed our stay here. The place is very comfortable, clean, and accessible to everything, which is why we chose it. The team was also very responsive whenever we had questions, even in the middle of the night. They were very accommodating and kind to their guests. All in all, it’s truly an excellent place to stay — not just for couples, but also for families with kids because they have lots of amenities that everyone can enjoy.

Parking space is near to hotel and hotel do provide EV charger with fees. Breakfast is delicious with variant food served. Only one thing is about the receptionist forgot to key our car plate number for us to get free parking. We almost want to pay rm98 for the overnight parking fees.

The loft comes with three queen beds and one sofa bed, making it suitable for larger families or groups who prefer staying together instead of booking multiple hotel rooms. The loft design also helps the apartment feel spacious and comfortable. The unit includes a kitchen, living area, swimming pool access and gym facilities, which add to the overall convenience of the stay. The residential setting offers a quieter atmosphere compared to many hotels. Check-in was at 3:00 PM and check-out was at 12:00 PM, which provided a relaxed departure experience. Overall, Sunway Grid Loft Suite by Nest Home offers good value for families and groups looking for a spacious accommodation option in Johor. The combination of multiple beds, useful facilities and a clean, well-maintained environment made for a comfortable stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Opero Hotel Southkey Johor Bahru I stayed at Opero Hotel Southkey Johor Bahru from 24–25 June 2026 and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms that provided a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, and the room was equipped with everything needed for a short getaway. The location is excellent, especially for shopping and dining, with convenient access to Southkey and other nearby attractions. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient during both check-in and check-out, making the entire experience smooth and hassle-free. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities and the overall welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. It offered great value for money and exceeded my expectations. I would gladly stay here again on my next trip to Johor Bahru and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
