4-Star Hotels in Selangor, Malaysia

We stayed in a 2 queen bed room for a night. The room is clean and comfortable. The location is perfect and just a walking distance to Empire Hextar Mall. I liked the atmosphere here. Amazing pool view and the sunrise view.

I couldn't recall how many times I have stayed in Concorde Shah Alam. This hotel has always been my number 1 choice every time I come to Shah Alam. It's very convenient- the location, the hospitality, the amenities, the food, and the city view of Masjid Shah Alam. I can also hear Azan from the masjid- very calming. Keep up the good work, Concorde Shah Alam.

Location & Transportation: The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to [subway station/attraction/business district], with convenient access to dining and shopping. Getting around is completely stress-free. Facilities & Environment: The room is spacious and bright, with excellent soundproofing that ensures a high-quality sleep. The Wi-Fi is fast and stable, making it smooth for both work and entertainment. Service Experience: The staff are enthusiastic and efficient during check-in. They respond quickly when issues arise, and room cleaning is prompt and meticulous.

This stay was a bit disappointing. As soon as I entered the room, there was a strong smell of smoke. The bed was also old and saggy. The room's decor was very nice though. Management should pay more attention to cleanliness and the quality of the beds and pillows. The 'Deng Kee' fish paste vermicelli opposite the hotel lobby was delicious.

This is my third stay at Sunway Pyramid Hotel, it's a reliable choice for business trips. Its strengths are the transportation and amenities: the BRT connection is convenient, and the mall downstairs offers everything from street food to proper meals, so you don't have to worry about late-night snacks after working overtime. The room is decent, with a large desk, plenty of power outlets, and stable internet. The gym and pool help maintain my routine during business travel. Although the facilities are a bit old, they are well-maintained. The value for money is excellent for the western part of Kuala Lumpur.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stayed at Tune Hotel KLIA and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, especially for travellers who have an early morning flight or need a place to stay near KLIA. The room was clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth. The staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a simple hotel, so don’t expect luxury, but it provides the basic necessities for a short stay. The biggest advantage is definitely the convenience and proximity to the airport. It’s a good choice for an overnight stay before or after a flight. Overall, a practical and convenient hotel for airport travellers. 👍🏻✈️

Monkeys Canopy Resort proved to be a good place for team building, thanks to professional staff who delivered helpful service throughout the stay. The resort features an isolated location with little around the immediate area, which creates a focused environment for corporate retreats without outside distractions. Despite the seclusion, there are a lot of activities that can be done within the resort itself, offering an excellent variety of options like pickleball, paintball, and go-karts to keep groups engaged. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, though soundproofing is an area that could be improved.

The room was incredibly small, so tiny that it was difficult to even open a suitcase! There were no amenities nearby; the closest convenience store and restaurant were a 15-20 minute walk away. To enforce their no-smoking policy, they even locked the room windows to ensure you'd be caught and fined if you smoked. I couldn't even open a window to air out the room or get some fresh air. This is the first time I've encountered such a bizarre situation. I definitely won't be staying here again.

Great convenient location with two supermarkets downstairs. Based on available information, ”Sleepy Bear Hospitality” primarily refers to a serviced apartment management brand (often called Sleepy Bear in English) operating in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, Malaysia, specializing in apartment-style accommodations with facilities like kitchens and washing machines. · 💡 Key Features: Mostly self-check-in, usually offering a gym and pool. However, as it's not a traditional hotel, service response times are often criticized. · 📍 Main Branches: Several locations in and around Kuala Lumpur, with varying reputations. Popular choices include: · HighPark Suites: Located in Petaling Jaya, opened in 2024, one of their more representative properties. · Sleepy Bear's Arte Plus: Located in Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, newly opened in 2026. · Anggun Residence: Located in Kuala Lumpur city center, near the Petronas Twin Towers. ⚠️ Important to note: · Authenticity Check: This is completely different from Vanke's high-end cultural hotel ”You Xiong.” There are also other similarly named hotel companies in China, so pay attention to the distinction when booking. · Common Complaints: Service is the biggest drawback, with frequent complaints about long waits for check-in, unresponsive customer service, and even difficulty getting room cards. Additionally, bedding tends to be soft, and some mattresses are sagging. It's advisable to proactively contact them in advance after booking to confirm check-in procedures. If you're interested in a specific branch, let me know, and I can look into more detailed guest experiences for you.

We used the Ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Airport for a short overnight stay before our connecting flight and were generally satisfied. The hotel is very practical for a stay near the airport. The rooms were clean, functionally furnished, and perfectly adequate for one night. The staff was friendly and helpful. We couldn't make use of the breakfast due to our early departure. The uncomplicated location in conjunction with an early departure the next morning was particularly important to us. For that purpose, the hotel is very well suited. From our perspective, anyone looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced airport hotel for a stopover can definitely choose the Ibis Styles Kuala Lumpur Airport. Many thanks to the team for the pleasant stay.
