Hotel very well located. Very close to Shopping Savassi. spectacular view of the borders of the city, Shopping and Marista College. Safe and tree neighborhood. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Olegário restaurant, inside the hotel, very good. Very comfortable facilities, excellent air conditioning, fine decoration, excellent shower and first-class hygiene products and excellent staff care, highlighted for the Rafael reception.
The location is excellent especially for those who seek closeness to the region of the spark.
The room was standard, everything worked well.
The entrance to the garage is bad: anyone with a seat or a large car will have a little difficulty, and there are few vagues available to park too.
Breakfast very simple and with little variety.
The day-to-day event is very expensive for the little that the hotel delivers. It is worth a lot more to host there for the location as the Uber travel would be very expensive to a hotel more remote in days of shows or football games that are high demand.
I want to give my praise for the care and attention I received during my stay, the hotel is wonderful, with a comfortable and well-structured environment, but what really made the difference was the care. Everyone I found was extremely kind, they made my experience even better. I was very happy with my stay and I will certainly come back!

There were huge lines for both check-in and check-out, and the staff seemed completely clueless. A 2 PM check-in time is already quite inconvenient, and we still had the experience of joining the massive reception queue, only to be told, when it was finally our turn at 1:58 PM, that we couldn't check in yet because the official time was 2 PM, and we'd have to wait at the back of the line. In the end, we only managed to get into our room closer to 3 PM, which was extremely inconvenient for us as we were staying for a wedding at 4 PM.
For check-out, the treatment was quite different, apart from the line still being enormous. We weren't given even a minute's grace period to check out.
A truly disappointing experience for a luxury hotel; we will definitely be looking for a different hotel on our next visit to the city.
The reception attendant was not pleasant, I had made the wrong booking, and I told her I was going to contact you to resolve it. But she was not careful with my problem just checked in and gave me the key while I was on the phone with you. She was not empathic even a little! So much that the person there said: let's cancel your reservation and do it again to get it right. She did the checkin, she did the checkin, she did the checkin, she did the checkin, she did the checkin, she said she was talking to you! She did and she deployed me with a great deficit of education!
I was very angry with the reservation I made wrong!
Nos alojamos en el TRIBE Belo Horizonte Savassi y, aunque el hotel es moderno, está bien ubicado y el desayuno fantástico, nos pareció algo caro para lo que ofrece (básicamente gimnasio, sin piscina). Además, pedí con antelación una habitación idealmente con vistas a la plaza por Nochevieja y no tuvieron en cuenta la solicitud, aun habiendo pagado una categoría superior. En general, correcto, pero esperaba mas por el precio.

Very comfortable hotel, great service (especially from the manager Alex) and excellent location. The only negative point is that the Amadeus restaurant has not been open for dinner since June, offering only coffee, lunch and room service.
GGuest UserI was on business trip to Belo Horizonte and my customer recommended this Hotel Mercure Belo Horizonte Vila da Serra. The hotel room is nice and comfortable. The staff are all friendly. The breakfast is reasonably good. Would strongly recommend business travellers to consider this hotel if destination is not very far away from this hotel.
