GGuest User1. Location and Accessibility: The hotelâs location is its strongest asset. Situated in the heart of the city, it provides effortless access to major transport hubs and local attractions. For a traveler who values efficiency, being within walking distance of prime dining spots and the business district was a significant âfeatureâ that saved me hours of commuting.
2. Check-in and Service: The check-in process was optimized and bug-free. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, processing my reservation with impressive speed. I was particularly impressed by the concierge team; their local knowledge was like a well-curated API for the cityâwhenever I had a query about hidden gems or logistical routes, they provided precise and helpful âoutputs.â
3. Room Quality and Comfort: The room was a sanctuary of modern design. The interfaceâmeaning the room layoutâwas intuitive and spacious. I was assigned a suite on the 14th floor, offering a panoramic view of the skyline. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing excellent âuptimeâ for my sleep quality. The soundproofing was robust, effectively filtering out the urban white noise, and the high-speed Wi-Fi was stable enough for heavy data lifting and video conferencing without any latency issues.
4. Facilities and Dining: The breakfast buffet offered a diverse array of options, catering to various dietary requirements. Whether it was the fresh pastry station or the made-to-order omelets, the quality of the ingredients was top-tier. I also utilized the fitness center and the infinity pool; both were well-maintained, clean, and never overly crowded, providing a great environment to decompress after a long day of work.
Final Verdict: In conclusion, [Hotel Name] operates with the precision of a well-oiled machine while maintaining the warmth of traditional hospitality. It is a perfect choice for both business professionals and leisure travelers who demand high standards. I would not hesitate to âre-runâ this experience and highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a premium stay
GGuest Userroom was good. location really nice and central. breakfast was also really good, with so much variety. overall really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. would recommend the hotel. Good quality for the price as well.
BBobqianBecause it was close to Christmas in January, the hotels near Dresden Central Station were fully booked and the room rates soared. Since we were traveling with so many people, it was difficult to find a suitable hotel. We finally chose to stay at this Radisson, which is less than 10 km from the city center and has a good travel distance. Room service needs to be booked one day in advance, otherwise it will not be cleaned, which is rare.
GGuest UserThe location is, of course, superb. For the umpteenth time, we were given a room on the 4th floor. It was accessible for disabled people, with an emergency button. We can't explain why. While we are a bit older, he is still working and very active. The room's furnishings, especially the bathroom, seem to be from DDR times... The tiles are old and look worn. The shower curtain and shower fixture đ€š well. The hallway smelled very musty. I also can't praise the breakfast. At a later hour, quite a bit was already missing from the display. Also, the arrangement of cheese next to fish, and sausage sitting in the sun, made it look gray. The rolls seemed reheated but were soggy. What a shame! We have stayed at the Hilton many times and have also experienced other hotels in Dresden. Unfortunately, for us, the Hilton is no longer a top choice.
GGuest UserNot a great experience overall. Location is not directly off any public transportation line so bear in mind lugging luggage on cobblestone can be very taxing. Service was slow at check-in. Only one staff was there in the evening, and a short queue formed to check-in while waiting for the staff to get off the phone. At check-in, room was automatically assigned via iPad, which was not a courtyard view as advertised on Trip.com, but rather a view of the garbage dump (from room 101). Went back down to ask for a change of room, and 45 frustrating minutes later, the front desk said it was because of the room category and âoffered to upgradeâ for 20 euros additional per night. After travelling for a long time, I didnât want to waste any more time with a back and forth as to why Trip.com advertised a courtyard view, and the hotel gave me a garbage dump view instead, so I obliged. The new room however, was much better with a view of the Thomaskirche opposite, a lot more internal space, and a mini kitchenette.
GGuest UserIt was clean and nice. The underground pool was quite deep, so it was fun. I was supposed to be assigned a room on the 1st to 4th floor, but all the rooms were taken, so I was given the 8th floor.
GGuest UserThe service and the location is good. It is near the train station and unlike other main train stations in germany, it is clean. I think the hotel is also relatively new, the room is simple and clean. There was no refrigerator but you can get electric cattle if you need it.

I would recommend this hotel. Its clean, room a good size. Layout good..double doors, one into room, a 2nd separating sleeping from foyer/toilet. Card already in main power socket, no need to use one of the room card.
One of the better 3-4stars hotel, I have stayed in.
GGuest UserVery good location, attentive service, and a good breakfast. We had problems with the air conditioning, but they quickly resolved the issue. It was annoying that the cleaning staff came to the room twice in the morning. If checkout is at 11 a.m., guests shouldn't be disturbed in the morning.
