I recently stayed at Aryaduta Bandung and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel has a classic, elegant feel and is well-maintained, with a spacious lobby that gives a good first impression. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice view of the city. The bed was cozy and made it easy to rest after a full day of exploring Bandung. Amenities were adequate, and everything I needed was provided without issue. The staff were polite, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, which made the whole experience stress-free. Breakfast had a good variety of local and international options. The taste was decent, and the dining area was comfortable even during busy hours. Location-wise, the hotel is quite convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping areas in Bandung. Overall, Aryaduta Bandung offers good value for a comfortable and reliable stay. It may not be ultra-modern, but it delivers well on comfort, service, and convenience. I would consider staying here again for a future trip.

The hotel is in a really good area on busy Braga Street. There's a lot to do and see in the area. The hotel pool is also a plus and a fun place to hang out and see the sunset. However the rooms are a bit dated and cleanliness could be improved a bit. There's also a problem with noise as many guests like to be loud in the hallways very early in the morning. Overall a good place to stay although a bit on the expensive side.

Stayed with my small family for a trip to the safari park. It was great that we could buy safari park tickets at a special price. However, the room looked old and needed renovation. The carpet was also dirty, and the bathroom had a strange smell and the hot water wasn't working very well. The room was quite large, not as clean as it appeared in the photos and videos. But it was enough to make my child happy with the elephant and zebra decorations. We couldn't really enjoy the other facilities because we were exhausted after a whole day at the safari park.

We had a wonderful stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage with our family. The location is excellent, offering beautiful views and fresh mountain air. The room and all hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. The amenities are great, especially for families with children. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay, and we would definitely love to come back🤍

First time staying at Clove, and oh my goodness, I'm completely in love! 😭🤚🏻 The front desk staff were absolutely top-notch. I requested an upper-floor room and actually got it, and the wait wasn't too long at all. The room was clean, no strange smells, actually it smelled nice! The bathroom and amenities were refilled. After 3 days and 2 nights, I wanted to extend my stay. Next time I'm in Bandung, I won't have to stress about finding a place to stay. 😗 It's not too far from Lembang or the city center either, still perfectly fine! 😍👍🏻 Ah, I just can't get over it, especially the view! The cleaning service was also great. Seriously, DON'T HESITATE, you HAVE to try staying here! 😭🥰😍 I was in junior suite room 6603. 😍😍😍😍🤎

Second time staying at this hotel, and I still really enjoy it. It remains one of my favorite places in Bogor city. I checked in quite late and was first given a room at the back of the hotel, far from the lift, and it was not very comfortable. I called the receptionist and asked if it was possible to change to a room closer to the lift, and thankfully they helped me right away. Thank you for the great service. This hotel is also really close to Botani Mall, only a 1-minute walk away, which makes it very convenient. The swimming is amazing small but beautiful views even u can see the mountains of Salak. The breakfast was great as always, although unfortunately I missed the traditional herbal drink, Jamu. Overall, we will definitely come back again and hopefully next time we can enjoy the Jamu too.

Everything is good in this hotel. Really love it a lot and strongly recommend everyone to give it a stay. Though we encountered pillow casing not clean but it was changed promptly. We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us. We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones. Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton. While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff. Thank you for making our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung feel like a home away from home. Thank you Mr Niwan for always delivering your EXCELLENT SERVICES with a smile. Bedsheets were stained and hairdryer didn’t work for my room. Other than that, breakfast spread was delicious, service and amenities were great

Well maintained. The bed is king koil, so I could sleep through the night. The mountain view is stunning. Friendly staff. The gym looks like budget hotel. It needs more space. The breakfast is so so.

Overall okay, tapi oh tapi gada sinyal + wifi lemah. Sad betttt. Kayanya better kalo kesini jangan pas holiday seasons yaa biar bisa hikmat healingnyaa wkwkw🫶🏻
