4-Star Hotels in West Java, Indonesia

This hotel located at a very convenient area especially for culinary. Front desk service was uneventfull and everything went smoothly. Room was clean and setup as requested at booking. Amenities complete as expected from the scale of this hotel. Ac, hotwater and water kennel worked perfectly. Small problem with plumbing in the raiser of the hotel, for some reason pipes were ratling when neighbor were using their water. It was rather loud especially in quite room. Parking can be challenging when arriving during rain, as covered parking is very limited. Overall, I have stayed here several times, and no complain each stays.

The last time we were at R Rancamaya was many years ago before covid. And after years, it is still quite good and bringing back many memories. The room is definitely needs upgrading or renovating to newer and more clean look. The buffet restaurant is great. And the animal park is definitely a must go to in the morning, after breakfast.

Bedroom was oke, i doubt if the twin bed is 120cm, i guess its just 100cm, not sure 🤔 didnt bring any ruler. Breakfast was good, i like their croissant. Swimming pool : their small pool (the round one, prv was jacuzzi i think) has warm water. Staff was friendly, Surprisingly they have ‘mini market kejujuran’ (honesty mini market) the price was so cheap considering inside 4star hotel, and they have UMKM CANTEEN which was cheap too i dont know about the taste as i didnt try. Walking distance to braga street, I had attend mass in the morning, next to this hotel is Cathedral, the mass on Sunday is at 6am, 11am & 5pm. I walked to Bandung Indah Plaza it was still walking distance for me 😁 (1km) and i can borrowed their umbrella incase its rain, they write my room number & return the umbrella after im done. Parking lot for cars is in the basement, staff was really helpful. Overall was a good stay.

Good stay with the good facility, just that the sauna is not always available.

This is a new hotel with modern facilities. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious, and there's a pool for kids. I booked the lowest-priced room, but the amenities were excellent, and the view was absolutely stunning!

This hotel in the Dago area has a bathtub in every room. The view from the Grand Deluxe room type is excellent, and the staff are friendly. The swimming pool is warm, but only lukewarm. For breakfast, there aren't enough varieties for a 4-star hotel, and the taste still needs a lot of improvement. The donuts, though, are delicious! Hopefully, next time I return, the breakfast will have more variety and better flavor.

My kids absolutely loved it, there were so many activities at the hotel. It's clean, the room is spacious, and the bathroom is super big!

I had an excellent stay at Best Western Premier La Grande Hotel. The level of service was truly outstanding, the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The cleanliness of the hotel was also top-notch. My room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable throughout my stay. I booked a room with breakfast included, and it was definitely worth it. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a great variety of delicious options to choose from. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. I would definitely stay here again!

The only downside was the breakfast; there were too many Indonesian food options compared to international ones. Even for Indonesian food, they didn't have Indomie, which is something I found at Swiss-Bel Solo, along with pasta. Also, the egg counter here isn't easily accessible to guests; it's tucked away behind the main counter. The bathroom mat was also too thin. After one guest showers, it gets completely soaked, making it useless for the next guest. Overall, though, it's pretty good! 👍👍👍👍👍
