The hotel is probably in old style hotel but the room was huge and the services are good. The room service was quick even though the hotel looks full. The extra bed also comfy. In addition to that, i just wanted to praise the hotel breakfast team. The breakfast was superb, wide range of food , the pastry is good, the western also delicious. Overall we satisfied with the hotel.

This hotel boasts a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the Bandung Asia-Africa Conference Museum and the Grand Mosque. It also features a swimming pool and a small gym, making it a good choice for those who like to stay active. However, the restaurant service leaves a lot to be desired. Breakfast gets chaotic with too many people, and while there are empty tables, they aren't cleared promptly, making it difficult to find a clean spot to eat. I hope the hotel considers adding more staff to improve the restaurant service.

I had a very pleasant stay at Oakwood Merdeka Bandung. The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to get around, find food, and explore Bandung’s attractions. The room was modern, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially liked the city view and the overall cleanliness of the room. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully designed, perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, Oakwood Merdeka offers great value for money, combining comfort, convenience, and a calm atmosphere in the middle of the city. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Bandung.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel itself was in poor condition and appears to be in need of maintenance. The bathroom facilities were not well maintained, and we even encountered cockroaches during our stay. The food quality was also disappointing. On the positive side, the location is very strategic and convenient for shopping enthusiasts, as it is within walking distance of braga street. While the location is a major advantage, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel need significant improvement.

Really enjoy the hotel, (sorry no pics), straight forward check in. Pick up keys on the main lobby, then drive in to the hotel complex with your own car. During day time = there’s bugee available. Many animals available for viewing and theres shows available. This cenderawasih is nearest to the entrance and food area. Scooters are available for rent at extra cpst (good rental to commute and explore the whole area) Rooms clean, however there was a smell in the bathroom initially, dialed room service and they came immediately to handle it and it was good afterwards.

It was our first visit to Bandung, and choosing to stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage was one of the best decisions we made. We were delighted to receive two connecting rooms on the 10th floor, offering stunning views of the golf course and the Bandung city skyline. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had an extensive selection, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. A special thank you to the Guest Relations team, especially the two ladies (I believe their names were Isiah and Cia), who kindly arranged a takeaway bento breakfast for us at 3:00 a.m. before our Ciwidey trip. Their thoughtful gesture and excellent service made our stay even more memorable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bandung. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

First time staying at Clove, and oh my goodness, I'm completely in love! 😭🤚🏻 The front desk staff were absolutely top-notch. I requested an upper-floor room and actually got it, and the wait wasn't too long at all. The room was clean, no strange smells, actually it smelled nice! The bathroom and amenities were refilled. After 3 days and 2 nights, I wanted to extend my stay. Next time I'm in Bandung, I won't have to stress about finding a place to stay. 😗 It's not too far from Lembang or the city center either, still perfectly fine! 😍👍🏻 Ah, I just can't get over it, especially the view! The cleaning service was also great. Seriously, DON'T HESITATE, you HAVE to try staying here! 😭🥰😍 I was in junior suite room 6603. 😍😍😍😍🤎

Stayed here for 5 nights. This hotel is located opp botani square mall. Super convenient for tourist/hotel guest to shop. Smooth check-in, attentive & helpful staffs. Breakfast served as early as 6am located on the 1st floor. Extensive breakfast spread but still lack of pastry corner. Rooms were made up daily which is to my liking. However, luminor hotel do not provide in room foc mineral water as they've water dispenser placed at common area near the lift. All in all, it was a wonderful experienced and highly recomsended.

Everything is good in this hotel. Really love it a lot and strongly recommend everyone to give it a stay. Though we encountered pillow casing not clean but it was changed promptly. We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us. We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones. Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton. While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything was well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.
