Jocelyn at the front desk was super-efficient with the check-in process, and all the staff were friendly and helpful, answering every question I had. The room was spotless, not a spec of dust anywhere, and the bathroom had no water stains or strange smells. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm. The soundproofing was great; I couldn't hear any hallway noise at all. The hot water was consistent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly for both heating and cooling. The complimentary toiletries were high quality, and the hallways were quiet, allowing for a really good night's sleep. The price was very reasonable, offering outstanding value for money compared to other places of similar quality. It's definitely my top pick for a visit to this area, and I've already recommended it to my friends!

The variety of choices is abundant: from Chinese and Western hot dishes, local specialties, fresh fruit and vegetable salads, a bread and pastry section to a freshly cooked noodle station—the selection is dazzling. Even after several days of continuous stay, the menu changed daily, ensuring I never got tired of it. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, clearly not just cheaply prepared frozen products. The bread in the bakery was crisp and fragrant, the fruit was sweet, and the freshly cooked noodle soup was delicious—every bite reflected the hotel's dedication. ”This is probably the most photogenic hotel breakfast I've ever had. The presentation is exquisite, the ingredients are brightly colored, and even the serving dishes are very stylish. Eating breakfast has become an aesthetic enjoyment, suitable for slowing down and savoring.”

This was my first stay at this hotel, and as soon as I walked in, I was captivated by the grandeur of the lobby – very impressive. When I checked in, I had a lot of questions for the front desk attendant, and she answered them patiently. She even thoughtfully provided fruit and milk and added me on WeChat so she could respond promptly to any needs I might have. Overall, my stay was fantastic. The hotel rooms were very clean, definitely ensuring a fresh setup for each new guest, and the facilities were comprehensive. There's a gym and a swimming pool with a lifeguard, which is very convenient when you're with kids. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety, even satisfying someone as picky as me. Plus, there's a self-service laundry room downstairs – truly everything you could need. Next time I'm in Changchun with my kids, I'll definitely choose this hotel again.

I stayed here during Chinese New Year. The front desk staff was very patient, showing us different room types and locations. They were also very flexible and quickly helped us find a suitable room. The hotel lobby is spacious with high ceilings, which made for a very comfortable first impression upon entering. I forgot to take photos at the hotel, so I'll just share some pictures I took while wandering around the area instead.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The moment I entered the lobby, I was captivated by its elegant and stylish decor; the environment was incredibly classy. The receptionist, Ms. Xu, was incredibly friendly and efficient, checking me in was quick and easy, with no waiting whatsoever. The room was spotless, making me feel very comfortable. The breakfast was a delightful surprise—a wide variety and a generous spread; I highly recommend it!

Super super super expected stay experience. The duty manager Fanny and the front desk foreman Andy gave me a very deep impression. The hotel is really good. Drinks are also presented at check-in. The room is spacious and bright and well equipped. The breakfast is rich and varied, super delicious ～ In the afternoon, I need to stay at the hotel for a while. Considering my needs, I also helped me to check out late ◔. ̮◔✧ I really appreciate this kind of thinking for the guests. I am really satisfied and the parking space here 🅿️ is super sufficient and the overall comfort is full. The score is like a tide. In addition, the hotel has a small garden. It is very beautiful.

The front desk brother service is very good. The location is relatively secluded, it is not easy to make a car appointment, but the front desk brother helps to call the car and it is fast and reliable. The B&B is a cultural and tourism development zone. There are some food merchants inside, but they are not open during the New Year. There is a restaurant jointly operated by the B&B. The dishes are large and delicious, and the price is very reasonable and moderate. The entire cultural and tourism development zone is a new Chinese-style ancient design, very charming. The villa I live in is very exquisitely decorated, and the decorative paintings and pots are reasonably distributed in every corner and not stingy. I am very satisfied with this decoration pattern, living in it is an ultimate aesthetic - Tao enjoyment. Come back next time.

The staff were overall very polite and hospitable during our stay. For instance, they helped fixed our room’s defective thermostat and promptly delivered us additional toiletries to our room by request. The breakfast area had a large selection of foods to choose from, allowing guests to customize their own plates to their liking. There was also a professional chef present to cook up additional dishes, such as fried eggs and noodles - both of which were excellently made. The room we were given, however, did not have a good ventilation system as there were multiple instances where the smell of cigarettes flooded into our room. Consequently, this forced us to open our window to air out the room. Our bathroom door also could not lock - let alone close at all. We hope that only our room was affected. With all said, our overall experience at this hotel was pleasant and we would recommend anyone visiting Changchun to come stay at this hotel.
