Xinyuan Hotels with Bars

I didn't book this room originally, but later changed it to do laundry. Yes, this room has a washing machine, but the boss only allows a quick wash of 15 minutes 🤣🤣. I asked for a 30-minute wash, but was rejected! Never mind, when it was time to dry the clothes, other guests had already occupied all the available hangers (there were only 3 coat racks and only one regular clothes rack). I wanted to negotiate for sharing, but was also rejected by the guests. It's really frustrating. I hope the B&B understands what it means to put guests first. Clothes racks are not valuable items and can be folded and stored when not in use. It would be very awkward for guests to fight over the clothesline or even share the same clothesline. I hope the B&B can consider the guests more. When I was washing clothes that day, I was careless and forgot to clean the bag, resulting in paper scraps all over the floor. I was very sorry. The owner of the B&B was very nice and helped to clean up. The breakfast was also delicious. The room was clean and comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep.

It was already past 1 AM when we arrived in Narat, but the hotel manager was still patiently waiting for us at the front desk. A handsome young man also helped us with our luggage and showed us to our room. Walking through the courtyard, we reached our private log cabin on the grasslands. The night sky was serene and starry, with warm yellow lights illuminating the surroundings. We could hear the gentle gurgling of the stream outside our door – nature's soothing white noise. Once inside, it was like stepping into another world: I never imagined finding such a warm, comfortable, and well-equipped 'glamping' guesthouse in the Xinjiang grasslands. The first area upon entering was a small lounge with a sofa and booth seating. A small coffee table and a lounge chair were placed in front of the 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows. There were two comfortable king-sized beds, intelligent voice-controlled lighting and curtains throughout the room, and dual temperature control with both underfloor heating and air conditioning. One moment I was shivering on the grasslands, and the next, stepping into the room felt like walking into spring in Narat! The washing area featured bright, clean dual sinks. The room also came with a washing machine, and separate toilet and shower areas. Even more surprising was the extra-large bathtub and a steam room! After a tiring day exploring the scenic area, returning to the hotel for a steam bath and a soak – who understands this level of bliss! The hotel's location is also superb, almost right at the entrance of Narat. It's just a few minutes' drive away, making it easy to return for a rest during the day without any hassle. There's also an incredibly cute little cat at the entrance. We sat on the patio in front of our cabin, enjoying the afternoon tea prepared by the hotel, and watching the distant mountains, grasslands, and stream unfold like a painting. Breakfast was also plentiful, with an exquisite nine-grid platter that balanced vegetables, carbohydrates, and protein. I also loved the scallion pancakes freshly made by Auntie every day! There are many small animals here too; we encountered ostriches, little rabbits, and a beautiful, smart Border Collie! The sense of relaxation here is truly unique. There are no noisy crowds, just the gentle tranquility of the mountains and wilderness. We watched the sunrise over the mountains in the morning, chased the sunset glow over the grasslands in the evening, and fell asleep under the starry sky at night.

The environment here is incredibly well-designed and visually striking, with a real sense of quality, and it's spotlessly clean. What truly stands out is how friendly, kind, young, attractive, and professional all the staff are. They really understand the needs and feelings of younger guests. After days of exhausting travel through Xinjiang's attractions, arriving at this hotel felt like an instant release of all that fatigue and tiredness. It has a fantastic resort vibe. Plus, it's only 10 minutes from both the Nalat Grassland scenic area and the ski resort. The chef's food is delicious, and the pet-friendly policy is a huge highlight for me since I also have pets. They have a brown Border Collie that's constantly busy, running around everywhere! 🤭 I haven't even had a chance to see it and take a photo yet. I'll definitely be bringing my own pet to stay here again in the winter. 🛁 Facilities: They have automatic toilets, Dyson hairdryers, high-end bedding, bathrobes, humidifiers, makeup mirrors, and even automatic washing machines and dryers – truly a perfect hotel for a relaxing getaway. And the toiletries are Acqua di Parma's Blu Mediterraneo Arancia di Capri series. They also have a Marshall Kilburn III Bluetooth speaker. The afternoon tea and daily welcome fruit are lovely touches too. The hotel's travel photography service is also excellent! Hu Bai Afternoon Tea Service: I honestly think it deserves a full five stars; it's incredible value for money.

Our stay was incredibly comfortable! My child wanted to stay in a treehouse, and I initially worried it might be cramped, but it exceeded all expectations – it had everything we needed. The biggest highlight was the overall environment; there aren't many rooms, but there's a lot of space, and even various small animals. The wooden cabins are surrounded by lavender and lilies, making for an absolutely stunning view. The most surprising part was breakfast; I was blown away by a bowl of refreshing beef noodles. While there wasn't a huge variety, almost everything was delicious, even my picky eater gave it a five-star rating! 😊 The owner was also very nice and even arranged a garden afternoon tea for us.

This guesthouse in Narati was the best accommodation we had during our entire Xinjiang trip. The aesthetic appeal of both the exterior and interior design is evident, with attention to detail truly standing out. I particularly loved the green plant views from our room. The comfort level was excellent too; the bedding was soft, and the latex pillows were absolutely amazing. We loved them so much that we bought the same kind when we checked out. They didn't skimp on amenities either: a Dyson hairdryer, L'Occitane toiletries, a coffee machine, a magnifying mirror, a washing machine, and more. What truly impressed us the most was the service. From the manager to every staff member, everyone genuinely cared about the guests' experience. In the evening, when we ordered food, they even sent up some small pastries, and the next morning, they treated us to coffee with breakfast, which was a really thoughtful touch. Due to a change in our itinerary, we had to shorten our two-night stay to one, and the guesthouse was incredibly accommodating, kindly waiving the fee for the second night. Overall, it was a comfortable, considerate, and high-quality experience. It's not one of those mass-produced 'influencer' guesthouses; they genuinely put their heart into their service.

A group of us went to Nalati and found this hotel. It was really nice. As soon as we entered the yard, we felt it was clean and tidy. There were flowers and vegetables grown by the owner himself. The room was also very bright and very clean. In the afternoon, the owner personally prepared afternoon tea for us. In the evening, we were hungry and ordered a few dishes of his stir-fried dishes. The taste was also very good and authentic. Overall, I felt that it was good value for money. I strongly recommend this restaurant. Next time I come with friends, I will stay here again 😁😁😁

I traveled with my parents and child, and choosing this guesthouse in Nalati was definitely a great decision! Last night, we had the 'big plate chicken' at the owner's place, and today we had chicken soup, both made with their own free-range chickens. The meat was absolutely delicious. The soundproofing is excellent, and the natural light is fantastic, ensuring a peaceful rest. What truly stands out is how incredibly thoughtful the owner is. He proactively helped us with our luggage and recommended some beautiful, less crowded spots for our family to visit. Staying here truly feels like being at home. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Nalati.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel's decor is tasteful and aesthetically pleasing, and the public area on the third floor is perfect for photos. We booked a poolside room, which had an amazing vibe, though the lack of privacy meant we had to keep the curtains drawn most of the time, which was a bit of a shame. The room's amenities were also a highlight for me. It came with a Marshall speaker, an aroma diffuser, a Dyson hairdryer, complimentary welcome fruits, and free yogurt and Perrier in the fridge, all of which showed great thoughtfulness. I particularly want to commend the butler service – it was incredibly attentive and thorough! They helped us with laundry, drying and returning our clothes, and assisted with our luggage when we checked out. The biggest bonus was their help in booking a horseback riding excursion. They not only found a wonderful, authentic local stable but also personally escorted us to the horses, making for a fantastic riding experience. Additionally, the breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent, and the coffee was delicious. Areas for improvement: The only significant letdown was the service from the front desk and restaurant staff. They seemed to lack enthusiasm and proactivity, rarely smiling throughout our stay. They didn't even greet us when we passed them, giving off an aloof impression. This level of service doesn't match what one would expect for this price point. I hope management can provide more training for front-line staff; with such great amenities, excellent service would make this place unbeatable. Overall, I still highly recommend it.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the scenic area. The environment is lovely; the owner clearly put a lot of thought into the design. The facilities and equipment are complete, and the entire room is smart-enabled with XiaoDu, which is very convenient. The hygiene is top-notch, and the front desk service is great; check-in was fast, and the staff helped with luggage. The outdoor swimming pool is also beautiful, a perfect spot for photos. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Location is good, only 5minutes drive to Nalati Tourists Center. Reception and hotel workers are helpful. We checked in late, tired and hungry, and wanted a meal at the hotel, though the restaurant was just closed. They asked us, 6 of us, to sit comfortable first, served us hot tea, and asked the chef return to restaurant to cook for us. This is what i call good service. The hotel is relatively new, well designed, with a garden. We enjoyed our stay.
