"First off, let's talk about cleanliness. It was quite dusty, with dust on various surfaces, lamp shades, and even some unknown white liquid on the sofa. Overall, it looked clean at first glance, but wasn't very hygienic. Seeing large patches of dust on the lamp shade with the lights on at night was quite annoying. Secondly, the location is excellent. It's about a 10-minute walk to Yokohama Station, and there's a subway station nearby. Mark Is is also just a 10-minute walk away. As for service, I didn't experience much as it was mostly self-service. For check-out, you just drop the room key into a box on the 1st or 9th floor. I'd planned to have breakfast, but I never managed to wake up in time. What's worth mentioning is that the key drop-off box clearly states you can return the key between 7 AM and 11 AM, but the lady who checked me in insisted I check out by 10 AM, which was quite unreasonable. Finally, the facilities were a letdown. Seriously, for such a large hotel, couldn't they provide better shampoo and a hairdryer? The hairdryer was incredibly bad, and so was the shampoo. I stayed at a hotel in Nagoya that was not as highly rated as this one, but it had Refa hairdryers that left my hair smooth after washing and drying. The hairdryer here felt like it was on par with Toyoko Inn's. The view, however, was quite beautiful."

"The front desk staff seemed to be Indian, and I guess the cleaning staff were too. I constantly felt like the sheets and duvet weren't clean, which made me really uncomfortable. The small room wasn't an issue, but I really think cleanliness is a basic requirement. In the end, I slept in my pajamas with a towel under me on the sheets. They have hot water and free coffee on the first floor, which was a nice touch. It's about an 800-meter walk from Ueno Station."

"Stayed for two nights with my mum as it was her birthday trip. We had reserved a room with bunk beds but were initially given a room with just one bed. They changed it after we went back to reception and showed our confirmation. They also photocopied our passports. It would have been helpful if reception had explained the different levels on the 2nd and 4th floors between the new and main buildings. The amenities were great, with good pillow options, a hot pool and a nice breakfast. Despite a few hiccups at check in, I would still recommend this place to others!"

"Location & Accessibility (10/10): The hotel is seamlessly integrated with the Seibu-Shinjuku Station and just a short walk to the massive JR Shinjuku Station. Being right next to Kabukicho means you are steps away from endless dining options, convenience stores, ramen shops, and shopping malls. A huge plus is that you can access parts of the station via underground passages, which is a lifesaver if it rains! Rooms & Cleanliness (8.5/10): True to typical Tokyo standards, the rooms are quite compact. If you have large suitcases, you will have to plan out your packing space carefully. However, the space is efficiently and smartly designed, immaculately clean, and features comfortable bedding. We stayed on a higher floor and were treated to a fantastic city view of the Shinjuku skyline (we even spotted the famous Godzilla head nearby!). Despite being in the middle of such a bustling nightlife district, the room was surprisingly quiet once the windows were shut. Service & Amenities: The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk staff were welcoming and professional. Housekeeping kept everything spotless on a daily basis. Pros: Phenomenal, central location close to major train links and shopping Clean, well-maintained rooms with great high-floor views Surrounded by 24/7 convenience stores, restaurants, and attractions Cons: Rooms are tight on space, typical for central Tokyo Overall, it’s an incredible base camp for exploring Tokyo. I would gladly stay here again on my next trip!"

"Plus: - The location is absolutely the best! The metro/JR station is conveniently located about 300-400m away. - It's on the same line as the Tokyo Monorail to Haneda Airport. - Tokyo Tower is within walking distance. - You get a clear view of Tokyo Tower from the rooftop. Minus: - Honestly, the room is quite small; it was a real effort just to pray (LOL). - Only two thin pillows were provided. - No complimentary drinking water or refills, but there's hot water available in the lobby. - A bit pricey for this size of accommodation."

"Handy and easy walkable distance from JR Omiya Station which is just 30 minute train from Tokyo central. User-friendly and hassle-free self-check-in machine at the hotel lobby only costed me 3 minutes to get the room card. Hotel interior design is cosy with good vibe. Room is decent and spotless. The public bath was nice and clean. Breakfast was a surprise, with great variety of decent food choices. My stay was great and I have no complaints. Thanks for the hospitality!"

"I used to stay in budget chain hotels whenever I visited Japan. This time, I saw a good deal for this hotel in Tokyo and decided to book it. Location: I've always loved Roppongi, and this hotel is very close, within walking distance of Roppongi Hills. It's also conveniently located near two subway lines, so it's not too far from the station. Amenities: There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs, and the entire street is lined with restaurants. The Afuri ramen place I've always wanted to try is also nearby, along with two larger supermarkets. Plus, the most popular brunch spot across from Roppongi Hills is close by. Basically, all your dining and shopping needs are covered. The hotel itself has a great design. The room isn't huge, but for Tokyo, it's a decent size. The layout is very well-designed, so it doesn't feel cramped at all. The soundproofing is excellent, making it very quiet, and I slept incredibly comfortably. In the afternoon, you can enjoy complimentary beer, and it's really good. If the price is right next time, I'll definitely stay here again."

"Excellent! Facilities: A very new hotel with a modern, youthful style. There's even a kitchen in the common area. The single room isn't huge, but it's cleverly designed and doesn't feel cramped. Location: Superb! It's just 30 seconds from Ginza Line Kyobashi Station and 2 minutes from Asakusa Line Takaracho Station Exit A4, which offers direct access to Haneda Airport. You can walk to the heart of Ginza, Yurakucho, and Nihonbashi in about 10 minutes. For a run, Hibiya Park and the Imperial Palace are roughly 1.5 km away. A quick tip: if you have large luggage when heading back to Haneda, avoid Exit A4 at Takaracho Station; navigating the stairs and crossing platforms will be exhausting. Service: Reliable! There's a Chinese staff member at the front desk who is very flexible and accommodating. Receiving Amazon JP packages was incredibly smooth; they even delivered the last package directly to my room, which I really appreciated!"

"Aside from its proximity to Chinatown, there's nothing else commendable about this hotel. Parking costs extra, and if their lot is full, you have to use a paid parking lot nearby. The facilities are old, but the cleanliness is good. The front desk staff's attitude is below the average standard for Japanese hotels. On a side note, I highly recommend the Hunan restaurant in the small alley off to the side of Chinatown – it's very authentic."

"Excellent location, close to station, shops and supermarkets. The spotless communal kitchen was a mind blowing, equipped with top of the range appliances. I also impressed by Le cruses’s dutch oven in different colours! I wish we stayed longer so we can actually cook meals there. Chilled filter water tank was a great service. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Happy hour freee beer was a nice touch. Only negative experience was noise from next room through the wall. The wall must be thin and not sound proofed so that we could hear TV very loud and even yawning. The worst part was we were woken up by the couple having a loud sex midnight and couldn’t sleep all night! We asked to change the room next day and they were very helpful for organise a bigger corner room for us which was perfect. We would definitely come back but will choose a room carefully. Otherwise the best hostel we have ever stayed! Thank you."
