It's within walking distance from the airport. I arrived past 1 AM, pushing my luggage in the stuffy heat for about ten minutes – it was pretty convenient. The next day, I planned to take a taxi to the airport, but it was so cool outside that I just walked instead. It's really good for layovers.

The only thing is that Trip.com said check-out was at 11 AM, but when I got to the front desk, they told me it was 10 AM. While that one hour didn't make a huge difference, it would be better if the information was consistent.

Also, they offer an airport transfer service. I forget the exact price, but it was probably about three times more expensive than Grab, though I can't quite remember. At least with their service, you don't have to wait for a car. It wasn't a lot of money overall.

The hotel has a beautiful location with great views, and the scenery was one of the highlights of my stay. It’s definitely a place where you can enjoy the surroundings and relax.

However, there were a few issues that affected the overall experience. The heating system was inconsistent and didn’t always work properly, which made the room quite cold at times. The elevator was also unreliable, sometimes working and sometimes not, which was inconvenient. In addition, the Wi-Fi was very slow.

Thankfully, the staff provided a portable heater, which helped us manage the cold.

While the location is excellent, there are some areas that could be improved to make the stay more comfortable.

We had a 2-night stay. One of the best things about the hotel is its location—very convenient and easy to access surrounding places by tram. 🚋

The cleanliness was very good, and everything felt well-maintained and comfortable. Though, the room is a bit small and cabinets are a bit dirty also. But check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.

The staff were friendly, approachable, and always available to help or answer any questions, which we really appreciated.

However, during our first night, there was a disturbing noise that made it difficult for us to sleep. We reported it the next day, and they informed us that it had already been checked and was in the process of being fixed.

Overall, despite the issue on the first night, we still had a good stay thanks to the great location and helpful staff.
