The service is friendly, and the facilities are clean compared to the surrounding environment. The bathroom is large and the water quality is good. However, the fact that it is far from tourist attractions and the inconvenience of using the bathroom were not improved despite requesting service improvement.

Stay was very nice and comfortable, location is very near to train station which made my stay more convenient. Staff was also very nice to us and explained the details very clearly.

In addition to breakfast, only 9 euros for bread coffee and oatmeal, 18 euros for two people is not worth a day, the other is not bad. The room is small and only accommodates a small double bed, but the sparrow is small and well-organized. It is very close to Lyon Station, and there are subway stations (line 8 and line 1) in front and back. Carrefour is very convenient nearby. I originally wanted to rent a car. I considered booking a lot of trouble, so I cancelled this one. The front desk was very kind and overall satisfied.
The luckiest thing was that the Huangshan Army parade escaped in time for that weekend, haha.

The location is a bit far out, but there are various transportation options available. It has a small kitchenette with basic cooking utensils, so we made our own breakfast and dinner almost every day. There are also both large and small supermarkets nearby, which was very convenient. It's clean and simple, perfectly adequate for basic travel needs. If I had to pick a downside, it would be that the streets two blocks away are quite dark and a bit messy at night, but even coming back after midnight, it felt generally safe.

Approx 15min walk or public bus to nearest RER train into Paris center so take that into consideration.  Hotel itself is clean with a kitchenette, mini fridge and laundry services.  Quite big for what you pay for and quiet.  Located next to residential apartments so relatively safe.  Suburb itself is a bit rough but I managed fine.  Gym for $15 euro day pass (neoness) is about 15 min walk.  Stay was good overall.

The kitchen is full equiped, but there is no teabags. 
AC was working. 
From the second side of bed there is no plug. 
The staff is very kind and helpful.
There is no slippers.
In the morning you can go for breakfast (not included)
In the first floor can be noisy because of other guests.

Excellent location and large room size. Great place for long term stays. Highly recommend.
