I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and well-equipped. It's very close to the subway station, making getting around super convenient. The keyless entry with facial recognition for opening the door is really smart. The service attitude was excellent. Definitely worth recommending.

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. It was my first time in Xi'an and my first time staying at a hotel like this, so I wasn't sure about the check-in process, but the front desk patiently guided me. They paid great attention to detail, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The environment was quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect place for travel and accommodation. Xi'an is definitely worth a visit!

The hotel boasts a convenient location, making travel easy. Mobile check-in is a breeze, and the voice-controlled features are a nice touch. It's perfectly situated within walking distance of the Grand Tang Everbright City and the stadium. The mobile check-in process is smart, the room is clean and tidy, and the environment is quiet. We enjoyed complimentary afternoon tea and a souvenir. Depending on room availability and occupancy, a late checkout until 3 PM was also offered.

Facilities: The facilities are fully equipped, and the smart features are very user-friendly and convenient. The overall experience was truly excellent!

Environment: The environment was great. The room had two windows, providing good ventilation and an expansive view, so it didn't feel cramped. The room was also very spacious, making for a truly comfortable stay.
Extended checkout until 3 PM based on room availability: Haven't used it yet, but it seems like a better deal than other hotels.
