We chose this hotel and honestly, it was such a pleasant surprise! The location is incredibly convenient our flight ✈️ landed at Terminal 3, and it took barely 5 minutes to reach the hotel. Super hassle-free.

From the moment we arrived, the front desk welcomed us warmly 🤝✨ The lobby and common areas were spotless and as someone who’s allergic to dust, I was genuinely impressed. No discomfort at all!

The room was cozy, comfortable, and absolutely satisfying 😊🛏️ I loved the clean vibe and how well-maintained everything was. The facilities also exceeded my expectations especially the gym 💪. It was surprisingly large, even bigger than the one at my apartment!

The view from the hotel was calming and breezy 🌬️🌆, making the stay even more relaxing.

Breakfast 🥞 was tasty and well-balanced in flavour. The options were a bit limited, but having a live chef cook scrambled eggs 🥚, sunny-side up, or omelettes made up for it. Fresh and delicious!

Overall, it was a really good experience smooth, comfortable, and unexpectedly lovely ✨ If I visit Dubai again, this will definitely be one of my favourite hotels and go-to brands ❤️🏨 Last but not least they provide free shuttle from airport to hotel every 1 hour.. Maybe improvement need to be done this part like where and how to wait for their airport shuttle..

Getting to the city center and surrounding areas is super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and they support multi-currency payments. The front desk can also help arrange taxis, making travel efficient. The blackout curtains in the room are extra thick, perfect for blocking out morning light and helping with jet lag. They offer 24-hour room service, so you can get hot food even in the early hours.

Our stay at Aloft Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is clean, modern, and in a great location. Everything was well-organized and comfortable, which made our experience truly memorable.
A very special thanks to Mr. Tarek, Emad, and Abu Nasser for all the help and support they provided during our stay. They were always kind, welcoming, and ready to assist us with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference.

Thank you all for the great service and warm welcome. We will definitely be coming back again, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service.

Really had an amazing stay at Aloft Dubai Creek. 
Had the best room view, special thanks to Ramadan at the reception. He makes our stay truly delightful.

Convenient before departure.

Normal breakfast. They make spicy omelette, if you don't like spicy, ask for it not spicy. You can play billiards for free. Slippers, gels, shampoos, conditioner, hand lotion - good. Tea, coffee, 2 bottles of water.

I liked that the bed has a view of the window, where planes land, at night. Like a TV)) a beautiful sunrise from the window.

Free transfer to the airport. Quick check-in.

The pillow is not comfortable for me. My neck hurts a little.

Great location, 2 mins walk from 28 St on the 1 Train and 5 mins walk from 28 St on the R & W trains. PATH Trains on 33 St are also within walking distance and easy to get to New Jersey. Overall the location is awesome and room had a good view. Would stay again

Our group of 2 stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Overall, I would give it a score of 80. There is a comprehensive shopping mall just a 3-minute walk across from the hotel, which has supermarkets such as Trader Joe’s, Target and Primark. There is also a cooked food center on the bottom floor of the mall, and it is close to the subway station, which is very convenient.

As for the hotel room, it was clean and tidy, but we were not provided with toothpaste and slippers on the day we checked in.

What I found most strange was that there was no ”do not distrub” sign on the door, even though I had told the front desk staff every morning that they did not want my room to be cleaned, and it would be cleaned every night when I came back.

So the location and cleanliness of the house are 80 points. As for the hotel management, it is just average. However, if I go to New York again in the future, I will still choose this hotel.

The hotel lobby provides hot water coffee. The room is relatively small, but the advantage is that it is within walking distance of Columbia University. It takes 20 minutes to take a taxi from LaGuardia Airport, and the UBER is $60. I arrived at night and there were many black people along the way.

The hotel is in a good environment, off the Wall Street, there is a subway station on the side. American hotels basically do not have a hot water bottle. Many people recommend multi-day travel with an electric kettle to boil water (of course, the conversion plug is necessary). The hotel does not have toothbrushes and slippers and needs to bring your own. Other hangers are available, the hotel is equipped with an iron, ironing is convenient

Located in a neighborhood with a large concentration of restaurants and supermarkets in Long Island City, it is convenient for transportation and living. The rooftop terrace overlooks the Queens Bridge and Manhattan. It is within walking distance of three subway stations and LIC GANTRY PARK and ASTORIA FERRY STATION to WTC.

It's really close to the airport, so it was convenient for transit! The hotel rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.
However, it's a bit far to Manhattan, so even using Uber is quite expensive, which may be a problem if you're traveling alone! It was good that I could get to Manhattan in about 20 minutes by metro!
The cleanliness was on par with Japanese hotels, so I'd like to use it again.

I was staying with my boyfriend as we are visiting the Orlando Disney Resort. It is a great location as you can either take the public transport (bus) or an uber (approx $25 usd) to the Disney resort. The room is very spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Guest service was great. The hotel rooms are small, there is no microwave in the rooms. Price does not equivilate the quality of the hotel. Real close to sea world.

The room is not very big, and there is limited walking space after putting the luggage, but the equipment and design of the room are very new and comfortable. I especially like the lobby with a lot of space for entertainment.

service was nice. everything was good and it was what you would expect from a hotel. the lobby was freezing, however, and our room carpet was slightly stained, but nothing crazy
